BREAKING: Rachel Maddow ADMITS Trump Russia Collusion Possibly Fake News [VIDEO]
It had to happen eventually.
I’m not sure what it took for MSNBC host Rachel Maddow to finally admit that Donald Trump has no link to the Russians, but she did so.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, Maddow admitted that the collusion story between President Donald Trump and Russia might be fake news.
“I absolutely believe it’s possible…I mean, Russia clearly did this attack, and there’s lots of circumstantial evidence that points at lots of unexplained and surreptitious contact between Trump people and Russian people at the time that was happening.
“But circumstantial evidence is circumstantial evidence. This is a serious thing that needs to be chased down to the end.”
What Maddow says without saying.
Maddow knows more than she’s saying. After the Trump Taxes debacle, Maddow wants to be on record as “setting the record straight,” and thus avoiding the inevitable mea culpa the media and leftists in general will do.
Why else go on record with this?
Maddow regularly criticizes President Trump and his administration during her nightly show. She alludes to Russia in practically every breath.
Yet, suddenly she’s willing to give the president wiggle room?
In the Rolling Stones interview, Maddow admits that she “had the same shock as everybody,” the morning after Trump won the presidential election. Talk about an understatement.
This woman mocked Trump from beginning to the glorious end. And then came the bitch-slap to Maddow and all other Clintonistas.
As Maddow put it,
“But we had to get back on the air. And that’s a very constructive place to be, because my job is to explain what’s going on, what’s important and whether there are factual and historically analogous things that might help you connect and understand the import of what’s happening.”
Sure, and the world hung on Maddow’s every word, as she vamped about Trump’s taxes.
Then she explained the Russian connection, beginning with the Eggs Benedict the President had for breakfast.
“Benedict… we all know that name. Benedict Arnold…a TRAITOR. We can all see the connection this breakfast to Trump and his link to the Russians!”
Maddow’s reporting truly falls in the category of buffoonery.
MSNBC knows the clock ticks as the Russia lie plays out.
Maddow knows that in order to maintain any credibility, she must distance herself from the nuclear fallout destined to happen.
Here Maddow discussed her so-called phone call with Donald Trump:
Fake journalist Rachel Maddow is bitter that she never got her interview with Donald Trump.
Believe it or not one of the main leaders of the Fake News media, Rachel Maddow, claims to have had a bizarre conversation once with Donald Trump. She appeared on Late Night with Seth Myers Tuesday to dish out the details of her phone call.
Rachel started out the conversation by saying, “the rhythm of the news is different than what it used to be.”
Yes, it is.
If you remove the fluff and pauses for effect from Maddow’s commentary, you could fit her show inside of a one-minute commercial. Maddow tortures viewers as she pretends to be an authority. Her delivery reeks of “I just learned this on Wikipedia FIVE MINUTES BEFORE THE SHOW!”
This stilted news staccato is taught nowhere except clown school.
Maddow is a caricature of a journalist. At best she’s a less than sensational sensationalist.
Maddow is such a joke, even leftist comedians lampooned her.
While conservatives giggled over the Rachel Maddow nationwide TV flop over TrumpTax, leftists weren’t so jubilant.
Many leftists felt that Maddow let them down, as she not only didn’t destroy Trump but in fact vindicated him.
Worse yet, Maddow hyped her segment up to the point that many leftists readied their gluten-free popcorn and mimosas for the spectacle. The dominant leftist political pundit tantalized her base, and then she let them down.
According to Time, fellow Leftist Stephen Colbert didn’t take the gaffe lightly.
Like many on Twitter, Stephen Colbert apparently didn’t appreciate Rachel Maddow’s contextual buildup to revealing President Donald Trump’s 2005 tax return Tuesday night.
During Wednesday’s episode of The Late Show, the host spoofed the MSNBC pundit’s take on breaking news with a cold open that poked fun at her lengthy introduction to the scoop.
“I hold in my hand something very significant,” Colbert said, holding up a piece of paper. “It is a joke — a joke that we have confirmed has been heard by Donald Trump. We believe this is the first time any joke connected with Donald Trump has been released.”
Once bitten, twice shy.
I see why Maddow now walks back all her claims of Russian collusion.
Nobody wants to do the perp walk twice.
