Washington Redskin Player Threat to Trump: ‘I hope he don’t be around when I see him’
And I thought Lebron James was stupid!
Well Lebron James is stupid. But I’ve learned there is a level below stupid…STUPIDER!
Washington Redskins’ cornerback Josh Norman makes James look like a Mensan.
Holy Mother of Bobby Boucher, how can you be this ignorant?! Oh wait, I know. Because colleges and universities who make billions off black athletes make sure the players graduate stupid.
As ABC reported, Norman did not hold back when discussing President Donald Trump’s statements regarding NFL players kneeling during the national anthem.
“Just telling you right now, this man is not welcome here in Washington D.C.”
The former All-Pro defensive back spoke to reporters following the Redskins’ win over the Oakland Raiders Sunday night. He added,
“I hope he don’t be around when I see him.”
What exactly does that mean, “I hope he don’t be around when I see him.”
Where else would he be?
Sadly, the original kneeler, Colin Kaepernick opened a can of worms, and now elicits others in his lunacy. Based on Norman’s comments, he doesn’t have the intellect to debate this issue. But that’s how silly this “cause” is, that it’s easy to trick the dumb asses into following.
The fact these protests linger shows how far Left the nation moved over the past decades. Most of us would have never believed that sports would become so politically correct, and yet here we are.
For the president to stand up for the country is viewed as racist and vile?
Trump sent out new tweets saying “#StandForTheAnthem” and that the issue “has nothing to do with race.” Further, at the white house Monday, spokesperson Sarah Huckabee Sanders saying the president believes Americans should respect the flag.
“This should be something we can all get behind,” said Sanders.
The response has proven that when President Trump said, “Wouldn’t you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, you’d say, ‘Get that son of a bitch off the field right now. Out! He’s fired,’” the nation agreed.
Norman however, called the statements “disrespectful” and “appalling.” And he so eloquently inquired of reporters:
“How you call somebody an SOB. How you call somebody that? That’s their right to do.”
It certainly is. And as you can see, when Josh Norman is no longer of use by the NFL, he will learn the phrase, “Would you like fries with that?”
For now however, Norman locked arms with teammates and Redskins’ owner Dan Snyder. We are told this was a display of unity as the anthem was sung at FedEx Field. Because although almost 90 percent of the NFL apparently agrees with the president, Norman says they are unified.
“Nobody is divided in this. We was in unity, we wanted to stand for something. You mess with one, you mess with us all.”
I think somebody might want to help Norman with the math? That statement reminds me of the scene from Ron Burgundy.
“They’ve done studies, you know. 60 percent of the time, it works EVERY time!”
And here’s a scary thought. The Redskins’ corner fancies himself a role model. He says that kids look up to him. So he needs to step up. Here’s a bit more irony in what Norman said.
“I think as a man in this country you have to stand for something.”
Doesn’t he mean “kneel” for something?
If Norman is indeed a role model, it’s for how to look stupid in public. Ghetto language aside, it would help if Norman actually understood what he is protesting.
