For years white people have been killing themselves to become black, and finally turnabout is fair play, as black people are now killing themselves to become white. People just don’t seem comfortable with the skin they’re in.

Based on Harry Reid’s recent comment, people thought Harry was just another crazy old white Democrat; Joe Biden’s fraternal twin…separated at birth. However, as it turns out Reid is as wise as Aesop, and as prophetic as Nostradamus. For years white people have been killing themselves to become black, and finally turnabout is fair play, as black people are now killing themselves to become white. People just don’t seem comfortable with the skin they’re in.

And skin-lightening is not just for blacks, but is a multi-cultural phenomenon, as this report in the NY Times suggests:

Dermatologists nationwide are seeing women of Hispanic and African descent, among others, with severe side effects…from the misuse of skin-lightening creams…But many others seek to lighten their entire face or large swatches of their body, a practice common in developing countries as disparate as Senegal, India and the Philippines, where it is promoted as a way to elevate one’s social standing.

And we have Harry Reid to thank for exposing this racist bias amongst Democrats, but we have Democrats and socialist around the world for exposing the pervasiveness of it all. They NYT story goes on to say,

Moreover, it is not as if dark-skinned women are imagining a bias, said Dr. Glenn, who is president of the American Sociological Association. “Sociological studies have shown among African-Americans and also Latinos, there’s a clear connection between skin color and socioeconomic status. It’s not some fantasy. There is prejudice against dark-skinned people, especially women in the so-called marriage market.

Who knew that all I needed to do to improve my socio-economic status was to stay out of the sun! If I had lived a life of leisure, perhaps I could have done this. It would have limited my interaction with the rest of the world, forcing me to walk around like “bubble boy,” or cocooned like those people with the rare condition where even the smallest amount of sun is carcinogenic. For all intents and purposes, getting sun is carcinogenic for blacks.making the sun somewhat of a racist! The sun…conspiring to keep brothers down!

Who knows what I could have achieved had I not grown up in the hot Texas sun. I swear I was a very light child growing up, so much so that I actually wanted to be darker. I could have “passed,” had it not been for my nappy hair.

I recall when my brother and I worked one summer for the son of the family who owned the ranch where we lived, and we were hired to cut trees in various clearings. That summer was Africa hot, and we worked in the peak of the heat every day, shirtless. I got so dark, that I didn’t recognize myself. I peeled for the first time in my life, and panicked not knowing what was happening to me! One of my white friends had to tell me what was happening, as I thought I had a dreaded disease.

On the blackness scale, I was “Alan Keyes black,” which is about a 9 out of 10 [Miles Davis is a 10 for those who may be wondering].

All the girls in Jr. High noticed that I was darker, but one actually told me that my color was…beautiful. And I must admit, after I finished peeling, I did look healthy and frankly…AWESOME! As the saying goes, “Once you go black…!”

Here’s the wrap:

I never looked back after that. I would never get that dark again, preferring to bounce between 6 and 7 versus the 9 I achieved that hot summer. But little did I know the effect it would have during my potential big income producing years.

Now that I am bald, had I kept my lighter visage, I might actually be able to pass at this stage in my life. However I have learn—the hard way—that past a certain age, the skin takes on a life of its own. After all, the skin is the biggest organ…and apparently the baddest! My skin has decided that between 6 and 7 is where I shall stay.

If I want to take my life in my own hands, I could pull a Michael Jackson and begin lightening my skin, in Mike’s case going from a 6 to a 1. Not much future in that, and it has been linked to pedophilia! Woody Allen is a 1 as well!

There is Sammy Sosa, who has gone from an 8 to a 3 on the blackness scale. However Sosa has made a lot more money than I, so he is free to do as he wishes. I on the other hand am a slave to my skin.

As a black Conservative, one would think that with all the vitriol I take from the Left that I would by now have experimented with these new creams, and I would be as white as Bebe Neuwirth. Yet, here I and other black Conservatives remain, proud of our culture, living in our own skin, and daring the sun not to shine on us.

I guess I will just ride out the rest of my life happy in the skin I’m in.

That’s my rant!

If you like what I do, consider my book The BIG Black Lie, an Amazon Best Seller! It’s the only 5-star political book on the Best Seller list!

