Liberal policies are killing most of America’s cities, and millions of American dreams. They are at fault for trying to socially engineer whole ethnic communities, though certainly not for good the constituents. 

As surely as Margaret Sanger strategized the demise of blacks, the puppet masters of the eugenicist movement indeed found their black pied pipers in the form of the CBC. And those faux black leaders are leading black people over the cliff.

All the puppet masters needed was the system to gerrymander the districts, insuring long, uncontested tenures to the CBC, thus keeping these black criminals in power. 

The CBC wields racism so recklessly that it has become more destructive than an atomic bomb.  The cry of racism has destroyed whole cities, as it did Detroit, the once proud jewel of Michigan. 

This city with an amazing history now looks like the epicenter of Hiroshima circa 1945. Detroit has become a perennial hell hole, its future certain, its fate sealed. As one Detroit denizen put it,

Tons of money and resources were poured into the downtown area, while the neighborhoods of Detroit continued to fester under the contagions of drugs, murder, poverty, homelessness, and hopelessness. Crooked mayors like Coleman A. Young and Kwame Kilpatrick continued to put their own personal profit ahead of the good of the city.

To kill a big city, all you need is a large Liberal black population, a Liberal mayor (ethnicity doesn’t matter), and a member of the CBC.  Detroit has it all. 

The CBC representative in Detroit is Carolyn Cheeks Kilpatrick. If the last name rings a bell, it is likely because Carolyn is the mother of the aforementioned Kwame Kilpatrick—Detroit’s scandalous ex-Mayor.

Carolyn’s political career began in education. Two years after getting her Master’s degree, she would abandon teaching to become a member of the Michigan House of Representatives. She served in the Michigan House from 1979 to 1996.

In 1996 both Kwame and Carolyn would get promotions, as Kwame assumed her Michigan House seat, and mom would go big time, getting “selected” to the US House of Representatives.  Carolyn would now be a member of the black elite.  The CBC!

Kwame was being groomed for the Detroit mayor role, ultimately became mayor of Detroit in 2001—the youngest mayor in the city’s history—and arguably one of the worst.  Had it not been for his troubles as mayor, his DNA would have qualified him as the next crooked member of the CBC representing Michigan.

Over the next few years, mom and son would be integral components of the Michigan political machine, attempting to do what Jackson, Sr had done for Jackson Jr in IL.  In the end, it is easy to see how this system has crippled Detroit. 

$200M+ in debt, 67 school closings since 2005, graduation rate less than 25%, an estimated 60,000 vacant dwellings, and the worldwide distinction of selling a house for $1. One woman has birthed 24 children at taxpayer expense.

When I began researching members of the CBC, I thought that most of them would have come from poor backgrounds, and their illness of Liberalism was acquired.  I was wrong; it was innate.

I learned CBC members rarely moved from the private sector to public office–most of their adult lives thus far had been spent in some sort of public office, campaign/community organizer role, or they had strong union ties, like Carolyn Kilpatrick.

The most striking irony in my research on the CBC is that many of them had succeeded so brilliantly in America. Like many of their non-black Congressional peers, a great number of the CBC have law degrees, and generally come from wealthy or “privileged” families.  Or as described earlier with the Kilpatrick’s, many even had parents who were politicians.  

Andre Carson (D-IN) is a good example of this, as he fuels the perception that he is a former cop from a tough Indianapolis neighborhood. As it turns out, Carson was raised by his politician grandmother.  As a “cop,” Carson enforced sales tax collection from local retailers, or what is known as an “excise officer.” Not exactly patrolling the “mean streets” of Indiana.

The CBC believes itself to be W.E.B. Dubois’ Talented Tenth, and all other blacks are there to serve them. The CBC thrives on convincing Liberal black Americans that they are being held down by somebody who “doesn’t look black.” 

Further, Liberals blacks appear to be fine with about anybody representing them, as long as the antagonist is another Liberal black. Marion Barry, William Jefferson, Maxine Waters, Charles Rangel…the CBC!

