If the recent fundraiser for Massachusetts’s Governor Deval Patrick is any indicator, Obama’s luster may be wearing off. The event was nowhere near a sellout, and word on the street is that operatives were pimping tickets up to the very last minute of the event. Worse yet, they weren’t finding any takers.
The new CEO of GM makes us a guarantee, essentially extending “Cash for Clunkers.” That guarantee is that if you buy a GM and you don’t like it, then you can bring it back after 60 days. Cool!
It’s not enough that the Fed has given over $60B dollars to the GM and Chrysler, because they were “too big to fail.” Guess what? They failed! The Democrats gave them billions more to “transition into bankruptcy.” How do companies apply for that little government benefit…underachieve!
What would you do if you witnessed a rape? Well you just saw another one, and it was performed on Lady Liberty. The mainly Democrat politicians used “carbon” as their phallic tool in torturous violation of the American taxpayer. If you had an inkling that the Democrats (and eight so-called Republicans) care about what you think, you just got your answer: “Just lay there and enjoy it!”
People used to say, “Follow the money.” However, in the Obama administration the new saying is, “Control the money.” And that is exactly what they are doing.
Based on this information from the Wall Street Journal, the Fed may have to prosecute itself under RICO statutes, having made banks an “offer they couldn’t refuse.”
