Top Democrat SLAMS Dishonest Anti-Trump Media Over Wiretapping
The media wants to portray President Trump as a loose cannon since his declaration that he was “wiretapped.”
They know what he meant. It’s no secret that Obama spies on people. Journalists, heads of state, and who knows who else.
Further, they know that Obama has been anything but friendly to President Trump during the transition and thereafter.
The fact is, leftists know that Trump is right. No media nor private citizen is privy to what the president was briefed on. Trump didn’t come up with this revelation out of thin air. He was briefed.
The real trick for Trump was to not divulge how he got the information.
Did SCOTUS make the right decision on medical mandates for large businesses?
The leftists who attempted to set him up know this, and they secretly hoped he would violate some obscure national security act, thereby giving them ammunition to impeach him.
As The Horn News pointed out, even Democrats know that Trump was under surveillance.
Dennis Kucinich, a former Democratic presidential candidate, surprised everyone last week when he came forward with a message for the media: Stop the spin, and tell the truth!
“I can vouch for the fact that extracurricular surveillance does occur, regardless of whether it is officially approved,” Kucinich wrote in an article for Fox News. “I was wiretapped in 2011 after taking a phone call in my congressional office from a foreign leader. That a secret recording had been made of this call was revealed to me by the Washington Times in 2015, a full two years after I left office.”
Kucinich, who served 16 years as a Democratic congressman representing Ohio before leaving office in 2013, wrote: “I have never gone public with this story, but when I saw the derision with which President Trump’s claims were greeted — and notwithstanding our political differences — I felt I should share my experience.”
“When the president raised the question of wiretapping on his phones in Trump Tower, he was challenged to prove that such a thing could happen,” Kucinich concluded. “It happened to me.”
President Trump has no reason to back down, and he won’t.
The president said that he will offer undeniable proof of his claims, “very soon.” This is something Trump wouldn’t do unless he has that proof.
I said while I was “one lucky guy” on Outnumbered that Trump has likely been reviewing what he will reveal. He needs to know what he can or cannot say on this matter. So, he probably has met with White House special counsel and other confidants.
Despite Trump promising to offer proof of his claims “very soon,” liberal journalists’ attacks on Trump have been unrelenting. And this will end up blowing up in their faces, like the Maddow tax episode.
I predict that soon other Democrats will ask for the witch hunts to stop. They will see the futility of their actions.
