Hillary Clinton should only blame herself and her adoring sycophants for her loss.
She was highly flawed, however the Left decided “I’m with Her!” So what she demonstrated abject incompetence. Furthermore, she was the most corrupt politician in history.
Yet the the campaign eventually blamed James Comey. The man who for a time became the campaign poster child was credited with her demise.
Then the dust settled and the tears subsided, and Clinton found a new scapegoat: the MEDIA!
According to an article in The Daily Caller:
A top member of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign told Clinton’s top supporters Thursday her defeat was “the most devastating loss in the history of American politics,” while campaign chairman John Podesta said the defeat was due to a pro-Donald Trump bias in the media.
“The media always covered her as the person who would be president and therefore tried to eviscerate her before the election, but covered Trump who was someone who was entertaining and sort of gave him a pass,” said Podesta. “We need to reflect and analyze that and put our voices forward.”
How laughable is that? The media gave Trump a pass?!
Forget what the media ignored about Hillary Clinton! The scandals plaguing Clinton would have been manna from Heaven for a media not in the bag for the hag. Benghazi lies alone would have put Clinton in prison, as would the conspiracy against Bernie Sanders.
The Clinton Foundation shenanigans would last three political campaigns, and still may put the Clinton family in Rahway Penitentiary.
But where do you start with the media malfeasance when it comes to Trump?
The fake narrative that Trump doesn’t pay his taxes? Or would it be the completely debunked sexual harassment charges of which Leftists accused Trump? How many of those women have recanted their stories?
Gloria [Allred], oh Gloria. Where are you?
The Daily Caller continued:
Podesta said the “dominance of the way [the media] covered the emails “caused them to drown out issues like Trump’s income taxes or his alleged links to Russia.”
The irony of the Russian connection is that Podesta himself was linked to questionable deals in Russia.
Further, Newsbusters reported media coverage in a five-day period:
The morning and evening news shows on ABC, CBS and NBC dedicated 4 hours and 13 minutes to discussing the recent allegations of sexual misconduct surrounding Donald Trump’s campaign. Meanwhile, not only has the continual release of the WikiLeaks emails from top Hillary staff gotten a comparatively puny 36 minutes of coverage during this same time period, the coverage that is there continues to ignore specifics that could be damaging to Hillary.
Still completely absent from the network coverage? Any mention of the emails where journalists collaborated with the Clinton campaign.”
There are five companies owned and controlled by oligarchs and they own 90% of all media of every kind. None of these supported Trump. Out of the 430 journalists, reporters, news editors, or television news anchors, 96% contributed to the Hillary Clinton campaign.
The Daily Caller went on to say:
‘Clinton campaign spokesman Jennifer Palmieri didn’t mince words in describing how brutal Clinton’s upset defeat was according to The Hill.
“Thirty-six hours after the most devastating loss in the history of American politics, we’re looking at a white board right now with lots of ideas,” said Palmieri said. “We’re sort of figuring out what we need to do this week, and what we need Democrats to do in the next two months ahead of the inaugural.”
The notion that media supported Trump is ridiculous. It’s as if the Left wanted the media to simply dismiss anything Hillary Clinton did, while pounding Trump. At some point, the media was forced to cover Hillary Clinton or perish. The problem with Liberals is they are used to everybody getting a trophy. Liberals are so used to getting their way with everything, they can’t handle loss.
When you blame your own team, it’s time to perhaps look at yourself. I suggest Liberals try nominating a candidate who shouldn’t be in prison.
