Resist we much! And to this we must much!
Those were the words or something close that Al Sharpton uttered at MSNBC, when he was given a prominent role to spew his racist venom.
Well slave days are over for MSNBC! Apparently Sharpton lost the pictures he had of somebody important having sex with little kids, trannies, or barnyard animals.
WHAT TOOK SO LONG!
How do you spin this, outside of saying, “We really f&*ked up, when we hired this moron!”? Here’s how!
“After four terrific years – or as Reverend Sharpton said, ‘a full first term’ – PoliticsNation is ready for its next chapter. Beginning on Sunday, October 4, the show will move to Sunday mornings at 8:00am,” Phil Griffin, President of MSNBC wrote.
Its last weekday airing will be on Sept. 4. The show has aired at 6 pm ET on weekdays and will now move from five days a week to one day a week. Talk about getting the desk closest to the exit.
“I want to congratulate Al and his team. For four years they have done a terrific job bringing his voice and a big spotlight to issues of justice, civil rights and equality. And as many of you know, The Rev never missed a show. I’m looking forward to seeing what he can do with a Sunday morning newsmaker program.”
Shouldn’t Sharpton be in CHURCH at the time of his new show?! I’d say, “God is watching you, Al!”, but even God doesn’t have time for Sharpton’s nonsense!
Sharpton tried to put a good spin on this, and in Clintonesque fashion tweeted:
“That new Politics Nation w/ Al Sharpton will premiere on my birthday weekend. I am honored with now being a Sunday Morning TV host, Great!!”
Any bets on how long this new show will last. There is little more MSNBC could do to publicly sodomize the “reverend.” Given his history, he may be starting to like it.
