The Obama administration walks the walk when it comes to promoting the LGBT agenda (and discriminating against the “NOT Gay”), so much so that the DOJ sent an email to all DOJ employees on the issue.
The document is called LGBT Inclusion at Work: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers.
The first habit required:
DO assume that LGBT employees and their allies are listening to what you’re saying (whether in a meeting or around the proverbial water cooler) and will read what you’re writing (whether casual email or in a formal document), and make sure the language you use is inclusive and respectful.
In the LGBT Inclusion at Work document, employees of the DOJ are required to vocally affirm homosexuality.
“DON’T judge or remain silent. Silence will be interpreted as disapproval.”
If you know a DOJ employee, please have them contact me, so I can give them the strength to come out “NOT Gay,” then DEMAND their rights.
The NLGBT need our documents on how to treat people, just like the NNLGBT or the LGBT, if you’d rather not have the double negative.
