Obama’s Foreign Policy – Unplugged
It has been said that a leader can be measured by the people with whom he surrounds himself, then his ability to take their counsel. Using this measure, Obama is as competent as Oprah’s fitness trainer.
On the first point, Obama’s much maligned cabinet is under constant fire, so much so that there are conspiracy theorists who say that his destruction of America is intentional. They say that Obama is simply following Alinsky’s Rules for Radical doctrine, with Alinksy’s rule for most effectively marketing revolution: Pursue an “Ideology of Change.”
I would agree that there is some legitimacy to this point, if you agree that Obama’s ideology of change is replacing competent people with incompetents. I’m not sure what Alinsky taught about surrounding oneself with buffoons, so we are likely seeing a “work in progress” on that subject.
Most of Obama’s cabinet picks are either political payback or radicals with whom Obama knew from his past. Therein lies the problem quite frankly. Obama just doesn’t have a good pool from which to pick.
The outcome is a hodgepodge of throwback radicals, many of whom had been closeted since the McCarthy era. Ideologies born of their ‘60’s radical sensibilities which only recently have they felt free enough to showcase their true nature.

Their incompetence might not be so heinous, if it were limited to four years and could be contained from the rest of the world. However, when the top three people who represent the rest of us to the world have the leadership experience of a troop of Brownies, you can see that America is in trouble. Big trouble. Let’s look at some examples.
Hillary Clinton, Liberal women’s poster child for achievement has achieved nothing. Her resume is laughable, particularly in comparison to that of her predecessor, Condoleeza Rice. Hillary Clinton is an embarrassment to America in her foreign policy, so much so that one has to question if any country takes her seriously.
Her trip to Africa had her scolding a Chinese student who struggled with English. Her Middle-East jaunt was as effective as the Rosie O’Donnell diet. And finally, who can forget the “reset” button she gave to the Russians?
The sad part is that as incompetent as Clinton is, Biden and Obama are far worse. As much as we lampoon Biden here in the US, he is that much more laughable overseas.
Friendly descriptors for Biden are “pompous,” and “blowhard,” and he should consider those highly complementary. “The British labeled him a “useful idiot” when he told Israel to “get use to Iran’s nuclear weapons.” But as much as Biden has been derided as the village idiot, neither he nor Clinton hold a candle to the foreign policy incompetence of “the smartest guy in the room,” one Barack Hussein Obama!
His most recent gaffe was his bow to the Emperor of Japan. It’s ok to perform a subtle bow, while shaking hands. This shows a mutual respect for both countries’ traditions. However, a deep subservient bow says, “I am a dweeb,” the message taken by the Saudis and the rest of the Muslim world.
If Obama’s perpetual need to “show his ass” (bow) were the only cross America had to bear, then perhaps he would be forgiven for his foreign policy snafus. However it seems that every time he is overseas America loses status. And this is not because world leaders are conspiring to make Obama look stupid, because they are not. It is Obama doing it all by himself.
He has taken a book from Chavez on the virtues of socialism and which chastised America for being a capitalist nation; and by the way the strongest country in the world!
If the trampling of the US Constitution wasn’t enough, Obama joined the likes of Chavez in an attempt to thwart the will of the people of Honduras, as well as their laws in their ousting of their president due to term limits.
And it may not be possible for a world leader to look more amateurish, than when Obama resided over the United Nations, reading the minutes of a meeting. His appearance with those leaders literally looked like “bring your son to work day” for the United States.
But I love it most when Obama gets tough. It reminds me of the comedian Daman Wayans when described being Mike Tyson’s roommate in prison, and Mike says he is going to “take your manhood.” Wayans joked that about the toughest thing you could say is…”for how long?!”
Obama talked tough with Israel on building settlements, and Israel rightfully thumbed flipped him off and…built new settlements! The Iranians were so afraid of Obama’s tough talk that they exposed their previous super-secret nuclear facility, daring Obama to do something, which he promptly did. Obama used his most potent weapon…empty words!
Obama’s most recent visit to China is even being seen by Liberals as little more than a vacation. Is anybody beginning to believe that Obama sees the presidency as a way to see the world for free, without enlisting in the military? Obama is gallivanting in China, and has yet to make a decision on Afghanistan.

Obama’s foreign policy mistake is in believing that people in other countries will continue to fall for his rhetoric. The rest of the world has long been over any hypnotic trance that the election of a so-called black president created, as well as his incessant diarrhea of the mouth. They are seeing Obama for what he is, “big hat, no cattle. “And despite what the world may think of America, a weak American economy affects them all…negatively.
The world is finally realizing that the destruction of America is more than teaching Americans a lesson. So goes America, so goes the rest of the world, only faster. Who else will be there to bail them out, or pay the freight for most of them. Who will be their peacekeepers, their bankers, their largest trading partner?
This time in America requires real leadership, and not somebody who can’t choose good leaders to with whom to surround himself, and who cannot even learn on the job?
That’s my rant!

Kevin — another good rant. Have to concur with your comment “Obama is as competent as Oprah’s fitness trainer”. Earlier this week FOX News reported that China didn’t know what to think about Obama. They were quite disappointed with him. They told him not to proceed with his health care plan because it will do nothing but add to our debt. This advise should be adhered to because China holds over 800 billion in US Government paper. They could bankrupt our country in one day by just calling in all those holdings. China is wrong on the health care front because Obama did not and will not submit his own plan to Congress. We’ll end up with the Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid Health Care Plan.