For the Liberals who voted for Obama thinking he could influence the world, you just got publicly punked by the IOC. They showed what the sane among us already knew, and that is Obama is not the god the Liberals all believe him to be. If you still believe he is a god, then I contend he is as ineffectual as a god, as he is a president.

In a move you would think was choreographed by the vast right-wing conspiracy—if it existed—Obama and Team Chicago couldn’t even get past the first round in consideration for the Olympics! There were cities that didn’t spend a dime pursuing the Olympics and finished right where Chicago did.

When I saw how Chicago reacted to this loss, the abject disappointment, as it was announced that they were the #1 loser, I thought to myself, “This is one big event too late.” This is what they were supposed to feel like when Obama lost the nomination as the Liberals’ candidate for POTUS. Didn’t happen. So when Team Obama lost this for Chicago, I felt like white people did when OJ recently convicted—“We finally got him!”

You would think that with all the “Os” in attendance, Chicago would have been a foregone conclusion to host the 2016 Olympics—just in time for Obama’s 3rd term in office. If I was a god, that’s how I would have scripted it. But it was not to be…because Obama is no god!

How do you spin getting such a beatdown? Burris is blaming Bush! After all, Obama “inherited this mess!” This might have worked if Obama hadn’t made ten apology tours! Notwithstanding, we were told that the mere election of Obama was enough for the world to love us.

Obama talking heads are saying that Obama was in Copenhagen as a stopover for his trip to Afghanistan! It all sounds pretty ridiculous. There isn’t enough spin to spin your way out of this public flogging of Team Obama.

Chicago sent its most famous mulatto son, Barack, its most famous black daughter, Oprah, and its most famous black militant, Michelle to represent them in this bid. In the eyes of Liberal America and supposedly the world, it just doesn’t get any bigger than that. The Unholy Trinity! They represented the best of the best Liberals of Chicago. Chicago could have saved themselves a lot of embarrassment and money just sending three gang bangers on vacation to Copenhagen to represent Chicago. It would have been just as representative and had the same outcome.

Ironically, the Liberals who want “everybody to get a trophy” learned a hard lesson: There is a loser and Obama is it. I got a chance to interview the Mayor of Rio, and he simply said to me, “I won!” Touché!

There was one Liberal who had a great day as Obama’s failures were illuminated, and that is Hillary Clinton. She was actually giddy the day Chicago died, because she got a “two-fer.” Hillary got to actually play president that day, discussing Afghanistan and Pakistan, while Obama played marbles in Copenhagen. Hillary felt rather presidential, while Obama looked much like the neophyte that he is. Clinton chuckled as she watched Obama navigate the mine field. It’s safe to say that he blew off a leg this week! Clinton’s happiness over recent developments in the Obama camp is exceeded only by the ineffective Michael Steele’s. Obama is making things easy for both of them.

Here’s the wrap:

The idea that a sitting president would find it necessary to make the Olympics an issue, dare I say a “crisis,” just shows you the level of desperation Obama has for avoiding the real issues plaguing America. But with the distraction of this major issue of getting the Olympics for Chicago out of the way, what is a “play-president” to do? He will likely appoint a Distraction Czar!

Perhaps the Distraction Czar will have Obama weigh in on the Letterman crisis, maybe set up another BeefFest? The Letterman Controversy certainly supersedes things like the rising unemployment rate, now almost 10%–a ratio the stimulus package was supposed to prevent. To quote Obama, “That’s what a stimulus does!” There is also that backburner Iranian nuclear issue. Obama sees Iran as “little!” “Little” like Bruce Lee, unfortunately. And finally, there is the butt-kicking the US is getting in Afghanistan—the war the Liberals said was worth fighting. It appears to be worth fighting, just not be worth winning?

As Obama said of ACORN, “[sic] These are not things I follow closely.”

The good thing is the real God can manage all these things. It appears God has a sense of humor, as He delivers Chuck Norris roundhouses to Obama well-earred noggin. Maybe this was God’s plan for America—to get them to remember who is really in charge.

That’s my rant!

If you’re tired of not having your voice heard, then read my book, The BIG Black Lie and get others to do so. This blog will explain why we need more voices! I hope you enjoy it.