You don’t have to be a psychic to know what will be said about your city when you elect a CBC demagogue. “There goes the neighborhood!”

The rumor is that the first black president Bill Clinton made the offer. The Teflon ex-president is the perfect patsy.

One reason Clinton would have been approached to make the offer is Clinton is a spectacular lia, no ifs, ands, or buts!  That man can look you in the eye and lie to your face with the passion of Rosie O’Donnell sucking on a chicken bone. “I…did…not…have sex…with that woman!”

And when caught in a lie, Clinton is Fonzi smooth in acting like he has not been caught.  Dude is cooler than a polar bear’s ass under pressure. The only butt-kicking Bill got by lying about the Lewinski affair was from Hillary.  Admittedly, inside his bedroom at the White House, Bill took his lumps, as Hillary strapped it on and rode him hard.

However, outside of the Clinton’s bedroom, adoring Liberal suck-ups canonized Bill.  In the black community, Bill Clinton became the white OJ, while today’s Guilters declared—that Jesus had returned in the form of a hillbilly from Arkansas—this was prior to the arrival of the “new and improved and slightly darker Jesus from Africa!

As for the offer that was made to Sestak—I repeat it was made—the idea that Bill, though now an “outsider” felt he could make the offer is something to behold.  I suggest that perhaps we now know who has his hand up Obama’s skinny behind, thus directs the legislative agenda. 

It makes sense that Bill would have his hand up Obama butt, however aside from the sexual pleasure both men may derive from Bill’s fisting of Obama, there is also the political “ramification”—pun intended—that Bill and Hillary are still implementing their radical agenda, during what could certainly be described as the Third Term of the Clinton Presidency.

The linkage for the Clintons’ is of course Rahm Emanuel, the Jewish whirling dervish who would be king, had it not been for that evil half-black Kenyan who disrupted his ascension to the throne!  Emanuel was next in line after Hillary. 

Instead Rahm does his dirty work behind the scenes, unable to tell anybody just how ruthless he is! In fact, his only way to allude to expertise in the torture of America is to run for Mayor of Chicago. You know that little leotard-wearing bitch is tough, if he will take on Daley! Girlfriend please!

Now it’s all starting to make sense to you, right?!  Remember that Emanuel claimed he had not spoken to Blagojevich about Obama’s senate seat, then later we found out that he had?

Former embattled Congressman Eric Massa has this to say about Rahm Emanuel on a radio show:

He [Emanuel] is an individual who would sell his mother to get a vote…He would strap his children to a front end of steam locomotive.

As for Specter, the thing that doesn’t make sense to me is why an 80-year old white Senator would even want another six year term in government!

Specter is well past life expectancy, even for white folks.  And honestly I love old people, but I remember being around my great-grandfathers at that age, and I had to help him remember how to play checkers at times!  Hank Johnson…get off the island?!

White Senators who have spent decades fleecing the public should have stolen enough taxpayer money to retire in lavish comfort by age 60.  If this doesn’t showcase Specter’s incompetence then you just aren’t paying attention. Black people work until we are 80, but it’s because we HAVE to!!

The idea that the Democrats were posturing to keep Benedict Specter in their ranks speaks volumes of them. I suspect that the Dems were thinking that Specter would die in office, and by then they could have groomed their next money grubbing Liberal scoundrel to replace him; they just needed time, but not a whole lot!

Why they didn’t want Sestak is a mystery to me.  Sestak is certainly nowhere near Conservative, though he is now trying to ACT as if he is. I guess when you are slightly right of Trotsky, you can make that claim. Nevertheless, Sestak is a total Lefty. 

Perhaps the White House felt that Sestak is less controllable than Specter, which makes him slightly dangerous—but only because the White House is all out of money!

