Wasserman Schultz BLAMES Crimes on Those who Didn’t STOP Her [VIDEO]
With Liberals, it’s always someone else’s fault.
Leftists never hold themselves accountable for their criminal behavior. They also demand that no one else does either.
Here’s the latest case in point from disgraced former DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Earlier this year, U.S. Capitol Police seized this Florida Democrat’s office equipment as part of a criminal investigation into Congressional network security violations.
Now Wasserman Schultz admits that she regularly violates House IT security policy. But it’s not her fault. And she can’t comprehend why anyone would think that it was her responsibility to share her work-related documents with discretion.
She expertly cast blame for these long-standing IT violations on the House’s chief administrative IT officer.
And you’ll love her reasoning. The administrator didn’t STOP her from breaking the law. So, it’s his fault.
Apparently, if House IT officials don’t tattoo the rules to their foreheads, then liberals aren’t responsible for them.
What part of high government office confuses this liberal loon?
Does someone really need to explain to this 20-year veteran of the House of Representatives that her work requires that she NOT broadcast government documents all over the internet?
Wasserman Schultz now admits that she engaged in long-term IT security violations.
In May 17 appropriations hearing on Congress’ administrative budget, Wasserman Schultz engaged in a back and forth with House Information Security Officer John Ramsey:
Wasserman Shultz – “If a member is using an application outside of the House infrastructure and the protection of the, [of] our cyber security network, they’re in violation of House policy?”
Ramsey – “Of the House Policy 17, yes ma’am.”
WS – “So Members are not supposed to be using Dropbox?”
Ramsey –”Not according to the policy.”
WS – “I am more than happy to admit that I use Dropbox. I have used it for years and years and years. It is not blocked. I am fully able to use it.”
“So there is a vulnerability in our network in spite of the fact that you say that you’ve taken steps to address it. And there is not enough of a — of a policy that — that applies across the board. And you need to make sure that you tighten up your rules and policies so that you can really take and assure us that you take seriously protecting our network.”
Oh, believe me. Those rules are tight. Lil Debbie just never read them.
Herein lies the problem.
Schultz not only blames House authorities for not stopping her. But she then also has the unmitigated gall to question their commitment to cyber security.
When all the while she’s the careless infidel giving all our secrets to the enemy.
Police are currently investigating Wasserman Schultz’s longtime IT aide Imran Awan for stealing congressional data from members of the following committees: Select Committee on Intelligence, Homeland Security, and Foreign Affairs.
Awan’s actions amount to treason.
And he was enabled by Wasserman Schultz even after detection. When authorities uncovered Awan’s crimes, Lil Debbie didn’t fire him. Instead, she changed his title to “adviser” after House authorities banned him from the network.
She then resigned as DNC Chairman in July 2016 after unidentified hackers accessed DNC emails, probably because of her extreme carelessness.
It’s funny that House Republicans don’t need a cybersecurity tutorial of a policy that has been in place for more than a decade. I wonder why they don’t violate the policy while Democrats do it as a habit.
Maybe because Republicans take their responsibilities in high government office seriously? Or perhaps it’s that GOP congressional representatives don’t habitually blame everyone else for their own behavior.
