2016 Presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton (D), before her life as Arkansas’s First Lady to Governor Bill Clinton, in the public eye since the 1970s–and on the public dole almost as long– was once a lawyer. As reported in the Washington Post:
The Wellesley graduate and one time Arkansas attorney asked to recuse herself from the 1975 case of an adolescent girl having been raped, according to a July 8, 2014 article on CBSNews.com. “When I was a 27-year-old attorney doing legal aid work at the [University of Arkansas] where I taught in Fayetteville, Arkansas, I was appointed by the local judge to represent a criminal defendant accused of rape,” she said when broached on the topic. “I asked to be relieved of that responsibility, but I was not. And I had a professional duty to represent my client to the best of my ability, which I did.”
Apparently, “to the best of my ability” including lying. According to a February 2008 New York Newsday and The Political in article, where the rape victim corrected the record:
“Hillary Clinton agreed to be his court-appointed attorney. Hillary submitted an affidavit to the court in which she wrote,
‘I have been informed that the complainant is emotionally unstable and to seek out older men and engage in fantasizing. I have also been informed that she has in the past made false accusations about persons, claiming they had attacked her body.‘
She didn’t bother [to say] who had ‘informed’ her. She couldn’t, because she made it up.
I was 12 years old.”
And not only does the then sixth-grade victim, now a fifty-two-year-old woman, cites Clinton isn’t an advocate for women, but:
“Hillary was an advocate for my rapist. She did a great job for him. She destroyed me.“
The victim may have a point. The Washington Free Beacon had obtained audio from a 1980s interview with Clinton, in which the former First Lady during President Clinton’s 1992-2000 terms in the White House, concedes admittedly disquieting information about how she capitalized on loopholes to minimize the sentence of the suspect, 41-year-old Thomas Alfred Taylor. Though he faced 30 years to life in prison, Clinton negotiated a plea deal that sentenced Taylor to just one year in county jail and four years of probation.
And we’re expected to believe the former Secretary of State is a champion for women and children, truly looking out for the best interest of women and children?
Wasn’t Hillary Clinton the first one to say that Todd Akin should remove himself from his 2012 Senatorial bid, after his gaffe about “legitimate rape” when women faced violent sexual assaults? Why are the media not discussing her apparent naked injustice to a rape victim who was 12 years old?
Perhaps Hillary Clinton has flip-flopped on the issue of rape and the War on Women, since she used legal loopholes to get her client a lesser charge?
Or could it be as I suspect that Hillary Clinton, like the rest of the Left, really hates women and children, but will go to great lengths to fool the American public into believing that the Left actually cares about women and children?
This naked, hellish hypocrisy of the Left–Hillary Clinton, the rabid feminists, and other nutcases who adore her so–is nauseatingly dangerous for America. Clinton must not secure the highest office of the land, as women in the country may be in more danger, treated like the 12-year-old rape victim. America will be ridiculed by Clinton, just as she showcased her brazen crassness on a recording in the 1975 case, where she’s heard laughing about the accuracy of polygraphs, since her client passed his, and yet was indeed guilty.
Despite this stain on Hillary’s sordid history, coupled with her clear incompetence in handing the Benghazi disaster, this Democrat presidential candidate clearly isn’t fit to occupy 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. The fifty-two-year-old survivor of a vicious sexual assault those decades ago, doesn’t need this Leftist excuse of an advocate for women and children. Hillary Clinton serves as a double injustice to her.