Did Emanuel say to Obama that we have a problem in Pennsylvania, yes.  Did Emanuel tell Obama that he’s all over it, like a leotard on a gay dancer, yes!  Did Emanuel ask Clinton to talk to Sestak, and “feel him up out,” yes!  Will we ever get to the bottom of this, no!

This is merely a welcome distraction, and one that will allow the Left to make a hero out of a half-Kenyan goat named Obama. 

Like Clinton’s situation with Lewinsky, if Conservatives pursue this, it will only allow the Left a reason to rally behind their chosen loser.  The Left has no recourse, because the man they deem “the smartest man in the room” is rumored to have a 2.25 GPA, and has been proven time and again to be America’s classless clown.

It should scare all of America, in fact the world that Biden may actually be the smartest man in the White House.

Fannie/Freddie is requesting even more money, yet they have proven to be ineffective money pits. Aside from asking for another $8B, as stated in this report, the duo of Fannie and Freddie show no signs of stopping the hemorrhaging, as reported by AP here:

Freddie Mac lost 7.87B last quarter almost $26 billion last year, a total of almost $80 billion since the housing crisis started in 2007, is bracing for more pain. The McLean, Va.-based company said a record 4 percent of its borrowers are at least three months behind on their payments and facing foreclosure. Its chief executive, Charles Haldeman, warned Wednesday of a “potential large wave of foreclosures” still to come. The two companies have already siphoned $111 billion from the government to stay afloat. That number is expected to hit $188 billion by fall 2011.

Not exactly “chump change,” even in the era of “The Black President Who Outspent ALL the White Ones!” 

Fast forward to “The Clinton Years,” and you get Franklin Raines.  Raines was the Clinton-appointed CEO of Freddie Mac from 1999 until 2004, when he abruptly retired.  Harvard and Oxford educated Raines managed to help Freddie Mac lose billions of dollars, as he pocketed millions.  He eventually settled with the Fed, paying back a few million of the more than 90 million dollars he “stole.”

Raines’ fraud doesn’t end there. Unhappy with the multi-millions he siphoned from tax payers, Raines decided to cash in on the next big farce, that of global climate change.  And that’s because Raines stands to make billions with his “patent” on the creation of a carbon exchange.  Yes America, Raines want to sell AIR with Monopoly money, only we will use REAL money to pay for it. 

Which brings us to Obama’s continual need to mention global climate change, a farce long exposed as a hoax bigger than the boogeyman.  Further, Obama wants to pass Cap and Trade, because all this fits the strategy for him and his elitist Harvard pricks to get paid, but GOOD!

In truth, Raines should be in jail, as should Obama and half the Democrats in Congress.

And this gross incompetence is rampant in government.  The USPS lost $3.9B last year and says here it will incur losses of $238B over the next ten years unless they…cut back to five days a week!  Well why not just cut it to ONE day per week?  No wait, better suggestion:  Just don’t deliver the mail, and say you did.

Medicare is yet another failed government bureaucracy soaking taxpayers for trillions, and Social Security is about as secure as a donut in Rosie O’Donnell’s rotund fingers.

How this type of gross mismanagement and incompetence is allowed to go on continually and unchecked?  To answer this “rhetorical” question, let’s revisit Franklin Raines. 

When Republicans asked to investigate Raines, almost every black member in Congress made charges of racism, because—surprise—Raines is black. I guess Democrats believe blacks are not intelligent enough to accomplish a white collar crime!  Lest they forget, Raines attended HAAAvaaad! As far as white collar crime goes, I must give Raines his props, because that brotha got over!

The cry of racism created the so-called war on poverty and is estimated to have cost America over $9T since the 1970’s.  Social engineering they call it. But the engineering was never meant to provide a way for minorities to succeed.  In fact the success of minorities had nothing to do with it.  The engineering was structured to line the pockets of the elite for decades, and it worked.

