The gun control nazis are relentlessly on the move.

An Iraq and Afghanistan vet, Corey Thompson, heard someone attempting to break into the back door of his house. Thompson grabbed his AR-15 and yelled he would fire a warning shot. Thompson fired at the ground and the suspect fled.

Thompson said,”This is the end result…you break into someone’s house, there’s consequences.”

I agree. If you agree please share this video with everyone!

Note: Corey Thompson is charged with unlawful use of a weapon, menacing and reckless endangering. If found innocent the AR-15 will be returned.

It's FINALLY HERE!
Kevin Jackson's hilarious take on Race-Pimping: The Multi-Trillion Dollar Business of Liberalism!

Enjoy this excerpt from the book:

"In actuality, black people will go to substandard hospitals, wait in long lines behind illegal immigrants, and be treated like non-citizens, as there simply won’t be enough healthcare to go around. There will be the occasional lucky few who will receive treatment, and we will parade them around like championship rings, thus continuing the ruse. As you can see, we’ve left out nothing. We touch more on this in Chapter 10: Promise Everything, Deliver Nothing. If for some reason we happen to run out of blacks, we will be able to apply our trade to the Mexicans with little disruptions. Plans are already underway for our next edition in this “How To” series: How to be a Latino "Race Pimp for Fun and Profit…even if you’re Illegal."

    Way to honor your Vets…

    • violater1

Yes what a fine welcome for our Vets by a sorry good for nothing government! I hope the NRA defense league jumps on this case and wins and sticks it up the Cities anal oriface!

      • Evelyn

Don’t you guys know yet that our gov’t. ie. Obama does not honor our vets nor our military in ANY way. He hasn’t in the last 4 1/2 yrs. and he certainly isn’t about to start now. And I agree with you, I hope the NRA will be all over this!

        • Dale

It should be broadcast worldwide that all Muslims killed in battle will be buried in hog fat. No exceptions. I believe in world war II a certain General ordered his command to dip their ammunition in pig fat when they were fighting the Muslims that were fighting for the Germans.

  • Evelyn

This is so unbelievable! Was this vet supposed to let the guy INTO his house and then kill him? Would that have been preferable? Here comes Marshall law!

    • AD

Sadly, yes. In the eyes of current law, anyway.

Would-be criminals should take note of this, and be warned, as warning shots will no longer be fired in defense of my home. Ammo is expensive anyway.

    • Moore Derick

Letting them come in is of course a debatable situation!

If you have carpet instead of a throw away rug to bleed on, or fine furniture that the perp might break as he falls, you may hesitate at the wrong time.

      Plan ahead!

Place a throw rug with plastic backing near the point(s) if ingress, and remove all breakables for a 10′ radius!

If you have a gun for the occasion, you don’t want to be worrying about blood and gore.

If your gun is a shotgun, I don’t have any suggestions! ;-)

      • disqus_RMRUI9driJ

Outstanding well stated and if he is a muslim make sure he is facing toward Mecca

        • violater1

Bull hockey drench his body with bacon fat! Cook a little bacon have a sandwich then pour the hot grease on his lifeless corpse! I would suggest removal of his head but this would be interpreted as over kill! But then!?

        • Evelyn

          LOL

  • John W. Kerr

Warning shots dead center mass are highly effective after they enter the window or door. The only mistake he made was to discourage larceny or an attempt on his life by honorably and morally attempting to save the life or lives of the criminals! What have you learned from this?

    • Moore Derick

Many years ago, while living in CA, my wife was instructed by the police to have patience and wait for whoever was harassing her to breach the door or window. Perhaps looking them in the face would have made pulling the trigger slightly more difficult, but the benefits of nearly point blank aim would have had an obvious ‘impact’.

    • Clyde Barber

no warning, wait until the intruder is inside. better to wait

  • Idaho Bob

It’s going to get ugly soon. June 3 is the date for Obamanation to sign on to the UN treaty banning guns and registering gun owners. I see that one of the tags for this article is “bitter clingers”. HLS hasn’t purchased small arms, ammo, and vehicles for kicks, the communist leftist Islamiphants are on the march and it does look like the bitter clingers are in their sights.

