Obama Losing Luster?

barack-obama-deval-patrick

Obama looks "sweet" on Deval!

If the recent fundraiser for Massachusetts’s Governor Deval Patrick is any indicator, Obama’s luster may be wearing off. The event was nowhere near a sellout, and word on the street is that operatives were pimping tickets up to the very last minute of the event.  Worse yet, they weren’t finding any takers.

You’d think that with all the contacts on Obama’s crackberry, he could scare up enough “friends” to sell out a governor’s fundraiser?!  The lack of participation by Bostonians is simply no way to treat a Nobel Peace Prize winner!  Teddy Kennedy, the ugly cousin of LiberoFascism is rolling over in his grave!

The event was held at the Westin Copley, occupying the entire 4th floor–a venue that easily holds about 2000 people.  Based on my radio producer’s report from a source who spoke to a cousin of a man who knows a friend of one of the maids said, “There was plenty of room for “disco dancing!”  For journalistic integrity, we were able to confirm this with a taxi driver, who knows the sister of one of the vendors, who did overhear the concierge confirm this with his mother-in-law.

SHAMELESS PLUG – Consider investing in my Amazon Best Selling book, The BIG Black Lie, if you enjoy my work!  Then get 10 others…just TEN…to do the same! Send this message to TEN friends or something bad will happen. – Dept of Shameless Plugs at The Black Sphere!

A year ago a venue the size of the Westin Copley would not have been considered for such an event, if the messiah was to be in attendance. They would have planned on a stadium, Wembley Stadium most likely…New England game be damned!  And even that would not have been big enough, so they would have had to simulcast it on big screens.  And even that would pale.  Thus Liberals would have clamored to see the spectacle on Pay-Per-View!

Oh what a difference a few months makes?  Who knew we would get the All Obama Channel…a spinoff of Oprah.  And the All Obama Channel would spin off the Obama Administration Comedy Channel, which of course has given America the Obama Nitwits Worldwide Comedy Channel…a channel that runs all day, every day…no reruns.

The lack of attendance to the event could be based on Obama’s recent polling numbers, which are the lowest for any president at this stage of his presidency in fifty years. Apparently many of the people on the Left have awakened to embrace their inner racists.  Who are these neo-racists?

According to this report in the Boston Herald, CODEPINK, the environmentalists, and the LBGT are.  They all upset with Obama, as he apparently hasn’t moved far enough left for these groups, despite Hugo Chavez warning otherwise.

The Black Nationalists are mad at the firing of Van Jones, though Mark Lloyd and Michelle remain close to the president.  The Coalition for Black Reparations are complaining that the $13 a week added to paychecks is not helping blacks who have unemployment rates at twice the national average.  The National Association for Black Journalists has been vocal about the lack of access to the White House, saying, “The president is treatin’ us like we Fox or somethin’!”

There is one group who is happy with Obama, and that is the Socialist Party USA.  They are ecstatic, and we quoted as saying, “We didn’t even know we had a dog in the fight!”

Reports are that 88 people attended the event and $500K was raised for Governor Patrick.  Estimated costs for the event is $2M.  We can see that the Dems fiscal policy is not limited to government!   Regardless, when it comes to Liberals paying their own freight, you can bet the American taxpayer will be getting this bill…let’s call it a suppository.

After the fundraiser, Obama ventured to MIT—under the protection of the cops he called racists during Gates’ Gate.  There would be no repeat of BeerFest, as Gates said, “I am protesting the white part of Obama’s ethnicity, the part who didn’t help me down the stairs, the part who is now oppressing brothers and sisters all over America by not having stamped out Capitalism, and who allowed for Van Jones— a solid brother and fellow Black Nationalist— to be railroaded.  I have reached my lifetime beer quota with white devils!”  Tough talk for a man who has to walk with a cane, I say.

Deval Patrick 71st FundHere’s the wrap:

I know you may be searching for more potential answers as to why somebody with the “cult of personality” of Obama could not sell out a capacity 2000 event, when as a candidate, a nobody, he enthralled and regaled audiences of 50,000.  Well, here’s your answer.  It’s Bush’s fault!

Bush used his power over the media so people were not aware of the event in Boston.  And let’s face it, Bush dominates the news, leaving no room for alternative thought.  The so-called news reports his every move, “Jenna this, W that, Barbara, blah blah blah.” You’d think when Bush eats a burger or sports his masculine pecs on a beach in Hawaii, it’s news!

