CNN Meltdown: Navy Seal Slams Liberal Anchor [VIDEO]
The Left has set the narrative. They do not care about the truth.
Frankly, they seek to bury it.
Anyone who dare ask questions or challenge them in any way over their distorted story-lines, watch out! They will pounce on you like lions on a wildebeest.
Former Navy Seal Carl Higbie was invited to join CNN’s panel to discuss the question of whether President Donald Trump leaked classified information to the Russians when they visited the White House. Host, Kate Bolduan asked Higbie what he thought of the situation:
“I’ve been sitting here quietly listening to all this BS quite frankly. Did you listen to anything [White House National Security Adviser H.R.] McMaster said today?”
“Where he said, ‘I was in the room, that didn’t happen?’
Higbie was referring to remarks made by McMaster, who claimed that the president’s decision to share sensitive intelligence with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak was “wholly appropriate” to the conversation they were having.
Kate Bolduan went into a complete meltdown. At one point she chastised Higbie for his comments on anonymous sources.
“You cannot attack the stellar reporters of CNN!”
As a Navy SEAL, Higbie dealt with classified information on a daily basis.
He sat in briefings and understands protocol, which he tried to explain.
In fact, his knowledge in this area is the very reason CNN impaneled him. However, instead of hearing him out, having an honest discussion to try and get to the truth, the CNN host and panelists disregarded everything he had to say.
Carl continued by attacking CNN’s unnamed sources for which they were basing their whole argument:
“You’re basing all of these allegations off of one or maybe two sources.” Come out, name these people, then we’ll have something to talk about,” Higbie said.
So rather then believing an expert on classified information and a person who was actually present in the room, the media wants you to believe mysterious sources who were not in the room.
But don’t expect leftists to employ logic.
As Higbie continued to explain his point of view, Keith Boykin, a CNN commentator chimed in.
He admonished Higbie, and added that Higbie was an “embarrassment to his party and to his country” for questioning unnamed sources.
Talk about circling the wagons.
Kristen Powers asked what may have offered the dumbest comment in the exchange, and that’s saying a lot. She said of McMaster’s comments: “He never answered the question.”
The implication was that McMaster was asked if the president told secrets. He had indeed answered the question, but leftists didn’t want to hear the answer.
Journalism died decades ago. Free speech remains in death throes. The Left claim to want civility, however they never give it. They attack free speech, because smart people force them to think outside of their cocoons of ignorance.
