Republicans Drop Bomb: Obama Surveillance is Real

Yes, the Trump team really was targeted by surveillance. No, the Russians were not involved.

Nunes, Surveillance, #KevinJacksonA press conference Wednesday aimed to bring a little more clarity to the biggest question of “Did he or didn’t he?”.

Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), claims he possesses proof that “U.S. citizens involved in the Trump transition” were “incidentally surveilled” by the Obama administration. According to Nunes, this evidence is not related to, “Russia, the investigation of Russian activities, or the Trump team.”

Democrats pretend to be shocked that there’s gambling in the casino.

They learned the news (that they already knew) via the press conference like the rest of the world. However, the White House was unaware of Nunes’ findings. Furthermore, Nunes claims the intel was delivered to him after FBI Director Comey testified before Congress.

Nonetheless, it wasn’t the surveillance that necessarily concerned Nunes. The “unmasking” of transition team members caused the real problem. Thus, in surveillance reports, subjects should be referred to as “American A” (or some other generic tag). Instead, identities were listed.

Unmasking requires specific request and approval.

According to Kemberlee Kaye of Legal Insurrection:

This “incidental” intelligence contained personal information about members of Trump’s transition team was then disseminated to other IC members, “but this had no intelligence significance at all…and that would include people in the White House getting it,” said Rep. Peter King (R-NY), House Intel Committee member.

The O’Reilly Factor:

Surveillance, #KevinJacksonPeter King reiterated Nunes’ findings while a guest on Bill O’Reilly.

According to King, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Supposedly, even more disturbing news exists.

King’s statements indicate the intelligence reports read like surveillance reports, detailing where the subjects went and with whom they spoke. Sadly, the incidents can’t be called ‘isolated’, as there are many reports with the same kind of intelligence.

It’s safe to say some kind of ObamaGate is afoot and spying runs rampant.

Trump might feel “somewhat vindicated” by Nunes’ statement. However, only the complete truth will bring total vindication. That glorious day approaches.

Soon the Leftist whine, “You can’t accuse Obama of this.” will be over.