    • disqus_RMRUI9driJ

He may sign but The Senate has to Ratify it and they won’t if they want to be re-elected and that piece of s–t Odumbo can not use Executive Orders to enforce it

      • Idaho Bob

All I can say is that I hope you are right. The Senate doesn’t have a great track record of late.

  • Bill Bailey

    Recall the sheriff !!!!!!

    Thanks,

    • BT

Unfortunately it was the local police department that was called in and not the sheriff. The MPD are anti-public when it comes to owning guns and see this as another opportunity. Our local sheriff has stood up for us on CCW and gun ownership.

      • disqus_RMRUI9driJ

The sheriff is upholding his oath which includes the Constitution. God Bless America

        • violater1

Oregon has gone over to the dark side. In free states like Texas he would of been entitled to kill the s.o.b. Oregon has chosen to go with the Liberal Socialist Communists so this is the hell they get to live with. Tell your Veterans to leave Oregon now and come to Texas.

    • paul wood

I have state envy, Dingus! I love the staggering sanity and liberty by which you guys govern yourselves. If you have a beautifully low, LOW resident to Muslim population… I’m there!

      • Dingus

Veterans deserve better than to live in Liberal slave states. Runaway while you can.

    • Alfred Ferguson

We’re coming. But it takes time. Lots to do. Oregon has indeed gone over to “the dark side”. It’s now “California, light.” Soon to be just as dark.

  • Quaran Nation

This arrogant American military person is a bully and using excessive force. He should be stoned in the public square in accordance with Sharia Law, which will soon be the law of the world. There is absolultely NO evidence to suggest that this person who was alleged to be breaking and entering had intent to commit bodily harm. No property is worth threatening a human life.

  • http://drudgereport.com/ Myles Standish

Oregon’s laws are one of two kinds: bassackwards or evil. Under continuous demoncrat rule since 1987 has left the state scarred and ugly. Known as The Death State, this is where you go to murder your offspring in any trimester AND where you go to have yourself killed by a fine, upstanding, do-no-harm physician if you’re tired of living (aka The Assisted Suicide State). The signs of demoncrat rule are everywhere to be seen. A death culture reigns. Add to that multiple lotteries and boat-loads of Indian casinos — all catering to man’s baser instincts. Look to Oregon if you want to see a microcosm of the USA to come. Fantastic beaches and mountain ranges can only make up for so much of this other garbage!

    • handgunnar

Well, you can’t eat scenery and Oregon has the worst business climate in the western US. It’s almost entirely setup to be a trough for feeding lazy swine.

    • jebor

True,Oregons last Governor was Tom McCall

    • tiredofcriminals

Agreed. I grew up in Oregon and left there in 1987. How it has changed since then. We had a saying “Don’t Californicate Oregon” as the refugees from California were flooding across the border, buying up the coastal real estate and throwing their aluminum cans, cigarettes and trash out on the countryside at every opportunity. Wasn’t it Tom McCall that suggested a 8′ chain link fence around Oregon to keep out the Californians? Obviously it didn’t work as the California liberals have taken over Oregon. I love the state and I miss my “home”, but I’ll never go back as their politics and attitudes stink.

  • thewizardofaz

It’s not a frikkin’ assault rifle. What he had in Iraq and Afghanistan…those were assault rifles. In many states, you are not allowed to fire a warning shot, you either hold your fire or shoot to kill. I prefer the latter. If the man was not yet in the house, it’s also not a castle domain issue. That’s why you always hear, drag ‘em in the house. I personally don’t think that would work. Ballistics, bullet holes, blood spatter and the like would prove the man was outside. Defending yourself is rough and the laws are so different from state to state. I believe in Tx, you can shoot ‘em if they’re even just on your property, though I am not certain of it.

    • tamij

Yep. I’ve fired an AR-15, sweetest Semi-auto rifle to fire–although I’m told the finest now is the Tavor!

