//  Atlanta School Showcases Democrat Racism

Posted on Wednesday, May 26th, 2010 by Kevin Jackson

By now you may have heard that a history teacher in Atlanta, Georgia, allowed her students to dress up as members of the old Democrat intimidation arm known as the KKK, as part of a video assignment on the history of racism in America. The students taking part in the class project passed through their school cafeteria wearing white Klan hoods last Thursday. It won’t be long before the racism thugs are out in full force. You will recognize them, because they are the real racists…the Democrats!

The more truthful story might have been if the teachers themselves had just donned their robes and come to school as Klan members!

I believe it was Thomas Sowell who said, [pp] “America couldn’t have designed a worse school system for blacks had they allowed the KKK itself to do it!” Well in this man’s not so humble opinion on this subject, the KKK did design America’s school system!

While we are treated ad nauseum to the shameful civil rights past of America, what is noticeably missing is the culprit!

The real culprits, racist Democrats  have instead managed to pass their cross-burning, Negro-hating racist legacy onto the people who fought their whole lives—including today—to defend civil rights of blacks and others–they would be the good guys, the Republicans.

So the backlash for this teacher is not so much that she had students appear in full Klan garb, moreso that she has now allowed for circumspection of the role of Democrats in the Civil Rights movement.  Put another way, she released from the cage the Democrats demon seed, the bastard child of the Democrat Party, namely the little ne’er-do-wells dressed in a white robe. Democrats prefer their version of Chucky stay hidden, and be brought out only when it’s time to scare black “chirrens.”

You’d have to be obtuse not to notice that Democrats use race as a polarizing issue, and at every turn make reference to Republicans as “the Klan.”  Teachers discuss civil rights and the klan, but cleverly omit...

“Sexy Brilliance brings levity to the political discourse in this country. I put a comedic spin on what's happening in America, and showcases the ironies and hypocrisies of politics in America.”

that Democrats spawned the organization.

The media steps in to do its part, so masterfully so that most Americans don’t even realize that the very same Republican Party of today is the party that freed the slaves.  Oh and by the way these same Republicans outlawed the racist activities of the Klan in the 1871 Civil Rights act, and a host of other Democrat racist legislation.

Teachers these days, by and large, are little more than Union pawns indoctrinating our children.  They are the first line of offense, teaching our children how to be good little Democrats and Liberals. Their nefarious methods are quite simple: Revisionist history.

The legacy of racism and the Klan has been laid prominently at the foot of the Republican Party.  But Republicans are propped so high on the “moral high ground” that they can’t even see their feet!

Why not assuage one’s guilt AND find a good patsy simultaneously, particularly when that patsy fights like a pansy?

Here’s the wrap:

Apparently even with the mantle of racism firmly placed firmly in the grip of the Republican Party by the racist Left, they are still not quite ready to have history demonstrated.

Further, like those Bay Area students who wore equally incendiary uniforms, those of t-shirts with America’s symbol of freedom (for Conservatives) and oppression (for the Left)—the flag— we are reminded that public schools funded by taxpayer money is not the place to showcase one’s patriotism.

Demonstrative history or silly patriotism, with the dropout rate as high as 46% in some schools, who knows or cares what is being “taught?”

Regardless, teaching that Republicans are responsible for racism is just plain silly.  That would be the moral equivalent of trying to convince Americans that the King of England was right when America was fighting for its freedom.

That would equate to accusing freedom loving Americans, like the Boston Tea Partiers of being radical extremist, bent on the destruction of America, and an un-American group of racist, all!

Surely nobody would believe such an insane narrative!

That’s my rant!

Decades ago, my seventh grade history textbook contained facts and photos of the KKK. None of my classmates had a nervous breakdown about the information. Most of us were disgusted about the bigotry and our comments about adults in sheets behaving like creatures with rabies were less than flattering. Thinking back on it, there was more maturity from a group of kids that what I see from the majority of democratic pols and some of the muddleheaded Republicans.

You can always tell what the Left is doing and how it "feels" by what they accuse us of. They project constantly.

This is why I take the time to talk to my son about the true history of our nation….the good and the bad. Some teachers (not all) have to put a political spin on everything. Whatever happened to sticking to facts?? Thank goodness, even at 9, my son gets it and questions what he's being told at school!! Thanks Kevin!!

