White House Reporter Makes MAJOR BLUNDER on Trump

White House Reporter Makes MAJOR BLUNDER: Accuses Trump of Racist Comments

More evidence that Liberals’ constant goal is to exacerbate America’s racial divide to further their fake news narratives.

During the White House press briefing on Tuesday, White House correspondent April Ryan alleged that on the campaign trail that candidate Trump said,

“White people made America.”

He never said that.

It’s pathetic that in 2017, America is still so far from realizing Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr’s dream that every one of every race would evaluate everyone else based on their character rather than their skin color.  But liberals continue to prove that we’re no where near that finish line.

President Trump’s visit to an exhibit on American slavery, provoked the American Urban Radio Networks reporter to ask:

“What did the president gain from his tour today?  You talked about the exhibits that he visited.  Did he also visit slavery exhibits?  The reason why I ask this is because when he was Candidate Trump, he said things like, “We made this country.  Meaning, white America, not necessarily black.”

april-ryan2Translation: Why would a white racist want to learn anything about American slavery?

A confused Spicer responded:

“I don’t know why you would say that.  What do you mean?”

Ryan insisted:

“No, no, no, no.  He said that.  I heard him say that.”

The problem: nothing Trump said even approached racism. He was not talking about ‘White America,’ as Ryan indefensibly claims. Trump was talking about all Americans. The race-baiting Left screams racism every time it fits their narrative to do so.

The Full Context

April Ryan 2At an Ohio campaign stop in 2016, Trump said:

“We cannot let our First Amendment rights be taken away from us.  We can’t let it. We have the right to speak, we’re law-abiding people.  We’re people that work very hard.  We’re people who’ve built this country and made this country great.  And we’re all together and we want to get along with everybody, but when they have organized, professionally staged wise guys, we’ve got to fight back.  We’ve got to fight back.”

Ryan conflated those words with the “predominantly white” audience to conclude that Trump was specifically referring to white people. Trump never mentioned race; he was talking about free speech rights.

The rally was held one day after rioters forced the cancelation of another Trump rally in Chicago.  To Ryan, that means the candidate’s statement was racist.  Trump was arguing against liberal protesters who repeatedly disrupted his campaign rallies.  Those protesters were not all black.  And Trump’s supporters are not all white.  This isn’t a race thing.

As Alex Griswold pointed out to Mediaite:

“You could only read the above and come away with a racially exclusionary message if you were already convinced Trump was a racist.  …  There’s just nothing in it to suggest he was speaking specifically about “white America” as Ryan claimed at the White House.”

The White House should demand an apology.

I’d recommend ejection from the WHPC, but if they did that to every fake news reporter, how many news outlets would be left to cover the White House?