We’ve allowed a group of flower-children, drug-abusing ex-hippies to ruin our country, and for the most part we are still letting them get away with it. Their weapon is racism. They use the one thing that defines America’s greatness—America’s willingness to accept anybody and everybody—and they wield it recklessly, and for their own political agenda.  Because we don’t confront them, we find ourselves debating the absurd. 

For example, there is not ONE country in the world who allows for illegal immigration, and you certainly can’t expect ENTITLEMENTS! Yet we find ourselves discussing this subject with the Left as if it’s rational. 

We have a new Supreme Court pick who, like Obama…has no experience! Then again, why should experience matter, when you are hell bent on the destruction of America?!

The recent incident where the kids were suspended for wearing American flags on Cinco de Mayo, as if American children should sacrifice our sovereignty, because Mexicans want to celebrate something meaningless to us. And there are dozens of other examples.

Simply put, racism by the Left is killing America. It’s costing TRILLIONS, and I suggest somebody out there heed my warning, and help us—DONATE—to stop these morons. 

Try to imagine a political process where race is truly not an issue.

Even black Jesus won’t save the day in the land soon-to-be formerly known as The People’s Republic of Taxachussetts. Obama rode in on his white horse, and rode out on a black sheep!

The reason the salad days have ended is because of black Jesus himself! It is simply not possible to lie more during a campaign than Obama did during his campaign, as if his truths were scary enough!

Obama said he would essentially neuter our military, release terrorists from GITMO, raise taxes on the rich, redistribute wealth, discourage business, and the list goes on. By not accomplishing all that he wanted, he has still managed to wreck the economy, and give America the highest unemployment since his mentor, Jimmy Carter—another embarrassment to America.

Obama left little doubt that he believes in the government running big businesses, when he “bailed out” the unions and the financial industry, since the free market system just couldn’t cut it. He put money in shovel-ready projects, and people are digging holes for themselves all over America.

Obama is full of silly ideas, origins that could only come from theory, as they had no use in the real world. One of those ideas–Healthcare–may just be his undoing.  Here is Obama in 2005 discussing healthcare and social security:

In a state where Democrats outnumber Republicans 3 to 1, a Republican may be the front-runner, and I predict will be the next senator from Massachusetts. Talk about the people revolting. And if you want to witness the vitriol of the Left—in your face—just let a Republican win something that the Democrats take for granted. Here is Keith Olbermann demonstrating exactly what I mean.

I can hardly wait for the reaction from Democrats, when black folks revolt against them! They’ve been taking black folks for granted for years, and I say the black folks equivalent of Massachusetts is on its way!

The Democrats are getting exactly what they deserve! A sound old-fashioned country butt-kicking! And this special election could not have come at a better time to provide just that!

The irony is that this election is sandwiched between MLK, Jr’s birthday and Black History Month, representing both Emancipation Part Deux and the next Civil Rights revolution! What an historic time, as this time it is not just blacks being freed, it is America being freed!

It’s Civil War II, and the only bloodshed…unless you count the brain hemorrhaging happening with Democrats all over the country! In Civil War II, the North and the South decided collectively to reject decisively Obama’s agenda. Boston is the new Antietam, the perfect place to fight the second Civil War.

Win or lose for Republicans, the MA senate race is a rejection of Obama, socialism, and all that he represents. It has nothing to do with Coakley, incompetent she certainly is.

This race is a rejection of the scam of the light-skinned black-with-no-Negro dialect, communist sympathizer, no-talent-no-resume having, social ladder climbing, rock-star wannabe, so-called leader of the New World Order. This rejection is LONG overdue!

This election shows that Guilters recognize that they voted for the wrong black man. I applaud them for admitting it…sort of.

They realize that America is being held hostage, and it’s time we brought her home. She’s tired and hungry! But with a little pampering, she will be the beautiful beacon of light for the world that she once was.

As much as I detest the Obama administration, I have to say that it may have been necessary. It took Obama to show us the radical side of the Left’s ideology, and thankfully he scared his own. As the saying goes, “God gives us not what we want but what we need”–Though at times He leaves us not knowing whether to scratch our watches or wind our butts!

