Stockley Verdict: St Louis Braces for Ferguson-Like Riots [VIDEO]
Black Leftists have learned nothing.
Thus, the city of St. Louis braces for more riots. The new Michael Brown, Jr is Anthony Smith.
And you can bet that Anthony Smith was a gentle giant, on his way to college. I love the photo they present of the man, holding his child. Then, I watched the video where Smith backs his car into a police cruiser, then attempts to flee.
I have no idea what Smith did to warrant police attention, but I know how he could have lived through it. Check out how “Don’t Shoot” depicts the incident.

I won’t render an opinion on whether use of deadly force was necessary, since the angles make things difficult to see. But can you see the number of lives at risk, as Smith flees. Watch the video again, and look at the number of cars he barely misses as the police SUV pursues.
What is a fact is Smith used his car as a weapon. So, the officer had the right to fire on him as he fled. Once Smith became a public menace, the situation becomes a judgment call.
That said, Stockley didn’t do himself any favors on Dec 11, 2011 when the incident occurred. He made comments in his cruiser about “killing this motherf*cker”. Keep in mind that Stockley knows he’s being recorded and he later claims that his comments were taken out of context. The judge or jury can determine that.
But let’s get to the bigger picture, as yet again the St. Louis area is under siege.
As the St. Louis Post Dispatch reported,
Earlier Thursday, Greitens — who won office last year in part on a promise not to repeat mistakes he says officials made in responding to the racial unrest in Ferguson in 2014 — announced he is readying the Missouri National Guard to protect both protesters and property.
“As Governor, I am committed to protecting everyone’s constitutional right to protest peacefully while also protecting people’s lives, homes, and communities,” Greitens said in a statement. “Taking the steps to put the Missouri National Guard on standby is a necessary precaution.”
On Thursday, barricades went up around the Thomas F. Eagleton U.S. Courthouse downtown, and St. Louis and St. Louis County police prepared to move officers to 12-hour shifts Friday. The federal courthouse will be closed on Friday.
“We want to ensure the community that our police department is prepared for any scenario,” the city police department said in a statement. “In the wake of an announcement, the department is committed to keeping our citizens updated and informed.”
So the city readies itself.
I’m in town for the events, and I can report that things are tense in the naked city.
Already, I’ve seen picketers at the ready. Members of the National Urban League are here, and I can imagine the assembly of race pimps in hotels around St. Louis. People warned me on Twitter yesterday to stay inside.
Sadly, this verdict affects more than businesses, as according to the St. Louis Post Dispatch, schools are closing.
Authorities fear potentially violent protests, police activity and resulting traffic jams will cause mass disruption in the city if Jason Stockley is acquitted of first-degree murder on Friday.
Bishop DuBourg, St. Mary’s, Rosati-Kain and Cardinal Ritter College Prep High Schools all announced late Thursday that they will not hold class Friday. Some have also postponed sports matches and other school events from Friday.
“Given the uncertainty of (human) responses to the pending verdict… we have made the decision to cancel school on Friday,” wrote Cardinal Ritter President Tamiko Armstead and Principal Michael Blackshear in a letter Thursday.
Downtown St. Louis is said to be evacuating, as business travelers exit the city to return to safety.
Nobody wants to be caught in the potential melee. And there are further ramifications.
Radio show hosts were discussing the potential for Amazon to locate their new headquarters in St. Louis. I can tell you definitively that Amazon will not locate in St. Louis. You would have to be a fool to do so. And though I have NO respect for Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon, even he isn’t that stupid.
When will ignorant black Leftists learn that protesting criminals is not the way to make one’s point. Smith likely committed the crime which got him surrounded by police. Instead of giving up and living, he cashed in his family’s lottery ticket.
But at what cost to other blacks?
If Amazon moved their headquarters to St. Louis, 50,000 jobs would be created in a city of just over 300,000 people. Mostly black people. The boom for St. Louis would be off the charts. And, 50,000 jobs supports another 100,000+ ancillary jobs.
However, blacks in St. Louis (and around the country) yet again prove just how short-sighted they can be. All to drive home the point of what? That police will shoot you if you attempt to kill them?
