This law enforcement office was kind and very positive as he detailed the MO carry laws to several out-of state young ladies. It seems the young women had legal firearms, were accustomed to open carry, and attempted to open carry in a Walmart.
This is a good primer for learning a states carry laws prior to a visit.
But 2 thumbs up for this thoughtful policeman who reiterated that he, and most of the LE in the Springfield area are pro-gun, pro-Second Amendment.