Bush still has us in two wars, not counting the one he started with Fox, and he has created the biggest gap in racial politics since the 1960’s.  He has created the largest debt in the history of America, now at $1.4 trillion, not to mention record unemployment.  He has taken over private industry, and we are now collecting less money in the treasury than ever before.  People simply could not afford the $6000 per person to attend the fundraiser…because of that idiot Ivy League president!

I don’t know if America can stand three more years of Bush!

That’s my rant!

That certainly says a lot if even in the heart of liberal country, Kennedy country, there was a lack of interest in the Messiah. Poor socialist Obama is getting it from both sides. Many liberals, from what I have read, are disappointed that he isn’t carrying out a more socialist agenda and of course people on the right are disappointed he is carrying out his agenda. And I will be truthful here, I want Obama to fail. I want him to fail in turning this country into a totalitarian state. To libs that makes me racist and to those libs I say, I don’t give a damn what you think. And if the poll numbers are any indication along with the lack of interest in even Boston, so do a lot of other people.
Thanks for the update, Kevin.

James H says:

If this is repeated, my apologies. My last post failed to appear.
It says a lot that even in the heart of Liberal Land there was a lack of interest in the Messiah. Perhaps people on the left are disappointed he is not turning the country into a socialist state fast enough while on the right we are disappointed he is. Yes, I want Obama to fail. I want him to fail in his agenda to turn this country into a totalitarian state. I would oppose anyone who tries that. To the liberals that makes me racist. And to the liberals I say, I really don’t give a damn what you think. You mean nothing to me. And if the poll numbers and what happened in Massachusetts are any indication I am not the only one.
Thanks for the update, Kevin.

You are an idiot and ignorant and no better than Al Sharpton. You are so much focused on your negative-self that you promote self hatred. Man….learn to accept that you are normal even if you are black…..

You said “After the fundraiser, Obama ventured to MIT—under the protection of the cops he called racists during Gates’ Gate” Did he really called the cop a racist? I guess now adays to be a conservative/republican you have to fabricate false news to ‘mobilize the base.’ Grow up and learn to take pride on who you are.

Kevin, do you suppose that there is anybody in the current administration who realizes how dark things are getting?

And do you think there is anybody on the liberal side less able to put together a rational thought than Tari?

We accuse the left of not having an argument and thus resorting to name calling, and they respond by not having an argument and calling us names.

Are they too stupid to realize that they are proving our point?

As we ‘whiteys’ have been of accused of – racism does not have to mean donning a sheet. Racism, at its most insidious is not out in the open w/bugles blaring and sheets aflappin’. It is statements like Obama made during the Gates-gate…nothing right out there but yea, those whitey cops in MA are stupid. Obama, pure and simple was race-baiting and trying to, once again, drive a wedge between all colored-folk:white, black, yellow and green; (yes even Kermit was put off by his statements).
So, PLEASE reevaluate what your ‘post-racial, lackey slave for the democrats, has done for race relations; (except shut up Jesse ‘I’ll cut ‘em off’ Jackson, for a while.)

madmath1 says:
October 26, 2009 at 7:02 pm

Gates proved to be the racist everyone knew he was and true to his racist ways, found a reason to hate Obama: he’s half white. Never mind people are wising up to how we’ve managed to screw ourselves as a nation by electing this man. I would say nobody, but I was well aware of his socialist, anti-Americanism, and racists thinking just by a simple trip to the library (that the place that contains books for you liberals out there. You know, those things people read that you fear so much) and getting the audios to his two books so I heard them from his very own mouth and much of it terrified me. I thought I was listening to a Steven King novel only it was real. So most of America didn’t get conned, they allowed themselves to be ignornant to what this man was by not learning or just plain listening to him. Now, just after 9 months, he’s so far to left and radical in his polices with the violent and belligerent militant left bemoaning that they’ve been betrayed because he’s not far enough to the left has even the most liberal lib rethinking their vote and that’s is Obama biggest accomplishment so far because I didn’t know, until now, that liberals could actually think at all.

aussie, Kevin not only makes me laugh, he does a masterful job of skewering “liberals or progressives”. Stay tuned, this will get even better. I’m not a person who bets on anything, but the odds that he will continue to eclipse every rant are easy. Count on it.
Back in the days before this President was elected and before he started campaigning, I did the easy search about his voting record in the Senate. Nothing but voting Present, there,
so I listened and found nothing in all the speeches that was one iota different than his record. Until the last couple of months, he was a blank slate and then this creeping socialistic mess started to crawl out. Half the country didn’t vote for him, but bless his little socialistic heart, he is going to take down some fellow tools on his way.