Thanks for reading my blogs folks. This is the main feedback I get on whether people like what I do. I am trying to write more, but it’s getting difficult to keep the lights on, as things are always “on the horizon.”
Keep spreading the word about my work, and get people to BUY MY BOOK! There is much my team is doing, but we are spread thin, and to put it bluntly, we don’t have a George Soros or even his “mini-me!” Get people to support with their pocketbooks!

H.J.Res. 5 is a Constitutional amendment to remove the limit on the number of terms one may serve as President. It effectively would repeal the 22nd Amendment. Over the past six congressional sessions, several members of Congress have introduced similar legislation, including Sen. Harry Reid in 1989 ( S.J.Res. 36). As is likely the case in the 111th Congress, the resolutions have never proceeded out of committee.

These are poster children for “this is what can happen to the brain on drugs campaign”. When I start thinking about this I get so mad I could fkin spit. I didn’t vote for this guy, yet here I am suffering because of him and his rediculous policies.
I’d love to see a poll of people who voted for Obeyma and now regret it.
I think we need a national “spit on anyone who has an obama sticker on their car” day. I say spit because “beating the shit out of” is violence to punich stupidity and I’m not a big fan of violence. Spitting is gross, but gets the point of disgust across.

this is one of the more absurd distortions of what is happening in honduras that i have ever read (and i real a ton of nutty). so quick you all are to scream about liberty when your political opponents are in power, and yet so willing to ignore it when it no longer suits your political agenda. sorry to tell you all but, as desperately as you may wish it, a military coup is not a demonstration of “the will of the people.”
and for ?what its worth, the way one chooses to comport oneself (on the world stage or otherwise — to bow or not, etc.) is not an issue of “policy.” on issues of “policy” you all say very little of substance.

Kevin, I’ve recently started reading your blog. I love it. As a white Christian, I’ve long wondered where all the black Christians I heard about, were hiding. They never hung around the political arguements, such as abortion. It’s the revelation of Obama’s church, and websites such as yours that have answered my questions.

@james h, both hillary and rice hold doctorates. hillary has her juris doctorate from yale law school. while rice holds her doctorate in philosophy from DU (i think). in other words they each hold the terminal degree in their chosen disciplines, law (JD) and philosophy (PhD).

So although I’m not looking forward to millions of people being murdered and tossed into great holes in the ground by Minions of the Hope and Change, I know what comes after.

They voted for him out of pure emotion. Their ears would not hear what he was saying. Their eyes were blinded by his new hopey changey vision for the U.S. Some people are always looking for a worldly savior. The press reported that the world hated America and everything in the world was Bush’s fault and they needed to feel better about themselves and how others percieved them. If we just tried to understand terrorists we could then reason with them. We all believe in God so wer’e all the same. I also need my white guilt assuaged; you know, the slavery thing. If I vote for a black man I’ll be loved and accepted. Policies and unattended consequences don’t really matter; afterall, how far from the mainstream can he be. I feel like creating some more govt. programs to help the poor. We can just take it from the wealthier business owners. They’ll never run out of money and I’ll feel better; and by the way, I’m not middle class so I’m sure it’ll never affect me. The law of unattended consequences is of no consequence to me. Baby killing, unwed mothers, fatherless homes, ghettos, poor education and the final icing on the cake usually is a criminal record, jail and or prison and the cycle repats itself. Unintended consequences are of no concern to me because my heart was in the right place.
Yes, I’m as pissed as you are but would spitting do any good. When I see an Obama b. sticker, I honestly want to ask the owner why they hate this country so much because I just don’t get it. Sorry for being so long winded…just pissed.

When Jesus came he did go the sinners as first, he went to the Church. The people in charge of the word of God. So yes, we have lost our way. Because we are not putting God first.
The government was not the issue in the Bible, The Pharisees, whom were in charge, is who Jesus had issue with. He was anti-government. They the hypocrites. Jesus came to fullfill the law. Even though he disagree at times, he showed repect and followed the law.

Obama is what America gets for electing a concept, a label. The label was ANYONE BUT BUSH. After so much of that, the public would give the job to anyone they didn’t associate with Bush. We got someone unworthy of being the mayor of Chicago, who the locals there would have soundly slapped at the primaries as wasting their time. It was that total lack of any sense of him that the media was complicit in the creation of, or rather non creation, that let him get as far as he did. In the end though, it was because we the people let ourselves get stampeded into emotionality over all other things. In running from the picture of Bush that the media created, we got exactly what Bush was accused of being. A lightweight dilettante with delusions of grandeur and severely negligent lazy streak.
Amazing how we proved out the human predilection for self-fulfilling prophecies using the leadership and control of our nation, the strongest one on Earth and ultimately the bellwether of the planet’s future.

@Dennis – Not sure why you posed this question, but before I drive my next 1000 miles I will say that anybody worried about defining “nigger” these days likely needs to get a life? I’m not coming down on you, but I am seeing these threads, and I think my blogs should invoke intellectual conversation. A lot of what I am seeing is no better than Jr High fluff, or what I would expect from Libtrolls.
I suggest you folks dismiss the occasional trolls who happen by. They know what they are, which is pedophile-supporting, knuckledragging Neanderthals, who honestly need to have the crap kicked out of them. They destroy entire communities, and are working on the US. HOWEVER…
I predict that in the next three years they won’t show their faces or ideologies publicly.
