Could Trump’s Rhetoric Land Him in Jail?

Imagine Donald Trump being hauled off a stage in handcuffs at a campaign rally by federal law enforcement officials.

Speaking at a Muslim Advocate’s dinner on Thursday night, Attorney General Loretta Lynch said she will prosecute anyone who she deems delivers hate speech that may incite violence.

“’When we talk about the First amendment we [must] make it clear that actions predicated on violent talk are not American. They are not who we are, they are not what we do, and they will be prosecuted.’”

While Lynch did not mention anyone by name, it can be inferred that she was talking about Republican presidential candidates. Most, if not all, of the GOP candidates have chided President Obama for not calling radical Islamic terrorism by its name. At the forefront is Trump, whose recent rhetoric includes a call to register all Muslims and his recent statement that there has to be retribution against terrorist’s families.

It’s interesting that Lynch has done nothing about Farrakhan calling on 10,000 of his Nation of Islam black folks to kill people. Farrakhan’s actual words,

“I’m looking for 10,000 in the midst of a million. Ten thousand fearless men who say death is sweeter than continued life under tyranny. Death is sweeter than continuing to live and bury our children while the white folks give our killers hamburgers. Death is sweeter than watching us slaughter each other to the joy of a 400-year-old enemy. Death is sweeter. The Quran teaches persecution is worse than slaughter. Then it says retaliation is prescribed in matters of the slain. Retaliation is a prescription from God to calm the breasts of those whose children have been slain. So if the federal government won’t intercede in our affairs, then we must rise up and kill those who kill us; stalk them and kill them and let them feel the pain of death that we are feeling!”

Lynch told the Muslim group at the dinner that her greatest fear since the Paris terror attack is retaliatory violence against members of the Muslim community. She’s not worried about further attacks on Americans, but that Muslims will be “racially profiled” for doing what Muslims all over the world have said they will do: attack “Infidels.”

The day after the Muslim attack in San Bernadino, Obama was still in denial about whether or not the attack was an act of terrorism or workplace violence. He said it “may take some time” to determine if it was terrorism. Spoken like a true Muslim terrorist, because everybody else knew within an instant this was a terror attack, by Muslims.

Further, as Obama was equivocating, David Bowdich, the F.B.I. assistant director in charge of the Los Angeles office said indeed the massacre was being treated as a terrorist attack. According to The NY Times, on Friday Bowdich told reporters:

“’There’s a number of pieces of evidence which has essentially pushed us off the cliff to say we are considering this an act of terrorism,’ he [Bowdich] said.”

The NY Times article also points out that since the attacks on 9/11, 45 Americans have been killed on American soil by radical Islamic terrorists, 42 of whom have been killed since Obama took office.

Obama refuses to see the obvious, as he has in almost all his policy positions as president. The man proves time and time again that his concern is not for America, but the America he wants to create. The caliphate.

As for Trump, he might want to tone down his immigration stand, for despite the need to put Muslims on watch lists, that talk could land him in jail.
