Mother drags newborn down the aisle in wedding

This Tennessee bride has created controversy, as she is seen dragging her baby on her wedding dress train. More ridiculousness from the Left, and in a word…GHET-TO!

The baby pictured is one month old Aubrey, and the baby’s mother, Shona Carter-Brooks decided this was the best way to have her relatively new daughter be part of the ceremony.

Forget that Shone Carter-Brooks planned her wedding for a month after her daughter was born and not BEFORE she actually had the baby. I will give her props for at least marrying a dude, whom I will presume is the child’s father. But to strap the baby to her train, well that’s just nutty.

But don’t think that stopped Shona Carter-Brooks from defending her actions, as she wrote on her Facebook page:

“The answer is we do what we want, when we want, as long as Jesus on our side everything worked out fine and gona [sic] continue to be fine” and the infant was “awake and well secured on my train.”

Jesus was on her side? When somebody does something stupid, invoke Jesus.

Kaye Jordan, the wedding coordinator defended the ritual as well, commenting:

“[Strapping a newborn to a wedding dress] indicates the dedication of her mother (and father) toward caring for her child and family…A GOOD mother takes her child wherever she goes, even down the aisle.”

I’m not sure where Kaye Jordan got her “home training,” might I suggest when a mother takes her child everywhere, she use a baby stroller? Perhaps the mother could CARRY the child?