The annointed one has lost a good portion of the Mass independents who voted for him last Nov. In addition the brunt of his voters in Mass were the 20 to early 30 year olds. This group for the most part could not afford the $6,000 attendance. fee.

The annointed one won Mass by a good margin but not that great when compared to other democrat candidates of the past.

During the primary Sen Kerry and Kennedy and members of Kennedy held coming out to support Obama rally’s every two weeks. These two were followed by Gov Patrick.
All this support was meaningless because Hillary Clinton won the primary by double digits. The money backers were behind the Clinton’s.

Overall TGov Patrick isn’t overall popular. He has been one big disappointment.

Since you are the smart one here you may be able to give me an answer for the following ??

Out of the last 40 years in this country, 28 was under the control of conservative/republican party, with minimal change to the negro’s life.

The condition of the poor negro has not gotten any better; including in the areas where all whites vote republican. Negros in the south are mostly poor.

-If the answer to the condition of the negro is NOT to vote democrat, how come some of your MASTER whites in the south are very, very poor and yet ALL vote republican/conservative???

-What do the negros in the south and north have in common besides their color and most being poor? I am most certain that people don’t think you are three fifth of a person.

Are you telling me to replace one master (democrat) for another master (repub)?

- All negros, including you, need to love themselves more. They don’t need any body to approve them. Sadly you do.

Kevin did not fabricate false news to mobilize his base. Obama did call the lead cop in the Gates incident a racist. This then generated the beer gathering with Obama, Biden, Gates and the cop in attendance. The same cops were part of the protection provided Obama when he went to MIT.

And Tari, I’ve read many of Kevins’ postings and none of his content has been fabricated. Since you are a liberal I can understand your accusations against Kevin and I recommend you sticking with liberal blogs because your inaccurate statements are not warranted and are not enjoyed by the majority who come here faithfully with the same views of the owner of this blog.

Tari go back and read jj solari’s Oct 27th 12:58 comment to you libs….my exact sentiment to you. You certainly have one messed up view of the world….but, I suppose that should be expected since you’re one of those far-left loonies.

@Mick

Why don’t you try to answer my question? I guess none of you have received the memo about answering this kind of question. Then again, I remembered that you did answer it, with things like….far-left loonie, communist, dumbass and alike.

All you guys know is yell and curse, including your party leader MASTER Rush Limbaugh and the new ‘community organizer’ Glenn Beck. How is that all you became angry at the world?

p-the-hun, please note that using the word fact, does not, in fact make people believe what you say to be fact as fact.

The media has fooled themselves and many american sheep into thinking this is true. Unfortunately, using the word fact in 2009 just makes people think, “OK, whatever is coming is just a load of bs”.

Ranks right up there with “They” and “Polls”.

4 out of 5 doctors say that 1 doctor is wrong. Really? Duh!

Many people think that Obama is the anti-christ.
Many people think that Obama is a great leader.

Watch CNN, they use words like ‘many’ and ’several’ and other useless spin words, like ‘fact’ to try and lead people to beleive something that isn’t true without ‘lying’.

our kenyan in chief did that his entire campaign. “I voted many times!” Yeah, dumbass, you voted “Present”. Whew, I need a drink….

FA says:
October 29, 2009 at 11:17 am

Fairnez, holy f_ck you have got to be one of the dumbest people I’ve ever seen/read!

Do you really really really believe the crap you say? Really? Seriously?
You can’t really….can you? It is so absurd I feel like I’m addressing someone who still believes the world is flat! (hence Kevin’s knuckledragger comment)

Let’s review the unbelievable statements/questions you have made/posed:

You: “Out of the last 40 years in this country, 28 was under the control of conservative/republican party, with minimal change to the negro’s life.”
** Nice attempt at spin…Go take politics 101. The president has shit for power on his own. There were a whopping 4 (yeah FOUR) years where the republican party held both president and house in those 40 years to which you refer. If you don’t have both, you don’t have control. Bush was the first time that had happened in 45 years. It lasted 4.

