ACORN Gets the Mine…

As if America needed any more proof that Democrats still think of black as slaves, all one needs to do is think ACORN. ACORN, the organization that most people associate with “community organizing”, and more fittingly Democrat voter fraud perpetrated by blacks is headed by a gang of white racist Democrats whose only agenda is…their own capitalist agenda.
If you don’t believe me, then visit an ACORN facility. They are located in any large city with a heavy black population. The building will be prominently placed in a mostly black community. When you see ACORN minions protesting, getting petitions signed, or doing whatever destructive deeds ACORN wishes to perpetrate on the black community, you can bet that it will be mostly black people doing the bidding. Democrat slavery is alive and well, as it is a white slave Massa who is the overseer at ACORN.
So every day, ignorant blacks hit the streets at the urging of Massa to institute policies that have gotten blacks NOTHING over the past six decades. Since ACORN’s founding by Wade Rathke in 1970’s the decline for blacks has accelerated, not gotten better…except for Rathke. Now that his brother has embezzled a few hundred thousands, Rathke has taken ACORN international…oh, and changed the name.
Prior to Rathke’s departure, in typical Democrat meddlist fashion, ACORN forced the government to come to the rescue of lowly blacks to help us get houses. To accomplish this, ACORN forced lenders to make bad loans. The lenders then lobbied prominent Democrats like Dodd, Frank, Kerry, and Obama to support their agenda. The lenders fought back, packaging these bad loans into investments, in order to mitigate their potential losses when these mortgages failed—an inevitable outcome of giving loans to people who never learned how to manage money.
Now ACORN would say that the standard of living in the black community has risen. I agree. But that’s only in comparison to the black community of the past. Per capita, black still lag far behind other groups.
Black families have ghetto housing, functional cars (usually pimped to some degree). We have cable tv, and let’s forget our famous black homeless man who actually took a picture of the Michelle-O with his…cell phone. That poor black man who would be rich if he live in Bangladesh or Nepal for simply having a cell phone. The good news is that ACORN and the FED have made it so easy for blacks, that we don’t need to work…at all! At least as long as you are cool with the lifestyle the Democrat elitist allow you.
Meanwhile Rathke joins the ranks of the super elite, you know racist elitist Democrats like John Kerry, Ted Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer—white Democrats who only have blacks to “serve” them. And serve them we do.
Blacks are out spreading the gospel of other blacks voting Democrat, and intimidating those who don’t. Blacks are being prostituted into doing the bidding of rich white folks, like Rathke. I doubt if most ACORN foot soldiers even know who runs the organization. Witless pawns, used by Democrats. Yet blacks and Democrats will argue that all the racists of the Democrats left the party back in the ‘60’s. I say they NEVER left. And like most smooth criminals Democrat have only refined their racist game.

From its humble beginnings in the 1970, the little ACORN has indeed become a mighty oak. For its efforts in the Obama campaign, ACORN was rewarded with $5.2B of new funding in what is being called “neighborhood stabilization.” This is a euphemism for “keeping black people ignorant and voting democrat” program. Though ACORN touts itself as the largest “grass roots” community group in the country, there is nothing grass roots about it. It is a heavily funded Democrat organization with one goal in mind. Keep Democrats thriving off so-called black victims.
Ask me if I think blacks will learn anything from this new enslavement, and my simple answer is, “Of course not!” Ignorance is bliss, and blacks are the most content race in America–have been for decades.
So as the saying goes, ACORN gets the mine, while blacks get the shaft.
That’s my rant!

As a pretty average white guy with next to no direct contact with black men or women, I am saddened by the continued abuse that blacks suffer at the hands of self-aggrandizing white liberals. What disheartens me most is that so few people even notice this new form of slavery (unless they are conservative and/or independent thinkers). I applaud your work to make a difference in the way we look at people as individuals.

Kevin…what then is the answer? How do you get the message to the folks that are being affected – If they refuse to listen to anyone but the Sharptons, Jacksons, NAACPs, etc. Any other serious black leader that has espoused anything other then the party line gets immediately shuffled off stage. And the answer must come from the black community…
Is the answer formal education? I think that that may make things worse with all the revisionist history being taught.
The only way as I see it is to fight fire with fire. A grassroots org that would be the antithesis of acorn. I suggest the following…
Society to Quash Righteous Liberals or “SQRL” If SQRL can’t handle a few nuts, then all hope is lost…

