Meanings change on things, and the saying “out of the closet” certainly has its connotation. The closet for a kid is a hiding place for the boogeyman. It’s also where Mom and Dad hide the Christmas presents.
For Liberals, it’s where they keep their porn or their collection of trinkets from victims.
But for Bible-thumping, gun-toting patriots who are broke and can’t afford a gun safe, it’s where we keep our WEAPONS!