I believe that God is trying to tell us—and THEM—something!  I believe God will make one of His boldest statements today. Because when Brown wins, it will be God giving America REAL hope and change.

This isn’t the ’60′s, when Democrats beat down blacks openly. Democrat tactics like those of the Democrat enforcers, the KKK, simply won’t scare the true American patriots.  Like the great Republican, Martin Luther King, Jr, we are here to stay.  This fight however is not for equality, it is a fight for representation by our elected officials, and not having legislation forced upon us.

Russ Carnahan, the Democrat Congressman who sicked the union thugs on the peaceful protesters to the gangland takeover of healthcare was a no show.  So was Obama, the person who represents all Americans when he says, “hit back, twice as hard.” 

Bill had an answer for them.

Apparently conservative blacks are the new coloreds of the ’60′s, especially if they disagree with Obama.  Ken Gladney is the black protester the Democrat UNION thugs selected to send a message to the rest of the black community, and for anybody supporting them.

Ken was present at the event today, though still heavily medicated. You can see from the video that Ken is not an intimidating person, and likely hasn’t fought anybody in years, if ever. Yet it was he, who was singled out by the TWO brutish thugs, one of whom was black.

Here is my short discussion with Ken:

I wish Ken God-speed in his recovery, and know that we won’t stand by and let this happen again! America is sick of Chicago-style politics.  I hope Ken sues the two thugs, Russ Carnahan, the SEIU, and finallyObama for “sending in the clowns.”

It is clear that Democrats don’t like when a smart black  person escapes the plantation.  They sent one of our own to “retrieve that uppity Negro!” This is the type of activity that has many blacks afraid to speak out in our own communities, even our own families.  Anybody noticed that neither Sharpton nor Jackson have said a word. Right color, wrong politics!

Lucky for America, Ken is an “America first” patriot.  He understands that years of Democrats pandering to blacks to get our votes have devastated the black community. 

We lead the nation, per capita in unemployment, single parent homes, blacks in prison (outright!), crime infested neighborhoods, welfare recipients. We have the lowest high school graduation rates, lowest home ownership, lowest entrants to college, and lowest college graduation rates.  Abortion rates in the black community are twice the national average, and we were declared the most religious group in America.  I say on behalf of all blacks in America, “Thank you, Democrats and poverty pimping black “leaders” for making blacks the laughing stock of America!”

Obama promises that healthcare won’t cost America anything. Apparently he plans on sending the bill to everybody earning over $1M. Those un-American overachievers!

The War on Achievement continues, and Obama—the man who has worked for nothing in his life—is hell bent on punishing those who do actually work for a living. The calculations are in, and Obama could take ALL the money from the top 2% of the population and he would come nowhere near paying for healthcare. Just like a Democrat to not let logic interfere with his reasoning.

Ultimately healthcare costs will filter down into everyday “Joe America,” yet Obama continues to campaign for this poison pill. Yes people, Obama sees this as yet another campaign. Most politicians would just chalk this up to being a stupid idea and run! That’s just not Obama’s style. He will massage the language, hit the airwaves, strong-arm in private meetings, and he does have his house pets to help: The lamestream media.

One of the most ironic and insane parts of this healthcare sledgehammer is that Obama wants to cover 12M illegal immigrants. Only in Amerika! Try getting healthcare as an illegal immigrant in all the countries where socialized medicine exists. And if for some reason you were to accomplish the impossible…try USING your new healthcare insurance.

Obama can provide all the healthcare insurance coverage he wants. Since we are living in the land of make-believe, why not cover ALL American’s…100%? The fact remains that getting access to healthcare will be a nightmare. Check out the Pajamas Media video hosted by Steven Crowder on Canada’s healthcare system. It’s 20 minutes you won’t want to miss.

