Melissa Harris-Perry: Be Careful Using Term “Hard Worker”

During an interview with Alfonso Aguilar about Paul Ryan, Harris-Perry chastised Aguilar for using the term “hard worker” in describing Paul Ryan.

She explained awkwardly that hard work is a slur against slaves, because they worked hard… or something.

And Harris-Perry knows hard work, as she certainly knows that somebody picked cotton, back in the day. Who better to discuss slavery, than a person who knows nothing about it, unless you count having to show up to work for MSNBC Masters counts.
