Something unexpected happened regarding Russia. Let’s see how long it takes the media to blame President Trump.
Russia’s UN Ambassador, Vitaly Churkin, “died suddenly” in New York this morning, one day before his 65th birthday. Will the liberal media find a way to lampoon the Trump administration with this tragedy?
The UN observed a moment of silence for Ambassador Churkin this morning. Many expressed shock at his passing:
“He was a dear colleague of all of us, a deeply committed diplomat of his country and one of the finest people we have known,” a UN official said.
“He was an outstanding person. He was brilliant, bright, a great diplomat of our age,” Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told RT.
During his career, Churkin served as Russia’s ambassador to several nations including Belgium, Canada, NATO and the Western European Union. His untimely death is a tragedy. But given the leftist media’s penchant for fake news regarding President Trump and the Russians, there may be a new false narrative brewing.
Current anti-Trump sentiment has exploded, especially among the Leftist press.
Churkin’s death could spur further rumor, innuendo, from the Clinton News Network and other rags who have been repeatedly caught lying about President Trump.
So what people die, when you can tie Trump to the death, through anonymous sources.
How’s this for connecting the dots?
Yesterday, Nikki Haley, America’s UN ambassador, held her first press conference since assuming her role. After attending her first Security Council meeting, Haley warned the nations involved that their anti-Israel bias was not kosher.
“The meeting focused on criticizing Israel, the one true democracy in the Middle East. I am new around here, but I understand that’s how the Council has operated month after month for decades. I am here to say the United States will not turn a blind eye to this anymore. I am here to underscore to the ironclad support of the United States for Israel. I am here to emphasize that the United States is determined to stand up to the U.N.’s anti-Israel bias.”
Less than a day later, Churkin fell ill in his office at Russia’s UN mission and was taken to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. And according to Russia’s deputy UN ambassador, Vladimir Safronko, Churkin died there on Monday.
Here’s the kicker, in case CNN reads our article: the cause of death is not yet known.
But the Left can spin suspicious circumstances plots about anyone. Will Trump be targeted by lame-stream media for this coincidence? Time will tell, but I wouldn’t put it past them.