For some time now my team and many people who follow my blog have felt that I should be the “right guy on the screen” on Fox News, when they do “point/counterpoint” discussions. Admittedly, I have felt that I could add a bit more zest than some guests from time to time. I haven’t made it to this point, so I will just weigh in from here.

Recently Hannity used video shot by my friend Darrin Morley, of me questioning of Russ Carnahan—“If it’s [healthcare proposal] so good, then why doesn’t Congress want to be on it?” It would seem only fair for his producers to track down the guy who started the controversy—if truth is controversial—and provided the subject matter for his show. But that call didn’t come.

My rightfully angry publicist contacted the Hannity producers for quid pro quo, and she submitted my latest blog regarding the reverse racism that I believe occurred in “Gates Gate.” The response from Hannity’s team was essentially that I was fishing for racial controversy. Really?!

For the record, I like Hannity, and I love what he does for our troops, and I enjoy his show. However, at the risk of never appearing on Fox, I offer my comments and critique of Hannity and his team:

As I say in my book The BIG Black Lie race is THE biggest issue Republicans confront in dealing with liberals. Race is also the single biggest reason we lose elections, as the “race card” is usually hidden inside of other issues. I would be happy to debate Hannity—or anybody else—on this subject. The Democrats use race in the most inane ways, and our most powerful pundits allow them to get away with it. And when it comes to dealing properly with the race issue, one of America’s most trusted conservative messengers, Sean Hannity is off his game. Hannity missed an opportunity with Whoopi Goldberg, when she offered the following on his TV show:

GOLDBERG: We understood that. But we couldn’t vote until 1968 in the entire country. That’s the piss off. That’s the piss off. That’s our lifetime. Now, as a kid, I don’t know, I don’t know how aware of that you were.

HANNITY: Of course I’m aware.

Hannity missed an opportunity to explain the racist history of Democrats and the Republican’s glorious past with respect to race relations. “Of course, I’m aware.” Aware of what Sean?!

Black men got the right to vote with the passage of the 15th amendment in 1870. Whoopi got the right to vote in 1920 along with all other women in America, except the women of Wyoming, who could vote as early as 1869. And it was Republicans who got blacks these rights, not Democrats! For years Republican’s fought for the rights of blacks to vote and sponsored or co-sponsored every piece of legislation to protect these rights. The reason black people didn’t vote everywhere in 1968, as Whoopi proclaimed was out of fear from racist Democrats and Democrat organizations like the KKK.

That is what Hannity should have “been aware of”!

Instead American conservatives watching were left to feel—yet again—apologetic for the wickedness of Democrats, instead of empowered by learning that we have nothing to be ashamed of!

The next opportunity for Hannity to educate came when a young black caller to his radio show, Mike informed America that blacks “hear different than whites.” He said that hearkening back to the good ol’ days connoted a meaning for blacks on being taken back to slavery.

Hannity could have educated this young black man (and most of America) that the abolitionist movement was spearheaded by Republicans. Further Sojourner Truth, Frederick Douglass, Harriet Tubman, and so many others black abolitionists—all Republicans, as were 95% of blacks at the time. Hannity should have been explained to him that as a Democrat, Mike was voting for his own tormentors—past and present.

Instead, Hannity’s response was [pp], “…slavery was an atrocity, ” implying that it was Republicans who were responsible for slavery. Thus by omission it is Republicans who were responsible for this young black man’s trauma at “hearing different.” No Mike, it was the Democrats who had blacks in bondage, and who continue to keep blacks in bondage.

Hannity, like most non-black Republicans, appears to be afraid to address the issue of racism and slavery, as if there is something for us to lose. It’s quite the opposite—we can do nothing but GAIN! Most liberal blacks are not listening to Hannity anyway, they are listening to the lamestream presstitutes! So when Hannity gets somebody on the show, especially young black liberals with warped views, he must educate.

Conservative blacks who do listen to Hannity would like all Americans to know what we already know…WE are not the sellouts, Uncle Tom’s, house Negroes, tokens, wannabes, or as I was called recently, a “Clarence Thomas”—I took it as a compliment. It is incredulous that black Democrats don’t recognize that it is they who are the sellouts, Uncle Tom’s, and anything but “Clarence Thomases”—they don’t deserve such high praise. Consider the Paradox of Blackness, where blacks consider it disparaging to call another black person a “Clarence Thomas.” As most blacks would say, “He ain’t black.”