You: “The condition of the poor negro has not gotten any better; including in the areas where all whites vote republican. Negros in the south are mostly poor.”
** You are making a couple of grave errors here.
1) The ‘condition of the poor negro’ is no different than the ‘condition of the poor white’ or the ‘condition of the poor hispanic’. It is a lack of enough desire to make more money to do something about it.
2) You seem to think that the state level gov’t can do something to help/hurt the poor. The major problem is at the federal gov’t level. Poor exist in every state.
3) There is a tendancy to be more poor in the south because if the weather. Nobody wants to be poor and homeless in Chicago in the winter. So they move south.

You: “If the answer to the condition of the negro is NOT to vote democrat, how come some of your MASTER whites in the south are very, very poor and yet ALL vote republican/conservative???”
** Now it is the ‘condition of the negro’ not just the ‘poor negro’? Ok, now the liberal racist in you is coming out. to think that someone or someone’s condition is different specifically because of their race is by definition racist. All classes of ALL people have poor. The question in and of itself is absurd.

“What do the negros in the south and north have in common besides their color and most being poor? I am most certain that people don’t think you are three fifth of a person.”
** What the ‘negros’ have in common are the liberal democraps telling them all that ‘they are hated and that they are victims and they are entitled to anything anyone else has…and by the way you don’t have to work for it, the government will provide it for you!’ of course after the election polls are closed, they just feed enough race-baiting into the general populace to keep the coals going until the next election where they build the bonfire up once again….consistent cycle.

“Are you telling me to replace one master (democrat) for another master (repub)?”
** The problem with your thinking is that you think you don’t have an option without a master. Man has two masters: God and himself. EVERYTHING you do is subject to those two masters. EVERYTHING you do is YOUR choice. If you consider the government or anything else man-made your master, I pity you.

“All negros, including you, need to love themselves more. They don’t need any body to approve them. Sadly you do.”
** It is funny to see you attempt to insult someone while trying to appear intelligent. Logically your words are garbled and useless. However, I get what you are trying to say.
You are correct, but I’d expand that to say EVERYBODY needs to love themselves more than they do (in the true sense of loving one’s self, not ego). NOBODY needs someone to approve them, except themselves.
I don’t pretend to know what is in Kevin’s mind, but I’ve read all of his blogs (that are available) and I haven’t seen one hint of Kevin seeking approval from anyone.
To me he appears to have firm convictions and believes 100% in them and feels the draw to share those views with the world, in the hopes that others will become ‘enlightened’.

I look forward to you unintelligible response, be sure to include answering questions with questions that have nothing to do with the original intent of the question I originally asked.

Example of what I expect from you (and PH, etc.)

I ask: What is the color of Hilary Clinton’s hair?
Kevin would say: Blonde (but dyed)
You trolls would say: Do you think that Bush’s grey hair makes him more intelligent than Hilary? and then go off on some diatribe that eventually leads to calling me a racist because I didn’t ask what color shitbama’s hair is.
Please pleasantly suprise me by not responding at all.

dana, jim, et al. kevin’s agit-blogging provokes critical responses. refute the arguments or ignore them. its bad form to whine and complain about the fact that there are people here who think differently from you (god forbid!). you know people who are serious about their political views actually appreciate being challenged.

FA, predictably, i am confused by your post. are you saying that facts don’t exist, or that the stuff that i have written and claimed to be facts are not facts? if the latter (the second clause in that last sentence), which ones? why not critique me on substance rather than go off on some ahistorical diatribe against the media. i mean, what “media” sources am i even quoting?

and, while i’ll let fairnez field that big heap of text you’re trying to dump on him, i do want you to help me figure this out. you say, “to think that someone or someone’s condition is different specifically because of their race is by definition racist.” do you mean this? by this definition, wouldn’t someone like MLK be a racist? do you think he was? by this definition, wouldn’t this blog be racist? do you think it is? are you of the opinion that there is no such thing as racism (other than reverse racism, natch)?

there’s a pretty easy equation to determine whether or not you’re a racist around here, katadhin. if you’re a “liberal” (that is, anything other than a republican party apologist), then yes, of course you’re being racist. if you’re a “tea party patriot” (that is, a repblican party apologist) then, of course not! didn’t you get the memo, lbj said something racist once, so clearly you CANNOT be.

jj solari says:

demons love to debate. it usually stops the attack in its tracks.

