Trump: Intelligence Leakers to Get RUDE AWAKENING
It seems that President Trump knows how to motivate.
People seem surprised that Donald Trump puts people on blast. That’s what he does!
Look at the Republican primary. Trump blasted people who are now on his cabinet. Ben Carson was brutally attacked, and then the two kissed and made up.
Trump went after China…hard. He talked of trade policy and currency devaluation. Now Trump has China at least beginning to work with us in dealing with trade imbalance and North Korea. As a show of good faith, the Chinese bought American coal. Then they lifted the restrictions on American beef.
So, China hasn’t put Kim Jong-un in the Masanjia Labor Camp just yet, but don’t rule it out.
What I’m saying is, when it comes to working with Trump he level-sets. He lets you know his expectations. And expectations are called such for a reason: Trump “expects” you to live up to your bargain.
Enter Barack Obama. He is king of the broken deals.
Obama promised President-elect Trump a smooth transition. It’s been anything but.
In fact, Obama has intentionally been disruptive. And he undoubtedly instructed Democrats to make Trump’s transition hell, particularly with leaks.
What may have been “school boy” shenanigans could get a few people’s nuts in a vice.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions will soon announce several criminal leak investigations, Fox News has learned.
A U.S. official familiar with the discussions said Tuesday that the planned announcement surrounding stepped-up efforts on leak investigations has “been in the works for some time and will most likely happen sometime in the next week.”
The news comes in the wake of days of intense pressure on Sessions, with President Trump lashing out and expressing his “disappointment” with the attorney general, through tweets, interviews and news conferences.
The investigations will look at news reports that publicized sensitive intelligence material, according to officials who have been briefed on the matter.
Meanwhile, it appears that Sessions has no plans to step down at this point.A source familiar with the conversation tells Fox News that Sessions’ chief of staff, Jody Hunt, recently told White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus that the attorney general had no intention of resigning.
Trump said Tuesday that Sessions has not been tougher on leaks from the intelligence community.
“I want the attorney general to be much tougher,” Trump said. “I want the leaks from intelligence agencies, which are leaking like rarely have they ever leaked before, at a very important level. These are intelligence agencies we cannot have that happen.”
While the media focuses on the ruse of the Russians, former Obama administration zombies undermine our government.
Sadly, it’s not just the Democrats. We reported recently about a Reince Priebus staffer who leaked information. White House Communications Director Scaramucci fired the man, but we know there are others.
Let’s hope Sessions takes advantage of his stern warning, and does his job. I suggest there will be no reprieve, if Sessions fails to perform.