It’s a shame that Clarence Thomas wasted his life becoming an attorney, rising to the highest level of achievement in his professional career—a Supreme Court judge. Thomas could have done so much! Think of all those black communities that needed drug dealers, pimps, and other street thugs! Here’s a book likely found in most elitist Democrat libraries: The Clarence Thomas Story: A Life Wasted.

Non-black Republicans abhor being labeled racists, ad nauseum, because Democrat racist outnumber Republican racist 100 to 1. Many Republicans are learning from my book The BIG Black Lie who the real racists are. It’s time Hannity learn who they are as well. When did Republicans become afraid of telling the truth, especially when it’s on our side?!

Here’s the wrap:

To Hannity’s producer(s), I say to you that I don’t CREATE racist stories. I merely show the rest of America what you guys and others miss routinely.

To jog your memories, here are a few other examples of how race is used by the liberals: Hillary Clinton’s glorification of Margaret Sanger, Barbara Boxer’s treatment of Harry Alford, and of course my contrived racism surrounding Gates’ attempt to use race to taint a police officer doing his job. How many more examples do we need to know that this is an issue that won’t go away, as long as America believes Republicans and other conservatives are the bad guys? The ONLY way this issue goes away is when racism is put where it belongs…on the Left!

I say to all conservative heavyweight pundits, if you have the opportunity to get an unapologetic conservative Republican and proud American—who happens to be black—on your show, I suggest you TAKE it. I think America is ready for the real straight talk. And whether or not I get on Hannity’s show, or anybody else’s show on Fox, I promise to keep setting the record straight.

That’s my rant!

AP reported that we lost “just” 345,000 jobs in May. If you were one of the people who lost one of those jobs, I suggest that you might not be taking it quite so cavalierly?

I get a chuckle from the lamestream media when they spin the idea of losing 345,000. Well it is a lot less than the 504,000 the previous month! Put on a happy face, dangit! We are learning to measure quite differently in The Era of Brown Underwear.

One can only imagine what the headlines would be if we were in a Bush administration. What’s that, Chicken Little?

Do you really need more evidence about the snakelike nature of Obama, when he gives us the term “saved,” as part of job “creation?” Talk about a slickster selling elixir! He pisses on us, then tells us it’s raining.

I was under the mistaken idea that adding jobs was good news, not losing jobs. However, in the lexicon of Obama, “save” is the new “add!” And in the lamestream media, a loss is really a win!

504,000 jobs losses in April, 345,000 jobs losses in May, unemployment at 9.4% (they said it would top off at 8%), over 6,000,000 Americans out of work—2.9M of those jobs this year!—and here is what Obama said in Reuters:

“…it[stimulus] created or saved 150,000 in the first 100 days. Republicans questioned the figure and noted that Biden said on May 13 over 150,000 jobs had been saved or created in the act’s first 77 days.”

Don’t let the truth be a deterrent to Obama’s agenda. Obama believes that if he keeps saying it, eventually people will believe it. Unemployment has risen from 6% under Bush to over 9.4% under Obama, but he has “saved” jobs! Incredulous— “Change we can be brainwashed to believe in.”

I’ve stopped asking when Americans who voted for Obama will either wake up from their comas or get back on the meds. It has simply become a rhetorical question and quite redundant. However it is high time that those of us who were never entranced by Obama’s “words” start really calling him out more vigorously on his blatant lying.

But there is good news coming, as report by the Wall Street Journal put it, and I must say I had blogged about this earlier as well:

“[Obama] announced he was ramping up some of the stimulus spending so he could “save or create” an additional 600,000 jobs this summer. These numbers come in the context of an earlier Obama promise that his recovery plan will “save or create three to four million jobs over the next two years.”

At this rate, between creating and saving jobs, we will have all of America working, as well as our illegals, and finally reached what Marx described as Utopia—also known as communism. Because folks at this rate of job “saving,” there will be no private sector jobs left to save.

Here the wrap:

Isn’t every job ‘not lost’ technically saved? That being the case, I suggest we begin working backwards on ObamaMath.

To do this we chronicle all the jobs that are presently “saved,” which are all the jobs in America. Then as the job numbers are reported, we count those that Obama has “unsaved.”

