New AG solves color and gender issue for Obama, but will she solve “incompetence” issue?
Obama has tapped Loretta Lynch, AG for the Eastern District of NY, to replace malcontent Black Nationalist, Eric Holder.
And she’s got the Harvard pedigree, something that used to mean something…like the Nobel Peace Prize. Unfortunately, the shine is off those apples.
Bonus: Cozy relationship with Reverend Al Sharpton.
What is the chance that this AG will tackle the very real scandals Holder did not? Will justice be blind? Or will the Constitution be as meaningless as the Bible in this administration?
Weapons of choice to be used by the left if you criticize her appointment?
Racist? Check! Misogynist? Check! Conspiracy theorist? Check!
Interestingly enough, President Clinton put her in the position of United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York in 1999, and she left in 2001 when Clinton termed out, only to be tapped again for that position by President Obama in 2010.
Until 2010, she was a partner and lead prosecutor in the political and police corruption cases at the pro-bono firm Hogan & Harston. Lynch’s office indicted Republican Congressman Michael Grimm, helped investigate Citigroup over mortgage securities sold by the bank, and was also involved in the US$1.2 billion settlement with with HSBC. Can you say “partisan hack?
All this, and I am hearing that she’s a good choice?
Normally prosecutors are good choices. They take on the state’s cases and tend to not be too “bleeding heart.” However in the case of Lynch, one must be circumspect, because there is little doubt that she drinketh the Kool-aid of radical Liberalism.
