The Pope has been informed that Obama is gone and Trump is the new sheriff in town. And he’s brought his Bible.
In typical Trump fashion, he is making Christianity a reality show. And what’s certain about this show is the Pope and other Catholics will be made to confront radical Islam.
NPR reported Steve Bannon’s comments about the fight of Islam towards Christianity:
“We’re at the very beginning stages of a very brutal and bloody conflict, of which, if the people in this room, the people in the church, do not bind together and really form what I feel is an aspect of the church militant, to really be able to not just stand with our beliefs, but to fight for our beliefs against this new barbarity that’s starting.”
“We are in an outright war against jihadist Islamic fascism. And this war is, I think, metastasizing far quicker than governments can handle it.”
Trump Pope Face Off
The Pope would never address the conflict of Islam with Christianity. In fact, he actually chastised nations of the world for not ingratiating Muslims.
The article continues,
The pope has repeatedly urged European countries to welcome migrants — who are, in the majority, Muslim — and he has championed the rights of the poor.
As President Trump’s executive orders suggest, he will be circumspect of Muslims, and not believe the hype. Ironically, America’s least Christian president, Barack Obama made the pilgrimage to meet with the Pope, in what some described as “the Pope meets the Devil.”
CNN described the meeting at the White House, as the two trying to find “common ground.” They also wrote this:
Obama has often expressed his admiration for the Pope’s ability to call attention to issues including income inequality, even while admitting they disagree on certain social issues.
They found lots of “common ground,” for this Pope appeared secular, as he suggested the poor in one country “rise up.”
The Pope also began addressing ridiculous things like “climate change.”
Recall the Pope’s criticism of candidate Donald Trump for wanting to build a wall along the border with Mexico, saying,
“A person who thinks only about building walls … and not building bridges is not Christian.”
It is rumored that Pope Francis’ supporters inside the Vatican worry that following Trump’s election victory, the Pope no longer has an ally on the world stage. In other words, Catholicism will actually have to go back to using the Bible and the word of God, versus the word of Obama.
Sources say that those who have disagreed with the Pope have become emboldened, critics both within and outside the Vatican. Further, they have become more vocal.
For example, recently mysterious anti-Francis posters cropped up around Rome. The photo showed the Pope looking uncharacteristically very grouchy.
In the graphic, the Pope is accused of being a dictator.
There was one final stroke of irony, the unidentified author. Using a Roman street dialect, he put “Mercy” the unofficial slogan of his papacy on the graphic.
It’s long overdue that Catholics wake up to the damage done by Obama and the Pope. All in the name of progressivism.