For example in March, Obama would have saved 40,000,000 jobs, of which 504,000 of them became “unsaved” in April. Then another 345,000 became unsaved in May, and so on.

By my count, Obama has “unsaved” 2.9M jobs, since he took over. This way, all of us who have jobs left will know who to thank. The better question may be how Americans will not want to thank The Big Zero. Best guess is 9.4% of Americans and counting.

That’s my rant!

The lamestream media continues to baffle me in their ability to put lipstick on the bulldog, when it comes to reporting on Obama. Their most recent revelation was about Obama—America’s new “Average Hussein“—getting a hamburger! Unfortunately, that is what the new media deem hard-hitting and newsworthy.

And when they do report actual news, as in this recent article in the AP, here is how they informed us: Layoffs slow to 539K in April; jobless rate rises. So there is good news; and an afterthought.

Perhaps to make my point a bit clearer, I will show you what the AP would have titled this story had Bush been president, instead of Obama: Layoffs continue downward spiral; unemployment reaches crisis levels.

Despite the fact that we lost 539,000 more jobs this week, the AP reports this as “not so bad” news under ObamaNation. I’m sort of getting used to getting the “optimistic” view of the news these days.

Janet, co-anchor – Obama News Network: Today, there were three people killed and two injured in a factory shooting, where layoffs had just been announced. Wow, that could have easily been five people dead, huh Ted?!

Ted, co-anchor – Obama News Network: It sure could have, Janet. Great report. Looks like that disgruntled worker may benefit from President Obama’s plan after all, and get his old job back after all.

I should give the AP credit for daring to report that the “jobless rate rises.” This is actually more than I would expect from the so-called media these days. The article does go on to point out the high unemployment rates in this way:

But the unemployment rate climbed to 8.9 percent, the highest since late 1983, as many businesses remain wary of hiring given all the economic uncertainties.

I like that the writer blames high unemployment on “economic uncertainties”—a euphemism for “the wacky ideas of Obama.” Forget the fact that the unemployment rate (and Obama’s policies) hearken back to the era of Jimmy Carter—the worst president in the history of the United States…so far. Oh, and the worst ex-president in the history of the United States…so far.

Obama’s insane policies breed uncertainty for sure. Quick recap: Eliminate foreign investment by corporations through double taxation. That’s a move sure to create jobs…in other countries!

Next, Obama provides massive funding to corporations doomed to failure…so the government can run them! The Fed—Bastion of inefficiency and ineffectiveness. These are not concepts taught in business schools anywhere in the world.

I now believe that the only person more stupid than Biden may be Obama. And Obama is just as unpredictable:

Obama: “Ok American, today, uh I have uh decided to give a tax cut of uh $1500 to everybody who works at a 7-Eleven. And add $2500 to that, if you uh drive a uhChevy! And if you entered the country uh illegally and won’t provide your birth certificate. Make it happen, Rahm…Strike that last part!”

Here’s the wrap:

The other day the stock market rose seven (7) points, and it was reported as if we were in a new bull market. News anchors were jubilant that the market remained flat, and had not tanked—the norm in The Era of Brown Underwear.

I’m not sure what it will take to get the lamestream media back on track. I have seen decades of the most one-sided reporting in the history of the country. It’s to the point that they really don’t even try to hide it anymore. When you consider this overbearing bias, and the fact that an old washed up RINO like McCain was able to hold his own against such demonic forces, it says something for the core of America. Despite reports by the press of the breakup of the Republican Party, I think we may be getting stronger in all this. Now we just need to find the right candidate.

In the meantime, we can expect the media to continue to create good news from bad, when it comes to Obama. Who knows how the media will report things. For example, a biological attack on the US could appear as…Swine Flu originating in say, Mexico?

That’s my rant!

Can you even imagine the size of the air conditioner needed to “cool the earth?” Do you know how much heat that AC unit would generate?! it would be like living next to the sun, wherever that big cooler was. This would be like trying to cool the White House by opening a refrigerator door!

So Liberals, who would run a lemonade stand into bankruptcy, now want to control the weather! I just want to know who will be in control of the thermostat?

At companies they lock the thermostat control. When I was growing up, my grandfather was the only one who could touch it, though I know my grandmother adjusted it, when nobody was looking. So did I. Point is, though there was a dictator in control, in this case, my grandfather, we still had access. I don’t see it happening this way in ObamaNation.

