Socialist Bernie Sanders ADMITS Blue Wave is Just a Wet Dream

Democrats are furious. Even Bernie Sanders knows the left is doomed.

What is the count of Democrats now admitting the blue wave was just a wet dream?

Don’t bother to answer.

We all heard about the historical element of midterms, and how bad it would be for Donald Trump. After all, Trump isn’t popular according to the fake news media.

And I seem to recall that Barack Obama was madly popular.

In fact, Obama ushered in the gully-washer of Blue Waves in 2008.

Democrats thought Obama was invincible. So much so that James Carville assured leftists that Republicans would drown in a sea of aqua for years to come.

You may recall in Carville’s book titled, “40 more years: How the Democrats will rule the next generation,” he said:

“A democratic majority is emerging,” Carville writes, “And much of the credit goes to Barack Obama.”

But two years later, Obama got crushed under a red tide, making the 2010 midterms the bloodiest in decades.

That year his poll numbers had dropped from the 60s to 45 percent approval. And that’s with the muscle-memory of blacks begging for America to give him more time.

What a fall from grace.

After all, Democrats claimed Obama could walk on water.

With the 2014 midterms, Democrats received their second bloodiest blow. By then, Democrats just prayed they could wait out the Obama presidency. All toll, Obama sacrificed 1,080 Democrat seats to Republicans.

The final blow to liberals happened the moment Obama gave America the gift of Donald Trump.

Obama announced his support of the Democrats on Sept 21. Now, he’s back on the campaign trail. You want the good news or the bad news Democrats?

Just kidding; there is no good news.

Even Barack Obama can’t move the needle.

Consider a recent rally Obama held in blue state utopia, California. The Washington Post reported that only a grand total of 900 people attended the rally.

Meanwhile over 100,000 tickets were requested for Trump’s rally for Ted Cruz in Texas.

In fact, the rally moved to a bigger venue.

While Texas Ted is energizing the masses, it seems Obama is wholly ineffective at rallying the historically reliable black vote.

They’ve seen too much of Donald Trump, and now the voters can’t even remember how to spell Obama.

Moreover, Joe Biden actually seems to lead the Democratic Party and just in time for Halloween!

So is it any wonder Bernie Sanders and other leftists have walked back their claims of a blue wave?

During a recent interview with The Hill Bernie Sanders had this to say about the Democrats chances in the midterms:

“I know a lot of people talk about this blue wave and all that stuff. But I don’t believe in it. I happen to believe on election night you’re going to find a very very close situation and maybe a handful of votes determining whether Democrats gain control of the House and that we have an entity able to stand up to Trump, or we don’t.”

But don’t just take Bernie’s word for it.

What of the DNC Chairmen Tom Perez who had this to say recently on CNN:

“We always knew that this election was going to be close. I don’t use the term ‘blue wave,’” Tom Perez said.

These comments from top Democrat leaders are very different from what they promised their supporters after the 2016 election.

Some news pundits speculate that this may be a strategy for Democrats to scare their voters into turning out on November 6th.

But I think Democrats are simply preparing their voter base that the they have failed them and the rest of America miserably.

To me, the message is loud and clear. Apparently, the blue wave is nothing more than a blue puddle.