FA says:
November 2, 2009 at 3:46 pm

I am saying, as direct as possible that the stuff that you have written and claimed to be facts are not facts. (Not meant to be all encompassing)
But specifically, in this instance, I am referring to your liberal use of the word ‘fact’ and that stating something as a fact does not indeed make it a fact.
Example:
“90% of my comments are substantive questions and responses based-in-fact to questions directed at me” (copied from earlier post on this article)
…lol….based in fact is like “based on a true story”.

What really cracked me up is this:
“hey Dana, check out fairnez up there. he’s dropping science. he’s asking real, substantive questions.”

Hahahahha!!!! Science? Where? What science?
Scroll up. Take a look at the post by fairnez on October 27, 2009 at 11:00 am.
Please show my where the science lives in that post?
The one whopping historical “fact” they used turned out to be FALSE.
So not only is fairnez an idiot for trying to pass off false information as ‘fact’, but you are an idiot for choosing to believe the INACCURATE statement made by fairnez without validating it.

Go look up the history. Read it. This one is measurable. We know what parties have been in the whitehouse, the senate, etc. Go look at the party affiliations over the last 40 years and come back and try to say that fairnez made an accurate statement.

Good luck!

Just so you don’t think I haven’t answered your questions…I have…but decided not to paste them here. This is not a debate about racism…it is Kevin’s blog.

proudhon says:
November 2, 2009 at 9:30 pm

fa, kevin’s blog is subtitled “Putting Racism Back Where It Belongs… On The Left!” if this is “not a debate about racism,” i don’t know what is. and let’s not forget that my question to you was precipitated by your highly debatable statement about racism ( “to think that someone or someone’s condition is different specifically because of their race is by definition racist” ). so, if you’ve got something to say about that, by all means…

“dropping science” is a figure of speech. jeez! (how old are you?! i’ll assume you didn’t grow up listening to hip hop). that statement was in direct response to dana’s claim that the people who she disagrees with here are only interested in name calling. i was directing her attention to one of MANY posts by critics of kevin’s that are substantive questions and that get totally ignored by kevin or most people here. for what its worth, i think you make a good point about party control, but think it’s disingenuous to suggest that somehow things would be better for blacks if, say, republicans held control over the legislature during the nixon or reagan regimes. but who knows. after all, it was dems like ted kenedy who stood in the way of nixon’s health care reform agenda, so maybe we’d all be in better shape. (see, i am critical of BOTH parties and their relationship to social welfare and racism, while everyone here is committed to a republican party apologetics).

i am still confused about what you mean when you take issue with “facts.” i’ll just say it again, i have posted MANY MANY comments here wherein i claim something is a “fact.” here’s one, for example: http://theblacksphere.net/limbaugh-slaves/#comment-12559 (note the idiot’s response to this, btw). is that not a comment based-in-fact? is this not a fact?

The problem with why blacks in the South & North are still poor can be summed up in several ways. I will tell a brief story:

Lets say you were a minority in college & you had a roommate who went out every night partying & being very disruptive while you were studying. You worked part time and were on scholarship but your roomy had little direction. At the end of the semester, you were on the dean’s list w/ a 4.0 but your roomy was barely pulling 2.0. Would you be willing to give 1 point off your overall GPA that semester so your roomy has the same GPA?

This is quite simply how oppression starts & perpetuates from one generation to the next. You become dependent on the handouts & gov’t dole the libs offer but they want to keep minorities in their place because they need your vote! They depend on your ignorance in seeing the big picture.

@proudhon I see you are still an idiot. Only a dunce as dumb as you would criticize a candidate that thirty days ago was unknown, had his party run ads against him and still get 45% of the vote. If the party had been behind him from the start and gave him the money that they gave to the rino, you would be sitting there crying. You basically have the equivalent of Hugo Chavez losing part of his empire in NJ and you go to a unheard of district in NY to try to spin your party’s utter failure. What a joke you are.

Thanks Nancy! Problem is, calling in pudhun to retaliate is like calling a 1st grader to help you with your physics paper. Completely unrelated and useless.

I point out that something claimed as a fact is not, in fact, a fact. Instead of debating the fact itself, the young and the useless decides to debate the fact that they state facts. If you can’t iwn an arguement, then change it to argueing about arguements in general…the liberal way.

Oh well, I gave up on them 3 posts ago. Just noticed your kind words and didn’t want you to think I didn’t see them.
Thanks!
