I must say that Carnahan was as nervous as taxpayer in a room full of liberals! The standing room only crowd obviously rattled him. Carnahan made little eye contact as he likely expected an echo chamber, recognizing instead that he was in Dante’s Inferno.

Let me just speak for conservatives who are afraid to say the obvious: Michael Steele is a bitter disappointment as RNC chair. Like many others, I had high hopes for Steele, however Steeleis little more than a cheap alloy, and not “steel” at all. He is smart and articulate, and as the first black Vice-President Joe Biden would say, “That Negro is clean!”

I received an email from a black man who was attempting to convince me that, though I am completely black, I have no experience growing up black in America. The bulk of his theory on my ‘blackness' was based on the fact that I constantly lampoon Obama in my blog. He counseled me to embrace Obama, as Obama could help me to "rediscover the black experience." He warned that "whites would never see me, as I see me."
What would you do if you witnessed a rape? Well you just saw another one, and it was performed on Lady Liberty.