If this teacher had made her students dress up in red, white, and blue, she'd have been fired already.

You da man. Well said.
One of the BIGGEST mistakes the GOP's made over the past few decades is to allow charges (of various kinds) to STAND with the public; charges they could've easily refuted, but wouldn't.

It's This kind of refractory platform that's permitted so much confusion and ignorance in voters, emboldening Progressives to run amok revising history from the media to classrooms.

Nice rant Kevin. It's maddening that American history has been turned inside out by revisionism so one political party can benefit. Agreed that the GOP is intiimidated and seems unable to articulate that the Dems interests are served by a dependancy on big government and the destructive effect on its most loyal constituency, the black community. Kevin do you think the following quote is in any school history book? "That's part of American greatness, is discrimination. Yes, sir. Inequality, I think, breeds freedom and gives a man opportunity." The late DEMOCRAT Gov. Lester Maddox

Was glad to read that your son has the facts, and can even bypass the public systemic hype. Way to go!

My big problem with the public school system is that all the textbooks and materials are written by liberals at these Ivory Tower schools. Even if you have a knowledgeable teacher, they have to go against what’s written in the textbooks to tell the truth.

I advocate removing as many kids as possible from these crazy places we now call schools, especially inner city kids. By the time we get good school choice laws passed, it will be too late to help many already suffering.

I propose we network around these failing schools by empowering parents to take on their child’s education. Partnerships and co-operatives could be formed to facilitate real academic progress. Anyhow, this is a subject I’ve been writing and thinking about for a while now. Check out John Taylor Gatto’s book, The Underground History of Education to see how our children are being used as weapons against us.

This is the first I've heard of the Atlanta school doing this. Great work Kevin for bringing this to the forefront. I've always known that Byrd was KKK. but it is truly asinine for "teachers" to allow the students dress up this way.

Kevin,

I think you missed one important turn in the history of the Democratic party of today they signed into law the anti segregation laws. Prior to that most blacks in America, who could vote, followed the party of Lincoln.

When your party has such outspoken bigots as Strom Thurmond and Jesse Helms (after 1964) it is hard for someone that wants to progress as a people to look to that party as their savior. The fact that these two gentlemen became republicans because humans where actually going to have the same rights as them says it all.

So I would say unfortunately the whole story may not have been presented which would let the kids know that political party means nothing listen to the issues and understand how they will effect you and your community before you jump in and say I am with them.

The refusal to recognize racism is part and parcel of a "willful blindness" which also spurs us on to execute some veritable gymnastic feats of the mind, all aimed, once again, at avoiding the problem. Thus we have run off a whole series of labels which, upon examination, turn out to be mere cover-ups for out-dated and cloying prejudices. Expressions such as "culturally deprived", "culturally disadvantaged" and" culturally inferior'' are clearly disparaging. They presuppose that there exists only one unique code of ethics to which everyone should subscribe-that of the White middle class. The Haitian, Cree, or Vietnamese child, who obviously does not fit into this group, is perceived as being abnormal, different.

When we speak of "minorities" or" minority groups", we are alluding to those who "violate" the norm, those who live on the fringe of true society. The term "ethnic group" or the more familiar expression, "the Ethnics", conveys the same biased message. Each one of us comes from an identifiable ethnic group. However, we so skillfully extricate ourselves from this rather dubious and cynical classification that we only lock in those whom we deem "different" from us.. In other words our so called politically correct terms and behavior with which we describe racial discrimination tend to embrace and embody racial discrimination its self, despite our good intentions. On another note, what about our attitudes?

Now what exactly is worse? Making a huge deal out of a few white robes or showing students what it was like and how grave the situation was by giving them a harshly radical and intense experience? By no means am I saying either side has acted appropriately but, by making it an ordeal the media gave those white robes way more power than they actually have. If we were to just be blatantly honest and not worry about what is politically correct maybe we could stray from this so called “politically correct” path of corruption. You are merely bitching about and giving some archaic tradition power when it has none. It is people like you whom corrupt and cripple our society, seling the minds of its young. What is wrong with you people?