You are correct that we all have to stand up and be heard…however, I don’t believe that the black community is necessarily going to take the word of an old, fat Italian guy over the likes of a strong black conservative like yourself. Even you, I bet, are hard pressed sometimes to gain the ear of the lib/dem black community w/out getting called a ‘whitey-lover.’
Without a true conservative grassroots effort in the black community, the acorns, Jacksons, Sharptons will invariably win out….they are just a too well oiled machine at this point in time. (and they personally have too much to lose – which I think is more insidious then the white folk doing it to the people). And w/the msm and education system the way they are…some conservative black leader(s) must truly step up to the plate and go hit the streets in the black community and spread the truth…and be ready to duck…

Kevin your right, but I will take it on step further. You have a black President that not only wants to enslave blacks but whites, and every other race in America. We will all become slave to the government if the President gets his way. With Government health care, cap and trade, card check and what ever else Mr. Obama dreams up, this country will loose its freedom. That is the plan of the progressives make everyone dependent on the government. WAKE UP AMERICA and take notice before it is to LATE!

Kevin…you are absolutely right…just trying to be pragmatic here…how many blacks have gotten squashed like bugs for speaking out against the machine…let alone us white folk. That is the only point here…I do believe, however, that you would have a better shot on a soapbox on 125th and Lexington then I would. If you caught their ear I would have a better chance at follow-up.

@DaSicilian – Perhaps blacks are being stifled, I certainly believe that to be true. However, if we can overcome slavery, we can certainly overcome a few harsh words! The “TRUF” must be told, dangit! Tell blacks, “So did you know that ACORN is run by a bunch of rich white guys, who are making money hand over fist, and you say nothing. Do you think you would know this, if those rich white guys were Republicans? Stop being stupid!” See what they say!

You know, the honest to God truth is that I would have never known about ACORN had it not have been for Fox News, specificially Sean Hannity. I honestly do not want to offend someone from the black community with the ‘real truth’ because I can’t imagine how hard it has been to overcome slavery, poverty, injustices, and generational ignorance. It makes me very sad too. Most of my extended family is racist Southern democrat & very defensive of such historical saviors as FDR, JFK, & Clinton. When I have mentioned Obama, they become beligerant with defensive rants. I present facts to them and most act as if that is the first time they have heard that (which is probably true).
Last week I traveled to the Dallas/Fort Worth Area for work. In every airport & restaurants, CNN was on. It is absolutely amazing the contrasts in fair reporting from these two networks!

Chip….the Italians, Chinese, Hispanics, Irish, etc. all had to overcome one thing or another in coming to America. The key here is….what makes Kevin, me, Oprah, Cosby, (we can go on and on)….overcome their surrondings/plight? Guts, hard work and the want for something better And, solid family or significant others doesn’t hurt either, but that’s not always there…

ACORN, not only nuts with federal funds, but given all the fruits in the Dem party, this is one big fruitcake. A fruitcake for anyone with political taste will find this cake too hard to bite and tasteless and bland to chew. The fact that ONE race predominately eats this cake hook, line and s(t)inker should say something to the bigotry behind the seasoning of this cake. Time to expose the components of this crappy pastry get everyone to desire a better political tasting appetizer.

Glenn Beck has done a wonderful job the past few weeks exposing Acorn for the dirty organization that it is.
A bit off topic, but since the House passed the crap and tax bill on Friday..will the Democrats be sending money to the Jackson family for helping get it through the house.? There was hardly a blurb on the news Friday. Will the current admin wait until the next huge celebrity dies and cram through health care or some other damaging legislation? It worked on Friday.
I am not a betting man, but I might be doing research into Dead Pool betting sites…….my two cents

I will add that Hispanics need to wake up and smell the cafe. My grandmother came here legally and it was difficult, believe me. My mother said she would rather commit suicide (and we’re Catholic) then take welfare (my father decided he didn’t have pay child support and his employer enabled him by lying about his salary) I have advanced degrees in history (no, I hate the revisionist type) and I only attended private schools. The wealthy Catholics with their donations allowed for grammar school to remain free for many years.
I hate affirmative action and said so when I applied for college ( I had a grade for the SAT’s in the top 3%) and applied for Regents scholarships when they offered them.
I never whined nor made excuses. I am tired of paying for illegal aliens that invade and break the laws of my country!!! But Hispanics who also refuse to learn English believe they deserve any and all entitlements (WIC, Section 8, Welfare, food stamps anyone) I say learn English, stay in school, stop getting pregant and stop playing the victim. That’s my rant!! Thanks…

I`ve been telling everyone I know, whether they want to listen or not, about the scumbag progressive whites exploiting the poorest of the poor in ACORN. Rep. Conyers will not allow an investigation of ACORN, the white progressives who run ACORN are suing the ACORN 8 and Anita Moncrief. Since none of this is on the state run media Afro-Americans are unaware of these facts. It`s a damn shame.

