Fighting to find relevance for their “cause,” Leftist wackos vow to resist every action President Trump takes. Even if that means lying to the media.
Like lying about the airport protests.
We’ve learned there was nothing spontaneous about the airport protests that occurred last month in response to President Trump’s travel order. In fact, multiple organizations, including Arab American Action Network had been planning those events since November 9 of last year.
How the Process Started
Oddly, the airport protests around the country purportedly materialized out of thin air before the ink was dry on President Trump’s executive order pausing visas and refugees from terror-prone countries.
Who would you vote for if the elections were held today?
Though these sudden “flash mobs” would have alerted the astute, the media covered these protests like they were spur-of-the-moment and completely reactionary protest.
“Nearly every story published over that weekend stated without equivocation that the protests were an unplanned and visceral reaction to Trump’s executive order,” according to Investor’s Business Daily.
Here are just a few example headlines:
- “Spontaneous Protests Hit Airports Across America Following Trump’s Executive Order”
- “Protest Grows ‘Out of Nowhere’ at Kennedy Airport”
- “The senseless cruelty of the executive order has led to ‘spontaneous protests’ at many of America’s major airports.”
- “Word of the ‘spontaneous demonstration’ was spread across social media.”
Are you spontaneously noticing the spontaneous overuse of one word spontaneously?
Movement of thousands of people across multiple cities grows “out of nowhere”–with lawyers in tow? Sure, because we all travel with our attorneys, just in case someone spontaneously needs to be slapped with a subpoena.
These protests could have been on Broadway, they were so well organized, pre-planned, and choreographed.
According to the Daily Beast,
Make the Road New York, and leftist groups like it across the country staged, planned, organized, and executed the anti-Trump airport protests from the moment the election results poured in.
“[P]rofessional organizers had been waiting and planning for this type of mass, direct action – ready-made to go viral on social media – even since, well Nov. 9. They were anticipating and mapping out their battle plans for Trump’s orders on deportations, bans, and detention.”
The executive director of the Arab American Action Network told the Daily Beast that “we had been laying the groundwork for this for a long, long time.”
And the media played along.
“This was important, Investor’s Business Daily noted, “because making the protests appear spontaneous gave them a sense of urgency and legitimacy they otherwise wouldn’t have had.” And leftist groups are always in search of relevancy. Or at least the optics of relevancy.
Either the press lacked common sense or they were willfully complicit in propagating the false narratives that these activists. Decide for yourself, but I know what I know.
The Horror Stories
Did news outlets that ran with the “spontaneity” narrative know that activist groups were feeding them stories about families torn apart?
The stories coming out of the airport protests “amount to anti-Trump agitprop and call into question much of the rest of the coverage about these events.”
What percentage of media coverage at the airport protests was “actually made up or wildly exaggerated by professional activists?” Investor’s Business Daily noted
“We learned earlier this week, for example, that a widely reported story about a 75-year old mother who died in Iraq after being barred from re-entering the U.S. was a complete lie made up by Iraq-born Mike Hager, who now lives in Michigan. The truth is hard to find, especially when supposedly trustworthy news outlets are busy spreading falsehoods.”
Why bother to fact-check, when you are part of the fake news narrative, right?