Most journalists have no idea the difference between semi-auto, full-auto/select fire. Nor do most gun-grabbing lawmakers!

    • TheBaldNinja

Excellent points. It behooves us all to learn the laws of where we live and where we may be headed or traveling through. CYA, you know?

      • Daniel Schultz

The problem is these laws are becoming more and more restrictions, than laws.

    • tiredofcriminals

The issue of castle domain depends on what state you are in. I can tell you the “drag ‘em in” or “let them get in” would work in Florida. I was taught that (and more) by the Sheriff’s Department in the gun safety/proficiency class that is required to get your CCW permit in Florida. Classes in safety and range proficiency are required to get your CCW in Florida.

  • thewizardofaz

Oh..one more thing. The word is “CITED”, not sited. You have to spell better than the libs and use the correct or proper word or you’re a target.

    • tamij

Sorry! I was in such a hurry and autocorrect corrected and I didn’t see! I have it fixed now! I’m usually better than that!!

  • Idaho Bob

Hoping that this as an attempt at satire….. but just in case here is something of no value whatsoever, Sura 8:7: “Allah wished to confirm the truth by His words: ‘Wipe the infidels (all non Muslims) out to the last.'”

    • Quaran Nation

@Idaho Bob – I am going to assume you are yourself a Muslim, but I can tell you that if this American military person and/or the alleged defendant are not Muslims…then you have perfectly illustrated what fate awaits them by the hand of Allah. Great point.

    • Idaho Bob

Assume no more, I am an infidel dog. That is why the quran verse posted was of absolutely no value whatsoever. It has no value to anyone except those who are deceived.

      • Quaran Nation

I was sadly mistaken about you, then, Bob. I clearly don’t have to explain your fate to you when the great caliphate occurs. I believe…as do Muslims the world over. All others are deceived. You will learn quickly what has value when it is time to face Allah. Sadly, by then, it will be too late. These American military people are all over Irag and Afghanistan. They think there are rules of war. I find that idea an amusing way to be a coward. Their women and children lack the courage to be freedom fighters and make the ultimate sacrifice by wearing bombs as Muslims do. And this is but one of many reasons why they will lose. They clearly fear us. We have won.

      • Allah Who? Allah-yuup!

Koran Nation I sadly mistaken you fate too…..

      • Conservatvetothecore!

And the lamestream media tells us Islam is a religion of peace. Thank you for clarifying!

      • onlyjpw

Well according to Imams in American Muslim communities, the Koran does not allow for suicide anything. Who is right? Your Wahabi way of thinking or the normal way?

      • Heywood

We value life, you value death, you have won nothing and never will. Its very basic, good vs evil. If there are no rules of war, why are they always crying over those fantastic drones raining death on the barbarians?

      • C T Vivian

Go home dog $hit. Every poster here will be conservatively donating their expensive ammo to you and your friends if you happen to get past the nancy boys on the East Coast. My money’s on them.

      • Alfred Ferguson

…”all over Irag” Where is “Irag”? What is “Irag”. Curious to know: Are you an American citizen? Since you are such a “winner” and your domination of my nation is nearly complete, don’t you think that a proper command of our language would facilitate your communication with us, soon to be your “slaves”?

Or do you intend not allowing any of us to live?

As for “fear” of you and your ilk, in your reflections on your “courage” and our “fear” you might find a study of American history rewarding as to your plans of bloody conquest of our nation and our extermination.

    • Dingus

      INTERNET TROLL ALERT

  • ED Hamlin

They need to stop using the word assault rifle, an AR-15 is not an assault weapon by the definition set forth in the 1936 law governing the class of weapons or even the 1968 law on weapons. I wasn’t until Dianne Feinstein authored the 1994 ban that the term assault weapon was redefined to include semi-automatic rifles that looked like the military versions cosmetically.

