Johns Hopkins Losing Credibility

In what proves yet again the level of lunacy pervasive in Wackademia, Chick-fil-A has been banned from the campus of Johns Hopkins due to the owner of the corporation’s stand on same-sex marriage.

The university says it’s trying to prevent the perception of “microaggression” towards the  LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning) community.

A private man’s views get his corporation banned.  I wonder if Johns Hopkins has scrutinized all their suppliers’ owners or CEOs for their personal views?

As reported by YahooNews:

The students of Johns Hopkins University have a message for Chick-fil-A: No, thank you.

The university’s Student Government Association (SGA) approved a resolution this week saying that university officials should pick “other non-discriminatory options” and rule out any “current and future Chick-fil-A development plans” if searching for new dining vendors on campus.

In the resolution, which passed 18 to 8, the SGA stated that having a Chick-fil-A location on campus would be a “microaggression” towards the campus community, including “visiting prospective and current students, staff, faculty, and other visitors who are members of the LGBTQ community or are allies.”

This is not about chicken, people; it’s about Christianity.  It’s about views that contradict  the mainstream, secular view of life.  If Johns Hopkins is allowed to get away with this, Christianity loses.

Chick-fil-A is one of the strongest franchises in America. They will survive.  At this rate, they may out-survive Christianity.
