Obama’s Transgender Policy Leads to Rape of 10-Year-Old Girl

Miguel Martinez identifies as a woman. He calls himself Michelle. Yet he was still man enough to rape a young girl.

Thank God, Trump ended Obama’s bathroom policy before hundreds more fell victim.

The trial started Monday for Martinez. It didn’t take long to convict him of both first and second degree sexual abuse of a child. He now faces 70 years in prison. However, the real question here is “where is the media frenzy”?

When Obama announced his bathroom policy, the left went wild with excitement. Sadly, the declaration was made without the customary debate that should surround major policy changes in this country. However, just like with DACA, Obama simply made it so.

The nation spent years debating woman’s suffrage. Even more decades were spent ironing out Civil Rights mostly for blacks. Those two debates pretty much covered everybody, until Obama came on the scene.

Now, we debate sexuality. We discuss things like what gender somebody “chooses” versus what they really are. Our heroes are no longer Susan B. Anthony or Martin Luther King, Jr, but instead Caitlyn Jenner.

Along with a host of other LGBTQ-centered agenda, Obama ushered in the era of Trans-gender rights. Suddenly the transgender were faced with what bathroom to use. So what they had been decided which bathrooms to use for dozens of years. The time had come for a national discussion on this critical topic affecting a minute portion of the population.

No longer was America to understand that transgender is a form of mental illness. But even without the distinction, politicians give entitlements to the transgender.

Apparently, one thing the transgender are entitled to is the ability to pick and chose their gender based on circumstances. Sadly, this 10-year-old girl caught a transgender man in “man mode”.

The Daily Caller detailed the attack by Miguel Martinez:

Martinez allegedly invited the young girl into the bathroom with him where he allegedly fondled the girl’s breasts and genitalia, before penetrating her. The girl told police that “it hurt inside” when Martinez penetrated her, causing her to cry, according to the Tribune’s report.

Nurses at a nearby medical center “completed a sexual assault exam and found redness and abrasions on the girl’s genitalia.”

Looks like Martinez found a convenient method of finding victims.

Martinez was sentenced for the sexual assault. Too bad he’s not serving time next to the Leftists who created him or even Harvey Weinstein. But that would be too much to ask.

By the way, to add insult to injury, Martinez was a family friend to the little girl.

In another incident, in July, 2016, an Idaho man was arrested at Target for taking pictures in the women’s bathroom.

Target announced in April that men who identify as women would be allowed to use the women’s facilities at the retail store. Soon after, a man recorded himself receiving permission from Target staff to use the women’s bathrooms after he explained that’s where he “feels comfortable.”

A petition calling for a boycott of Target received hundreds of thousands of signatures from people upset with the bathroom policy. The company’s stock dropped soon after, costing the company more than $2 billion, according to one estimate.

Things only got worse from there.

Sheriff’s deputies arrested 43-year-old Sean Patrick Smith, who reportedly identifies as Shauna Patricia Smith, the day after he was spotted reaching over the changing room wall with a cell phone taking pictures of a woman who was trying on clothes. The victim confronted Smith, who then ran out of the store.

These insane policies have opened a Pandora’s box of Leftist permutations, legal and otherwise. The only consolation is at least President Trump will take a sane look at the policies and act accordingly.

People who suffer from this illness need compassion, but we can’t create special policies for them.