It is unfortunate the guy discharged his weapon. You don’t pull the trigger unless you are firing at a practice target or you are going to kill someone, period. Warning shots used by the military don’t apply to civilian life…so he will loose his ability to own a firearm. This is where firearm education is extremely important especially to returning veterans that own personal weapons. More education needs to be the focus of the Senate and congress. If weapons owners could receive education and self defense training our country would be a much safer society and still maintain the intent of the Second Amendment without the issues. Along with the training tough enforcement of current laws and great sentencing penalties would reduce gun crimes.

    • cutglass57

Do you know what AR in AR-15 stand for? Assault Rifle. I have 3 of them. A 5.56, a .308 and 450 Bushmaster. Also the military NEVER fires warning shots. If you make them shoot they are going kill you. Not fire over your head. As far as weapon owners needing education there are opportunities everywhere. CCW classes and the many classes you can get through NRA. Every American should own a gun and every gun owner should be an NRA member. I’m an Endowment Member of the NRA.

      • johnnyK

No the AR does not stand for assault rifle. The civilian military look a likes are not assault rifles. Do some research.

        • tiredofcriminals

I think we got that from the above posts. Why pile on?

      • Daniel Schultz

Hey dumbass, it stands for Armalite Rifle, not assault rifle, they are the original producers or the rifle. This is the problem with ignorant conservatives, you just dig your own graves with your lack of knowledge and make the rest of us look stupid.

        • violater1

It only makes you look stupid if you say the wrong thing how is his inaccurate assessment going to make you look stupid dumbasss right back at ya?!

          • UpLateAgain

Clearly cutglass57 has some security issues. He’s NEVER wrong… probably about anything. And anyone who has the audacity to point out he is, needs to be called names, insulted, and told to perform unnatural acts on him. This, of course, all happens on line. If he addressed people that way in person, the point would come where he’d get his ass royally kicked (as ANYONE can).

          • Veteran4Truth

See my statement above and after reading more of his hot air it would lead me to think he likely is about 17 or at least never grew past that maturity level.

          • Daniel Schultz

He is probably another suburban commando that is a part of a pro 2nd amendment group on facebook, and that is the limit of his experience.

        • violater1

Also Dan what makes you so sure in assuming that he is a conservative he may be liberal or liberatarian! Dumbasss do you know the definition of assume ( makes an ass of u and me)! Never assume bonehead!

          • cutglass57

violater1, actually I’m a full blown NRA card carrying Republican. I hate the left and consider them an enemy within. I own a pile of long guns and handguns. And I despise people like Daniel Schultz. He’s one of those sugar britches scum that likes to insult people from behind a monitor. Simply because he doesn’t have the balls to talk to anyone like that face to face. Funny thing is that even though I’m a disabled veteran I’m willing to bet a lot of money that I could probably kick his ass without breaking a sweat. Too bad I’ll never get the chance to do so.

          • Daniel Schultz

Your, A. A vet. B. A NRA member. C. A republican. And yet you don’t know what an assault rifle is. GTFO

          • Daniel Schultz

Holy crap retard, you figure it out. You are yet another reason you make us look stupid, lack of intellect.

          • Daniel Schultz

Oh look, he proved me right. Guess I didn’t ASSume did I?

        • cutglass57

Just in case my original post gets censored out I just want Daniel to know that he can apply negative atmospheric pressure to my penile area. Only problem is that he will probably like it.

          • ED Hamlin

Dude, grow up! This is why we in the fix, be a part of the team. That is the only way the objective is achieved.

        • tiredofcriminals

You don’t have to be such an a-s-s do you? Do you know how to respond without calling names? It is people like you that make the rest of us look stupid with your lack of self control, or was the lack of vocabulary? Try communicating without being a jerk.

          • Daniel Schultz

Wasn’t talking to you, so worry about yourself.

      • Alph Silverback

The AR in “AR-15″ rifle stands for ArmaLite rifle, after the company that developed it in the 1950s. “AR” does NOT stand for “assault rifle” or “automatic rifle.”

        • violater1

          Absolutely correct alph!