Kevin, I am not sure that we can…it will need a lot of effort by those that truly love the USA and have real values and faith. The illegal aliens will continue to DEMAND entitlements just because they are hispanic ( I use them because they are the largest group) and we will continue to see signs and everything else in Spanish. McCain pandering to the hateful, racist La Raza doesn’t help and Obummer appointing an idiot from that group to his cabinet of morons doesn’t bode well for anyone. As an educator in the public school system the liberal crap is spread just like islam is a religion of peace. Blacks and hispanics scream the liberal mantra in angry tones and now the fugly Michelle O is their regning despot. I despair for our country. Kevin, you have the luxury of seeing the world through glasses of several shades and I'm so glad to have found this site. As a white male in my fifties I have seen blacks so patronized, so minimized into thinking their lives are in the hands of a bunch of white people or black racists in congress that it has driven me to a point of such desperation that I wanted to shake them by the shoulders. I can give you a perspective of a white male going to college in Massachusetts in the 70's and I have seen the true impact of affirmative action… it affirms that blacks are inferior and need help and if affirms the white bigot's feeling that blacks are inferior, know it, and are worse than white people because they are perfectly willing to discriminate if it benefits them… As a white student in the 70's I saw black students who didn't apply themselves because they knew they were untouchable and "special" while white students studied harder for lesser grades. I saw black students getting away with things that white students were suspended for or for which they were tossed out of school. I saw government turning promising students into wards of the state who would never reach their potential because of government intervention and the classification of them. I watched while the college closed the book store while black students went it, got free books, then opened the doors for the rest of the students who paid full price or by the time they went in all the books for class were gone. I saw black students get A's from black professors because they were black even though they didn't show up to a single class and spent their time in the pool hall on campus while white students got the mandatory C's, D's, and occasional F from the same professor even though they were there every day participating in class. I saw white students go into the recreation area and be told by the black student attendent who got the job that white students couldn't even apply for that all the tables were taken and they would have to wait and then seen black students walk in and go right to the tables without paying. I've never been a black man and will never pretend to understand a black person's experience but it sure felt like racial discrimination to me while I was living it… only I was white. It felt awful, degrading, and frustrating. I resented those responsible. I could go on and on. Perhaps in a perverted way it helped me understand a little better but the one thing it didn't do was break my spirit nor make me feel less than what I was. I just realized the situation and figured out a way to deal with it. That's not a "white" trait that's a human trait. But I also saw black students who didn't buy into that whatsoever, black professors that made you work for your grade and learn regardless of skin color. The aforementioned student body and alumni were brutal in their criticism of these students and professors and most of the students came to realize that there would be ignorant people that we must address, hateful people that will be in charge of some aspects of our lives, and good people that will come to the forefront no matter what. At the risk of sounding like the guy who might say "some of my best friends are black" I would unequivocably state that I had a professor, who was black, that was so influential in my life that I became a police officer and have done so for four decades, whose words I still remember, whose counsel I will never forget, and who I owe a great deal in my life… and he doesn't even know it. The things he taught me about racism and colonialization of people resonate even today and I can apply it when I make my observations of life, our current experience, our current President, and how people's life experiences will impact their outlook on society. Anybody that can't recognize that our President is an elitist, racist, and many of his associates and congressmen and women are the same just doesn't understand the concept. "The colonized take on the traits of the colonizer… twice-fold" was a quote from my professor. In other words they will be worse when given the opportunity because it means survival and elevation in status to them. Ethnocentrism, "thingification" and "dehumanization" of those colonized results in elitists treating them as such and will result in an effort to "correct" the situation by those colonizers that feel superior, but make attempts that in reality exacerbate their situation." Did we not see Barbara Boxer do exactly that to a successful entrepeneur military veteran just recently? He, however, called her out on it which, to me, was a sign that "things… they are a changin" when it comes to race relations. I've been a cop since 1976 and we've moved well beyond that balogna because we rely on each other to survive and would die for each other if the truth be known or admitted. Despite the politicians' attempts or the racial baiters' attempts to keep it going, it is going to disappear like it almost has in law enforcement. We're a lot further ahead than they will admit and I believe we'll be all right. It just might take a little more time.

ACORN members do not many choices to add to society or their family. There's only five on a basketball team, eleven on a football team, one on a tennis court, and one for golf. All the other jobs require above shoulder input to society. Sorry its true tribe members of ACORN.