I suspect with ObamaNation, they will put the UN in control of it. We will need to get the world’s permission to adjust the temperature in America. And you know they will keep America Africa hot!

But in the remote chance that Obama decides to keep his “god” title, here’s the way I see this going.:

“Mr. President, there appears to be a heat wave approaching.”

“Uh…uh…where?”

” Texas, Sir.”

“Uh…uh, remind me how they voted?”

“Sir Texas went Republican…except for one county…Harris County 83% blacks and hispanics”

Uh, well, uh, then give Harris County some rain, but none anywhere uh, but nowhere else. That’ll teach ‘em!”

So Democrats tried controlling blacks in the 1800s, essentially justifying having people work for free. They called it slavery back then. Now it’s just called “being a stupid Conservative.” Anyway, when racist Democrats weren’t working us beyond human and humane capacity, they were beating us, raping us, selling us, starving us, or just tormenting us, for shiggles.

Now they feign remorse, like Sen. Byrd, George Wallace, and many other cross-burning racist Democrats of the KKK ilk.

“Black people, we are so sorry for our evil ways, like putting the KKK on you, and keeping a brother down. But it was those Republican’s fault for stirring up a mess, and fighting for your freedom. If they hadn’t meddled, then we could have kept you in the fields.”

Here’s the wrap:

As if there is not enough for Obama to screw up, now he wants to shift his attention and add the weather to his list of screw ups.

When did the man get a degree in meteorology? Does he not know that there are entire rooms of supercomputers dedicated to predicting the weather, and they get it wrong all the time! But then, what’s a group of supercomputer in comparison to the brain of Obama? Pssst!

And there is plenty of evidence that Obama can indeed control things for the better, for example his economic policy and its effect…maybe that’s not a good example.

Ok, foreign policy. Hmmm, after the hand kiss, the Russian button, and well…maybe that’s not a good example.

Ok, here’s a good one — military strategy. This is tougher than I thought. I may have to get back with you on this.

I got it! Obama is great at controlling racist Democrats in Congress…and the media!

That’s my rant!

I must say that the $50 I paid for dinner was $50 more than economic stimulation than Obamulus von Porkulus has generated to date.

As I watched Obama, I thought to myself, “Don’t you love it when Obama tries to prove people wrong?”

His first mistake was doing this interview without his handy teleprompter. He went “naked” because he likely read a poll that said Americans feel that he relies too much on his teleprompter. This interview proved that Obama shouldn’t rely on polls, because this interview was a train wreck for him, and a bonanza for 60 Minutes!

For those who haven’t seen the interview, trust me when I tell you Obama really needed his trusty friend the teleprompter…in a big way. He handled this interview with all the finesse of an ice-skating pig.

Neck askew, I gazed up at the TV from my booth in the restaurant to see Obama pimping his latest financial atrocity, the $3.6T budget in an interview with Steve Kroft. Kroft threw him a few softballs like the AIG bonuses, and Obama again confirmed Geithner’s eventual departure by “backing him 100%“.

But I could hardly believe my eyes, when the discussion turned to the economy and the latest budget figures, and I read Kroft’s [closed captioned] comments and questions to Obama on the budget:

“You’re sitting here. And you’re— you are laughing. You are laughing about some of these problems. Are people going to look at this and say, ‘I mean, he’s sitting there just making jokes about money—’ How do you deal with— I mean: explain. . .” Kroft asked at one point.

“Are you punch-drunk?” Kroft said.

Obama was floored, but he tried to laugh it off. His staff had set this interview up as a series of softballs, and Kroft alludes to Obama as being punch drunk boxer. Talk about an insult.

I’d say that Kroft was more the true pugilist in this interview, and he took off the “kid gloves”. He then commenced to giving Obama, what my grandmother would call, “an old-fashioned butt whoopin‘”.

I still keep wondering when the so-called elitists who voted for Obama will admit that they are more stupid than the Sodomites who voted for him. At least we know the Sodomites are stupid. At this point, any belief in this man is just plain delusion.

Based on the Tonight Show interview and this one, I can hardly wait to see what fodder we get from his upcoming European trip. He’s likely to offend at least four nations, two ethnic groups, and three other organizations. His safety net is he can always fall back on bashing America. And there is that catchphrase of “I inherited this mess.”