        • cutglass57

The only reason I put Assault Rifle in my comment is because I just recently read that in a gun mag within the last couple of months. Other wise I wouldn’t have put it down at all. If you people want to put me down or act like I don’t know what’s up you can blow me. I own a safe full of guns and hunt and shoot as much as possible. As far as that clown Daniel Schultz and his comment he can pack sand all the way to the Persian Gulf. Which is where I spent a considerable amount of time in uniform on a Destroyer. Which is something 95% of the rest of you jagoffs have never done. And wearing a uniform on Halloween doesn’t count.

          • CricketBug

Dude, you were wrong, and someone was kind enough to correct you. Why be a jerk about it? Say, “Thank you,” and move on. No one is trying to do anything but get the correct information out there. I would think that you would appreciate that. I know I would, and I’d apologize for my mistake. Why attack people who are ON YOU SIDE?

          • Veteran4Truth

Cause he’s an ass with a chip on his shoulder and likely full of hot air. I know about a dozen like him all story and no glory…BTW you weren’t packing sand if you were floating on a destroyer…

            Proudly served-

          • UpLateAgain

Bad info needs to be corrected, or the libs will use it. Don’t be so sensitive. It’s not like you making a mistake is the end of the world. And there are PLENTY of us veterans out there.

          • cherokee1934

            Amen Brother.

          • cherokee1934

I did not try to put you down, I just stated what AR stood for….I am now an old man but I served my time back in the 1950’s. And if someone thinks that I would not shoot them they had better not temp me very much by trying to come into my home. My state has a “Stand your ground law”.

          • Daniel Schultz

Go play more Halo and Call of Duty.

      • ED Hamlin

Ugh, I only used one for target practice wait that was an M16….so no. the name of a rifle is not the point. The point is the classification by politicians who have no clue on weapons. They cant even understand the laws they pass to fix the problems they create. Especially Dianne Finglestein. She has a bag of rocks for brains. Yeah it is Feinstein. Come-on people read, think and get involved. If We The People don’t stand up for our rights under the constitution we’ll be back to the king and queen era of a ruling class.

Classes should include more than what I have seen offered by a few. Some get close like Front Sight, but there is so much more to self defense at the home than is being taught. How about a high quality day on the range, some classroom time, back to the range, more classroom time, then run a simulation course that is set up like a home. Your tired and have been asleep for 30 minutes. you hear crass of glass. What do you do…. that is the kind of training needed. Being fresh in a simulator is good but what about when it has been 16 hours since you slept last.

Personally it should be a federal law that every person who qualifies for ownership should be required to own two weapons; a hand gun and a rifle/carbine. Have required training twice a year and range time once a month with quarterly simulators.

One of the reasons spec ops teams are so efficient at achieving the objective of overwhelming larger forces with small numbers is constant immersed training. If we had that for all Americans we would have the lowest crime rate in the world. Spend a bit of money on that and reduce insurance, prisons & jails, and legal systems costs.

Desert Storm and now retired. People need to be smart and use their brains instead of emotions. Don’t forget your brass where ever you go!

      • cherokee1934

AR-15 does not stand for Assault Rifle……where did you get that idea?
It stands for “ArmaLite Rifle-15″…otherwise I agree with your comment. I am also an Endowment Member of the NRA and have been a member for over 45 years.
        Have a great Sunday,

    • KingOfTexas

Rifles that fired full size cartridges, such as 30-06, 303 Brit, 8mm Mauser were used in “Battle Rifles”.

Pistol cartridges in full auto weapons were “Sub machine-guns” or “machine pistols”.

The Germans and then Russians developed new intermediate cartridges for semi and full auto weapons, and the were called

      “assault guns”.

In the post war years, the U.S. military took to using the term “Assault Rifle” for fully automatic capable weapons, in intermediate calibers such as 7.62×39 and .223.

    • cherokee1934

1934 was when the law was made.

