So when archaeologist and volunteers diggers from University of Leicester Archaeological Services initially claimed that an unearthed couple believed initially to be from the 14th Century were lovers, people were enthralled.
As it turns out, the couple is actually from the 17th Century. It is speculated that the bones of the “screamer” might belong to Frenchman Ducreux Louvre, and the other is of his fiance who caught him “appreciating” more than the France’s fine cheese and wine.
If the look of his skull is any indication, Decreux is being tormented in the afterlife.