Have you ever gone to the gas station that offers $1 a gallon gas for a couple of hours? You go, and find cars are lined up for blocks. You wait only to arrive to the pump and find that they’re out of gas! At least it only cost you three gallons of gas to find out! Such is the ObamaCare’s slogan: Hurry up and wait…for nothing!

And old people and very sick people beware. ObamaCare is your death warrant. The lamestream media will tell you that Republicans and conservatives are just being alarmists, trying to scare you. Don’t believe us, just watch what Obama himself says. He says essentially that if you are too old or too sick, the Fed will offer you counseling, recommend hospice, then say good-bye in Austrian. For those who don’t speak Austrian, allow me to translate: “If you are too old or too sick on ObamaCare, bend over and kiss your butt good-bye!”

The reason Democrats helping to pimp this plan to America don’t want to “opt in” on this utopia is…they know how it will work! Or NOT work! That is why Russ Carnahan at his recent Townhall meeting refused to answer my question on the subject.

The mandated government plan would make it illegal to pursue healthcare off the system. Congressmen don’t want to be showcased on undercover videos skulking for the best healthcare.

The system is good enough for us, but elitist Democrats don’t want it for themselves. The Democrats could care less about taxpaying Americans, and they have a thugocracy that shouts from the mountaintop, “We are your rulers and you will obey!”

Obama is governing “to” us, not “for” us. He is an autocrat who believes he has all the answers. His answers can be summed up by reading any Communist manifesto. The change he promised for America has Obama redefining America.

Terrorism has been downgraded to a misdemeanor and is now called man-made disaster. $3.6T of spending that creates 9.5% unemployment, 3.5M jobs lost since January, bankruptcy of the “industry that is too big to fail” [auto-industry], and a stock market that is down 40% is all defined as “stimulus!” Military men and women, and law-abiding, taxpaying citizens are now considered extremists.

As I said earlier, Obama promised that healthcare won’t cost America anything. I guess people earning over $1M are not part of America? If so, we have apparently redefined the term “illegals.” The good news for the new illegals is they will be covered under ObamaCare. The better news is these illegals will be paying their own way!

Many of you wanted to know the rest of the story on how Carnahan handled the question of “If it’s so good, why doesn’t Congress want to be on it?” Here’s the rest of the story. Note the panel’s reaction, when Carnahan turns to them. A question asked of a CONGRESSMAN, and he looks to his posse of pathetics to answer a question only he can answer!

“Any of you want to answer a question as to why I don’t want to be on the program I’m pimping to the rest of America?!..Duh!” I say it’s time Missouri end the Carnahan “reign of terror,” this particular Carnahan voting 100% with Obama, and Robin Carnahan wanting to run for Senator who is an apple from the SAME tree!

Senator Claire McCaskill (D) returned to her office recently after the incident where her staff denied access to blacks and other taxpaying citizens to her office…that we pay for. As a black conservative, I wish I could tell you that I was surprised and appalled. But I wasn’t. For me, it was just another reminder of racist Democrat policies of the past of denying black Republicans access to the political system. “Darn those uppity Negroes!”

McCaskill did however perform her own investigation into the incident, and offered what I consider to be a smart-ass apology to the constituents who wanted nothing more than to voice their concerns about the new propose healthcare legislation. In her “apology,” McCaskill offered the following from her own website:

“For the record, today I was able to figure out the allegation about my staff flipping off protesters at my St Louis office on Friday. There was only one male staffer at the office on Friday, and I knew he wouldn’t do that. He is an Iraq veteran, who handles almost all of our case work for our veterans. He is soft spoken and hard working and just not the type to lose his cool.”

I’m not surprised that McCaskill used a veteran as the potential scapegoat for the “flip off,” however she at least did not refer to him as an extremist, per Janet Napolitano’s instructions. Knowing how liberals operate, I’d like proof that McCaskill has a veteran working on her staff at all. Because Democrats are known to split hairs, let’s be clear that I’d like to know with certainty that this veteran is an American veteran and not Iraqi! She did say that he served in the Iraq war. Finally, I want to verify that he is a legal citizen of the United States…you just never know with this crop of Democrats crooks.