      • ED Hamlin

It is the first law banning automatic machine guns. http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/National+Firearms+Act+of+1934 Think back to the prohibition era and mobs gunning down rival mob members. Yeah that stuff portrayed in movies really happened but much more brutal. The first law didn’t have the Brass spheres anymore after a US Supreme Court ruling gutted it https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&ved=0CDUQFjAB&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.saf.org%2Fallsupremecourttable.html&ei=E1O5UdfiA4aIiAKUt4GADw&usg=AFQjCNFFM_D9UFil8oVzHhwYqGWSap0YVQ&sig2=mhQS0PQcl3DIgU9EdKY_xg&bvm=bv.47883778,d.cGE

Thus the new law was created in 1968 which is the strongest of all laws passed. The AR -15 is the offical classification for Armalite Rife as it was pointed out before. Not assault rifle. If you carefully read all of the laws regarding weapons, to include rifles, handguns, etc you will find calling a rifle such as the AR-15 an assault rifle was coined by Dianne Feinstein. Assault rifle was attached to weapons like the M16, BAR 50, to name two off the top of my head.

To say an assault rifle is based on cartridge size is bumpkis. Read the military history on weapons used by all military’s around the world. The cost of ammunition was one factor, the Geneva convention was another. At one point in time bullets were not fully jacketed and the probability of surviving being shot was less than 10%. The FMJ bullet was a kinder way of injuring an enemy. I have to correct myself here. The Hague convention is when the use of FMJ rounds was instituted.

Ugh, Cutglass I am not sure where you experienced combat. As a retired member, rarely will you see a warning round. It is an exception to give a possible non combatant the opportunity to choose a different route. To say the military never fires a warning round is false.

        • cherokee1934

WOW.. You really put it all on line….and you said a thing or two that I had forgotten. As you said this business of firing a warning shot is done but very rarely. Law enforcement officers seldom fire a warning shot either. A few years ago I fired a warning shot, to keep from killing a man……at the time that is all that I could do except to go ahead and kill him….he dropped his weapon and calmed down real quick.

Let that be a lesson to us all. If you’re going to draw a weapon on someone, use it on them. “Warning shots” sadly do fall under the category of reckless discharges in most jurisdictions, if not all; and shooting to wound is too hard to do under stress (for most of us, anyway.) If someone’s breaking in, they intend you harm and deserve no courtesy and less respect.

I understand Thompson’s reluctance to take a life, and his respect for his fellow man–using the term loosely in reference to thugs like this–is commendable, but it’s obvious that the justice system does not look kindly on trying to spare someone’s life or avoid unnecessary violence. The Biden Defense is a no-go.

Kind of sad when killing someone is the right thing to do and you’re penalized for trying to avoid doing it.

    • Chris Foltz

Something breaking into your home is just an animal… KILL IT!

    • Chris Foltz

Sad thing is that there are so many “Wild Animals” running loose in OUR COUNTRY…& so much “Catch & Release” is practiced by law enforcement & the judicial system…again if an animal assaults you, KILL IT…

    • Daniel Schultz

Shooting to wound would be Gross Bodily Less than Murder. These gun laws are gun restrictions, intended to catch citizens in a catch 22.

If you so not kill a person, then they will take you to court and sue you. Dead people can’t sue you.

      • cherokee1934

You are right, but most everyone has some living relatives.

Oregon has gone off the cliff. I lived in Oregon 26 years; I grew up there but moved away in 1987. It has been taken over by raging liberals, mostly from California. When I lived there we had a saying, “Don’t Californicate Oregon.” You can see the gun grabbing California attitude has come across the border and Oregonians have lost their minds. I miss my Oregon, but I wouldn’t go back to live with the lefty loons for anything. This gun grabbing is baloney. Guess he should have let the guy break in and shot him once he was inside.

    • victorbarney

All the Marxists in California moved up there when Reagan became governor of California, remember?

  • tiredofcriminals

Well, come on over and break in my place and I won’t bother with a warning shot. I have the law behind me where I live and you won’t have that to hide behind. Any one who puts my family, my home or my life in danger will be dispatched to hell immediately.