Here’s the wrap:

This interview is the first sign of life of the mainstream media may becoming off life-support. They apparently have awakened, and dare I say…regained their mother-lovin’ sanity.

I have little doubt this 60 Minutes episode will be the highest rated show during its timeslot. But more importantly this story will grow legs, and start running faster than Usain Bolt.

Woe unto Obama, when the media figures out that they can get more revenue with the truth about him, than they can goo-goo gagaing over him. You heard it hear…

That’s my rant!

The media has been on vacation with Obama, actually since the “invention” of Obama. The recent hard hitting “news” is that Obama returned to the gym the other day, where we are told he has been every day except one.

Based on those pictures I saw at the beach, I hope he’s working on his pecs. My God, slap a B-cup bra on that man to keep those things from sagging. Didn’t anybody tell him that 40 is supposed to be the new 30?

Now of course our media tried to convince us that Obama is a hunk. Right…chicken legs and all. Then they got the liberals outraged that pictures were taken of Obama on the beach, inquiring how photographers were able to get that close.

They got that close, because Obama allowed them get that close. This was all orchestrated, just like Obama never being seen smoking. Up to this point Obama has enjoyed a media lovefest, rivaling the best Roman orgies.

But as my granny told me, “The same thing that can make you can break you“. And this same media that has worshipped at the Altar of ObamaNation is now becoming a bother. It has become so ridiculous that we are being told that Obama was out with his kids, and they had rocky-road ice cream. And why is this news?

You want to know why TV stars and rock stars end up in rehab? The media. Many can’t handle the gap between what they know about themselves and what they read or hear on a daily basis. It is difficult to live up to the reputation that the media can create for you. And they created Obama the rock star.

But Obama is a rock star with no musical talent. Heck he doesn’t even appear to play “air guitar“. He’s a baller, but he can’t make the NBA, and he would get dusted if he tried to play street ball at Rucker. He wants us all to learn Spanish, but he doesn’t speak a 2nd language. He can’t sing, he can’t dance. He just talks! And uh, uh, not that well.

You see, there is the persona of Obama, the media-created Messiah archetype, sent to cure all the ills of a sick America. Then there is the reality, which is Obama is really the village idiot, whose only real talent is his ability to move his mouth better than a $1500 an hour call girl.

My point? I think that Obama might become the fourth kid from “Diff’rent Strokes” in his tenure as POTUS. “What chu talkin’ bout Willis?”

The media put the “anal” in analyze, and as I said earlier the president-elect doesn’t like his daily cavity check. He apparently wasn’t as prepared for rock star status as he thought he was. And I am happy to say that it won’t get any better, because “You’re not in Kansas anymore, Dorothy“.

The world is watching. Yes, even for things as mundane as taking your kids to get an ice cream is captured on film and analyzed. The way he walks, how long he was there, how the kids acted, and so on. Cameras are always running and microphones hot, as this the Politico.com article suggests:

And even though the pool photographers remained out of sight and without an image of these private moments, Obama seems to be tiring of the journalists who have followed him daily since the campaign.

“OK, guys, come on,” Obama said last Sunday, looking toward photographers clicking away as he warmed up before a round of golf. “How many shots do you need?”

It’s been a progression. And Obama’s frustration shows in waves.

On Halloween, Obama grew testy with a Polish media crew as he took his daughter Sasha to a party at his campaign treasurer Marty Nesbitt’s Chicago home.

“All right guys. That’s enough. You’ve got a shot. Leave us alone. Come on guys. Get back on the bus,” Obama said before breaking into a trot with Sasha still holding his hand.

And those are the small problems that Obama will deal with. All those inane policies won’t just be in the myopia of Illinois, or in some venue full of ObamaBots. They will be exposed to the scrutiny of the world. And not everyone is an ObamaTron, hypnotized by Obama’s doubletalk.

And guys like Obama have a difficult time dealing with people who don’t buy into their fluff. They need to sell the fluff, like a heroin addict needs a fix. People like Obama have an intense need to convince everybody that they are “good guys”.