McCaskill next tells us:

“I still regret the way we handled the protest, and hope that all those that want to express themselves feel free to protest peacefully at our office anytime…While we did talk to 7 folks on Friday, I wish we could have greeted everyone at the beginning and brought part of the group in for a meeting right away.”

First, this was not a protest. This was citizens exercising their rights to meet with their representative. Next, Claire’s people did allow seven people in, and not ONE person of color was allowed in her office. Perhaps since there was one black lady on McCaskill’s staff in the building, McCaskill’s office had reached its quota for black people? So I and other blacks were relegated to “the back of the bus,” just like the days when racist Democrats were in control. If only blacks had worn “Yes We Can” buttons, McCaskill’s staffers might have allowed coloreds in; they wouldn’t have appeared so uppity.

McCaskill ends here “apology” with the following:

“I think we learned from Friday and will do better in the future. In return I hope those that are protesting refrain from banging on the windows and doors continuously. Thanks so much.”

McCaskill is mad that taxpaying citizens are watching our money, and paying attention to issues. Amongst other things, Democrats hate informed citizens–and uppity blacks.

It should be noted that McCaskill didn’t apologize for calling the police on peaceful taxpaying citizens just exercising their Constitutional rights. Personally I find this disconcerting.

The incident hearkened me back to the ’60′swhen racist Democrats controlled the police. In those days they would have turned loose the German Shepards attacking Republicans supporting the civil rights of black Americans. Likely a disappointment for McCaskill’s office that they didn’t.

From this black conservative’s perspective, when it comes to Democrats…the more things “change,” the more things stay the same.

I’d like a REAL apology, Claire!

That’s my rant!

Two life-long adversaries squared off recently in the ring–Black Conservative versus Democrat Racist. In the right corner was underdog Black Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Harry Alford, and in the left corner Democrat Senator Barbara Boxer of California and defending middleweight champion of Democrat racism. The fight was over the idea that the clean energy jobs initiative was not creating jobs in CA, the belief of Alford. Pre-fight odds favored Boxer 10-1.

Round One began in what can only be described as the typical Democrat fight manual of “How to Deal with Uppity Blacks.” Boxer opened fast, attempting to bully Mr. Alford by reading what she called “important documents” into the record. The first was a document of Alford’s residency. Alford was not intimidated, and landed a stiff jab pointing out that he currently resides in Maryland, however he was born and raised in CA. Alford quipped,“…I was there when you came.”

Feeling upstaged, Boxer’s response, “You don’t know when I came…” Translated: Who are you to get all uppity with me, slave? Don’t forget your place!” But Alford did know, when Boxer came to CA, landing a nice uppercut, which forced Boxer to shake her head and mouth “that didn’t hurt.” Round One: 10-9 Alford.

A black guy in his mid-20′s named Mike called into a radio show the other day, and he commented that “black people don’t hear things the same way whites do.” We blacks apparently “hear black.”

So blacks don’t hear the statement “Take me back to the good ol’ days” the same way as whites. Blacks are not nostalgic at all about “the good ol’ days”, and believe this to be “code” for taking blacks back to the bondage of slavery.

To illustrate his point, Mike said that when he was in the second-grade, he and his classmates had listened to Reagan one evening, and Reagan commented that America should go back to its “glorious past.” The next day at school all the black kids were crying, and asked their teacher, “Is Reagan was going to make black people slaves again?” Neither Mike nor his classmates had ever experienced slavery, so he seemed to go a long way back to consider the good ol’ days. And why blame Reagan?

My upbringing was different. I never had learned to “hear black.” So when I hear of going back to the good ol’ days, I think of being a carefree kid and having the loving support of my family. I would get out of school, take the bus home (about 15 miles), where my grandfather was usually waiting to take me and my brother fishing.