  • 1_69

Political BS it’s good to point out the right meanings with out sounding like a bunch of winers we all like our guns is the bottem line no matter what you want to call them. The government needs to just back off and focus on other issues.

  • sirwiley

    MORONIC politics

  • KingOfTexas

what do you expect from the left coast?

  • Proudvietvet58

This is B/S!!!! The robber is very lucky it was not me. I would have dropped him in his tracks, the hell with a warning shot!!

  • Evelyn

He had NO BUSINESS trying to break into another man’s house. Why else would he be trying to break in other than to do bodily harm? Excessive force would have been to kill him. A warning shot was NOT excessive force. Actually all those who believe in Sharia Law should be stoned or get the H*LL out of OUR country!!

  • DM

So now defending your property and your person is a crime. What is this country coming to. This man should be congratulated for taking action, and it was appropriate action.

    • kjenkinsaf

      I think he missed.

  • Dingus

While we are discussing the AR-15…
The M.E. reports and the reporters on the scene at Sandy Hook said the perp left an AR-15 is in vehicle but brought in 4 handguns. This was later reported on by NBC Today show. Notice how this has been covered up by the Liberal media? All you ever hear is the perp executed the victims with an AR-15. Lies, Lies, Lies!!!

    • Sargent Koranflusher

Yeah……..first it was reported 2 guns and they even named the two makers a Sig and something…then later they changed it to FOUR handguns…and THEN it was the AR15.
Now I am at the point where I automatically dont believe a word from the media or the “authorities”.

  • kjenkinsaf

He should very waited until he got inside.

    • cherokee1934

If he had waited then he would have had to kill him………

      • Sargent Koranflusher

Maybe…but I’ll bet he would have been in less trouble!

        • cherokee1934

          You are probbally right.

  • blair152

I don’t own a gun. I can’t afford it. My choice. However, I’m not going to begrudge those who do.

  • victorbarney

Hello? It wasn’t a campaign secret when our verbally elite sex voted in tandem for this promised anti-white black Marxist government…

Bingo… a Muslim-Marxist jihadist surrounded with his homo and lezbo commies that are and will takeover this dying Republic unless the sheeple get their heads out of their arses!

  • mcw

Depends where you live on the laws of discharging a weapon. First off you don’t fire a warning shot. If you even pull your weapon that means someone is about to be shot. If you warn someone and they tell the police you pointed a gun at them guess what your in trouble. I understand he didn’t want to shoot the awhole but he would of been betteroff letting come in then you do what you have to!

  • 2tiredoftheGOVERNMENT

well all I can say is I would of got up gone, and got me gun came back, and sit back down and waited until he came thru the door. and then I would have pumped round after round into him until he stopped squirming. then the cops couldn’t of charged me with anything. and the punk could not have testified and he dang sure couldn’t of told a lie. like Osama Obama always does.

  • Lowell

Never point a weapon at anyone you do not intend to kill or fire a warning shot. Don’t shoot anyone if they are running away. Do not kill out of anger. Plan your action and stick with it. One more, don’t continue to shoot if they are dead. If you shoot you will be in trouble. If you don’t shoot you could be dead along with your family. The first is better. That is how I feel.

    • billygeturgun

Tried by 12 versus carried by 6. You do the math!

  • http://www.facebook.com/jean.larson.5 Jean Larson

What b.s.! He frightened off a burglar. He didn’t shoot “at” the criminal. The criminal is a FELON. He did not use an “assault weapon.” He did nothing wrong. This is total b.s. – on the part of the police and the reporter. And why is the burglar not in trouble? Total b.s.!

  • http://www.facebook.com/jean.larson.5 Jean Larson

Remember when the genius Biden advised us all to get a shotgun and go out on the porch and shoot it into the air twice, or shoot through the front door? The crap that comes out of his mouth is unbelievable, and yet a reasonable action on the part of a veteran is determined to be suspect and guilty until proven innocent. This is so wrong!

    • cherokee1934

I ran someone off a few months ago by opening a kitchen window and firing 4 shots from my 9mm, I heard their vehicle start up and they left really quick. I live in the Country and I aim to protect myself and family.