They find criticism particularly harsh, and want to correct things, fix things quickly. This is why they don’t make good leaders. They can’t follow their true heart, as their “leadership” has been built on consensus, and they have no real core. So they over-react. And the real media shows up, looking for the blue dress.

You see, the media can’t keep reporting about Obama and his kids having ice cream or getting back in the gym, and sell papers. As liberal as the mainstream media is, they realize that even they will lose their zombies if they don’t throw them some raw meat every now and then. Zombies gotta eat. Problem: No Republicans to butcher.

I say, let’s wait and see how much grey hair he has and let’s do a wrinkle count after two years, when the stress of running this great country has set in. We will see how the media is treating him, when Black starts to crack, and his policies have the country in turmoil. Eventually the media will have to end vacation and get back to work. Cause telling us about flavors of ice cream for four years won’t sell papers!

That’s my rant!

The Tribune Company, a newspaper publisher and broadcaster is considering filing for bankruptcy. The irony is that this company is owned by Sam Zell, a billionaire. Apparently being the good businessman that he is, Sam decided not to throw good money after bad and bailout his own media outlet. Congress? Hello? Is this thing on?

According to this Bloomberg article,

“The economic crisis is hurting newspaper publishers across the U.S. as advertising dries up and companies struggle to pay down debt with shrinking cash flow. To reduce costs, Tribune’s Los Angeles Times eliminated another 75 newsroom positions in October, or about 10 percent of the editorial staff. The company has also cut jobs at its other publications.

The drop in Tribune’s newspaper ad sales accelerated to 19 percent in the three months through September, steeper than the 15 percent slides in the first and second quarters. Overall publishing revenue declined 13 percent to $653.6 million, while broadcast and entertainment fell 5.6 percent to $383.4 million.

“The newspaper industry continues to see extraordinary declines in ad revenues, and Tribune is no exception,” Zell, 67, the company’s chief executive officer, said in a Nov. 10 statement when Tribune reported third-quarter results.”

I call BS on Sam’s reasoning, and say that it is not the economic crisis that is hurting the industry. I think it’s a few other things, like Conservatives are the heartbeat of America, and we run the majority of businesses. Why would we advertise in liberal rags?

Next, the fact is that these newspapers are no longer reporting news. They are so heavily biased, that to say you get news is really a stretch. When you lose your Conservative readership, you lose your paying audience. Liberals are the people who pick up the paper after a Conservative has finished reading it, and the people who order water for their “two drink minimum”.

I must say that I am actually enjoying the demise of the media, given their atrocious behavior in helping elect our new Kenyan leader, and their treatment of Conservatives in general. And the fact that their demise is not limited to the Tribune, but also to other venerable liberal strongholds, like the NY Times just makes me giggle like a gigolo with a full workload.

S&P slashes NY Times rating to junk after gloomy outlook

By Andrew EdgecliffeJohnson in New York

Standard & Poor’s slashed its rating on the New York Times Company by three notches to junk yesterday after the publisher reported fresh impairment charges, a quarterly underlying loss and a review of its dividend policy.

The decline in print advertising revenues that has dogged US newspapers accelerated in the third quarter as the economy worsened, said Janet Robinson, chief executive. Visibility about future advertising bookings was “limited”, she added.

Considering the NYT’s recent downgrade to “junk” status, perhaps venerable was too strong a word to describe them? And to think that I called the NY Time “junk” because of editorial content, when in fact it really is junk! I can’t wait until next quarter to see the rating below “junk”.

So we have one major media outlet considering bankruptcy, and one exposed as “junk”, what could possibly be next? Since you asked…

Here it is. The Miami Herald, the #3 newspaper chain in the country can’t even find anyone who wants to take her to the prom. Apparently she’s picked up a few pounds, called debt?

“Citing people briefed on the company’s plans, the Times said the nation’s number-three newspaper chain, struggling with debt and a downturn in advertising, wants to sell the newspaper. Its sources were not aware of any serious offers.”

Don’t be surprised if the Liberal Triumvirate of Obama, Pelosi and Reid step in to bailout the media. After all it is Christmas, so why not put another gift the taxpayers don’t want under the Christmas tree.

But seriously, don’t be surprised when you hear the Fed giving serious consideration to socializing the media, and offering a bailout. What would happen if the Liberals didn’t have the bully pulpit from which to practice their tyranny?

That’s my rant!
