Rosie O’Donnell: New Fundraising SUPERSTAR for Republicans
What provokes conservatives to donate to Republican campaigns faster than a lamebrain loudmouth Hollyweirdo politico?
Hollywood types hate being irrelevant. And that’s where they find themselves. Hollyweirdos will not dictate to Americans how we should vote. But celebrities like Rosie, I-used-to-be-relevant, O’Donnell think every American wants their two cents. We don’t.
Americans are no longer enamored with the political views of people with less intellect than a baboon. This revelation caused Rosie O’Donnell to unleash on Twitter.
Twitter Rant
In a beyond brilliant maneuver, Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) decided to cash in on attack tweets from Rosie O’Donnell. Borrowing from the Book of Trump, Chaffetz used the one-time comedian-turned-actor to fundraise for his re-election campaign.
Last week, Chaffetz’ Democrat rival for the 2018 midterms, Kathryn Allen claimed she’d raised $35,000 in 24 hours. This was in the aftermath of Chaffetz’ comment that some low-income people would have to choose between health care coverage and a new iPhone. I don’t understand why liberals would have a problem with budgetary counseling for any American, especially the poor who are most in need of financial advice.
Apparently, O’Donnell doesn’t like Chaffetz. So, she tweeted support for Allen. Then the liberal activist told all her leftist twitter followers to donate the maximum amount allowed by law to Allen as well in order to unseat Chaffetz.
In response, Chaffetz sent out a fundraising email, alerting supporters to the liberal campaign against him.
“Rosie O’Donnell, (yes, Rosie O’Donnell) just maxed out to my Democrat opponent and is tweeting to all of her liberal followers to do the same,” the email reads. “I need your help to fight back.”
In a series of Twitter meltdowns, as per usual, O’Donnell responded:
what @jasoninthehouse does not understand – this not about GOP vs liberals – IT IS ABOUT TRUTH AND HUMAN DECENCY – u deserve to be voted out.
so @jasoninthehouse is gonna SCARE all of UTAH – with 55 year old me – jason – people are onto you – fear the truth jason – own ur actions.
When asked how a Democrat could win in conservative Utah, O’Donnell said,
“We have to make it about truth. People are waking,” she said. “It may take a revolution.”
No one really knows what that means. But if recent liberal protests that physically assault Trump supporters are any indication, conservatives will need a suit of armor to get to Utah voting booths. Or maybe just a truckload of absentee ballots.
