Surprise surprise, the pot-smoking, cigarette smoking, cocaine-using president says pot is ok.
“As has been well documented, I smoked pot as a kid, and I view it as a bad habit and a vice, not very different from the cigarettes that I smoked as a young person up through a big chunk of my adult life,” Mr. Obama said in a lengthy interview with The New Yorker. “I don’t think it is more dangerous than alcohol.”
Surely Pot and coke and sex with men is ok, if it worked ok for Barry?
But Obama did warn that the new marijuana laws in Colorado and Washington state open a “Pandora’s box” to potential legalization of other drugs. That, by the way is what he secretly wants.
If only Obama ends all these wars, perhaps he will become the first black, gay, female Libertarian president.
I really don’t care what people do with drugs. If you need hallucinogens to enjoy life, indulge. I’m sure some people do need to escape their realities, but for me, reality is sweet!
But what I don’t like is when somebody (Liberals) legislate their indulgences, then PROFITS from them.
Government is all about finding out what we love, then taxing it. You love to drink? The government taxes it. You like to smoke? The government taxes it…for the kids, and the public good. Smoking pays for healthcare, education so people don’t smoke, and also roads and bridges. And there are hosts of other indulgences the government taxes. You are free to smoke and drink as much as you want, as long as you pay Uncle Sugar. That’s why Obama isn’t bothering Colorado, as he explains here:
You can bet Obama still smokes pot. He brags about drinking, as he holds up beer mugs for photo-ops. And as soon as they figure out how to make more money in taxes than bribes, you will have legalization of other drugs.
Maybe one day soon we will see Obama publicly do a line of coke. Lord knows he legislates like a drunk drug addict.
