Jeb Bush too dumb to be president

The powerful people who fund presidents like their presidents to be dumb. Jeb Bush is all too happy to oblige.

Don’t misunderstand me, Bush is a likable guy and exponentially smarter than Obama, but Obama should be no presidential measuring stick.

The reason Bush shouldn’t be president is, aside from being a toe-the-line Republican-in-name-only, Bush is all about deception, calculation, optics.

Bush saw that “transparency” is what American were looking for in a leader, and he decided to get ahead of the email story. More on this in a bit…

So in his rush to publish to showcase transparency, Bush released eight years of e-mails from his tenure as Florida governor. Unlike Hillary, Bush didn’t look through his emails, and unwittingly released constituents’ sensitive information – including names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and even Social Security numbers. Some of the emails contain personal stories from people who requesting help.

More troubling, the Washington Post reported Saturday,

“Bush used his private e-mail account as Florida governor to discuss security and military issues such as troop deployments to the Middle East and the protection of nuclear plants, according to a review of publicly released records.”

Citing cybersecurity experts, the Post noted that

“…private accounts in general are more susceptible to attacks than government e-mail addresses, particularly attacks in which a hacker establishes a look-alike account that allows them to impersonate as the account holder.”

I don’t like that Bush is so calculating. It’s as if he is getting fed information, like somebody is pulling his strings…