  • GodsAmerica

Perhaps the people that is citing and charging our military hero should be arrested, cited and charged with obstructing justice and freedom!

  • David

I am a veteran of the US Army and a 23 year veteran as a Police Officer for the 6th largest city in the country. WHAT A DISGRACE to hear this BULL$%&*!!!!!!!! And I can not believe they found an officer “spokesman” (woman) to say what this guy said!!! What an embarrassment to our profession. If I was in “his” position I would REFUSE to say that crap!!!! This American hero did an amazing job of showing restraint and professionalism in this situation….that S%#@ HEAD should have been shot. The hero in this case did NOT endanger the public and was gracious enough to let the worthless scum continue to breath the air the rest of us breath. God bless you my brother and know that you have mine and A LOT of others support…I would be PROUD to help and support you. All you have to do is ask.

    • billygeturgun

      DITTO!

david youre a stand up guy !

  • cherokee1934

If he is no guilty then he will get his Assault Rifle back……..what BS… His rifle should not have been taken period…….and an AR-15 “IS NOT AN ASSAULT RIFLE”. Why can’t the media use the correct term when talking about an AR-15? It works just like any other semi-automatic weapon in this Country. It fires one shot for each pull of the trigger just like untold numbers of hunting rifles used across America each and every Day.

    • Travis James Miller

Not true….if it has a burst mode that is 3 rounds per pull of the trigger….i think its all bullshit…i am a marinevet with 3 yeras in the middle east…i agree there shouldnt be an issue about it. But there is….only we the people can stand and overthrow the lawmakers……there is power in numbers

      • cherokee1934

I am trying not made you mad or feel bad but you are wrong about the fire rate of an AR-15…….as a Marine vet you should know better….please read my comment again……. You are thinking about the M-16 which will shoot one shot, three shots and some of them will also fire in the fully automatic mode. Please go online and look it up so that you can see what I am trying to tell you.

Other than that I am with you 100% and there is power in Numbers. Let us not make the same mistake again when electing people to serve us in Washington.

        Have a great Sunday,

        Cherokee

  • Bob-O

Liberals have an infectious disease , and its called brainwashing . Even the firearm enthusiasts have been caught up in using the term ” assault rifle ” …. Sad isnt it ? Can we all just call them RIFLES ? You do realize what the liberals want to do ??? Associate the words assault rifles with all semiautomatics so a ban can be twisted and inclusive at a later date . Its a game of chess and gun owners should not fall in to playing .

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1629106829 Sonia Jones

Glad someone else understands the lefts tactic of controlling the narrative by getting us to use their manipulative descriptions and terms!
      You are spot on!

  • Auntie Sam

Welcome to the new USA … where the new “correct” is the traditional wrong and the new “wrong” is the traditional correct. Up is down and down is up. Obamaland!

  • Scales

I feared for my life, I feared for my life, I feared for my life,

    I want a lawyer.

    My 2 cents.

  • blair152

Confiscate the cops’ guns. Most of them are on a power trip anyway.

  • Sargent Koranflusher

It sounds to me that most dangerous people involved in this whole affair is not guy who tried to break in but the police chief and anyone in the court system, the judge maybe, who are keeping this rifle from its rightful owner.

If Americans still had their balls they’d be down at the police station burning it down and tarring and feathering that faggot-fuck police chief!

  • LearB4Uspew

King Osamba says the AR-15 is an assault rifle, none of you filthy peasants need a weapon like this for deer hunting, and you only need single fire pistols and rifles for hunting and defense. Anything else is an insult and threat to the regime.

  • Brian Cox

They always seem to treat the average citizen as if they should have the training of a lawyer or law enforcement. People act out of fight or flight and are not bound by the same rules that govern law enforcement. Our governments need to stop acting as if we were all born to act the same way in every situation. No one can be sure of how they will react until presented with such situations. Bottom line is focus on the criminal and stop trying to make criminals out of the victims.
