The ABSURD TOP SEVEN Things Leftists Called Racist in 2017 [VIDEOS]
Racism remains the catch-all of Leftists. When their argument fails, they try tired cries of racism.
Why bother reminding them that many of the same people who voted for Obama switched their votes to Trump. Were they racist in 2008?
Maps show where the Trump surge happened and the places that flipped from supporting President Obama in 2012 to going for the Republican nominee and billionaire real-estate mogul just four years later.
Wisconsin for example- the state that ended up putting Trump over the top in the electoral vote early Wednesday morning — 22 counties that had once voted for Obama switched to Trump.
All the whining of the Left proves is they see racism everywhere. And when they aren’t seeing it, they hear the dog whistle of racism.
Interestingly, these boneheads don’t see any of their own racism.
In documenting the Top 7 things Leftist declared racist in 2017, we begin with Don Lemon. And just in time for him to get drunk again for New Year’s 2018.
1. Don Lemon declares Trump’s Merry Christmas to be a “dog whistle” for racism to his base.
LEMON: “It’s war on Christmas rhetoric, not his war on Christmas. So let’s remember President Trump isn’t the only president who says merry Christmas, President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama said it many, many times.”
“So Margaret, this is a line that we have heard from Donald Trump many, many — so why does he continue? This is a dog whistle to the base because no one ever stopped saying Merry Christmas.”
Lemon pretends to ignore the obvious war on Christianity underway by the Left.
Look at the attack on Hobby Lobby for not wanting to fund birth control. Next they attacked Chick-fil-A for supporting the true definition of marriage. Lemon ignores the removal of nativity scenes and God from about everything. And what of Christian bakers sued for not baking “same-sex marriage” cakes.
Meanwhile Muslims promote their religion in the same schools where Leftists fight against the Pledge of Allegiance.
But as Lemon says, Obama said, “Merry Christmas” every year. So he must be a Christian.
2. The National Anthem
Originally football players kneeled for the national anthem to protest what they thought to be racial injustice in the United States. Then, when Trump called them out on their disrespect, more and more players started to kneel.
According to the left, by Trump getting involved he endorsed racial injustice by criticizing their social justice efforts.
Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Tex.) decried President Trump’s comments about NFL players as undisguised racism during an impassioned speech from the House floor.
At a rally in Huntsville, Ala., on Friday, Trump said: “Wouldn’t you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say, ‘Get that son of a bitch off the field right now, out. He’s fired.’ ”
“That is racism,” Jackson Lee said during a special order of the Congressional Black Caucus. “You cannot deny it.”
Then Jackson Lee took a knee.
In the aftermath, many blacks pointed out how racist the national anthem was.
3. The Electoral College
Right after Donald Trump won the 2016 election an article written by Mark Stern from Slate Magazine said that the Electoral College was racist and sexist.
“Many Americans have come to recognize that certain systems and structures were designed to preserve white supremacy
Most of us are taught that the Electoral College was designed to dilute democracy by forcing voters to choose independent electors, who then chose a president. That is true, but it’s only part of the story.
The system was also designed to accommodate and preserve slavery, the ultimate tool of white supremacy—and later served to delay universal women’s suffrage. Today, that first justification is irrelevant, since electors are generally no longer independent. But the second remains all too relevant, because in its current form, the Electoral College continues to dilute the votes of minority voters.”
Interestingly, the electoral college wasn’t racist when Obama won. And nobody dared discuss doing away with the organization.
4. Black Millionaires
The Race baiter’s commander-in-chief, Jesse Jackson, appeared on Fox Sports calling the sports industry racist and oppressive.
“And in many ways it is oppressive. To go from picking cotton balls to picking up footballs and basketballs without freedom is not very much progress,” the civil rights activist stated.
And multi-millionaire basketball player LeBron James is happy to perpetuate this kind of insanity:
“No matter how much money you have, no matter how famous you are, no matter how many people admire you, being black in America is tough,” he said.
“We got a long way to go for us as a society and for us as African Americans until we feel equal in America.”
Mind you, this man just made $35 million from a $1 million investment in a casual pizza food chain. So, if LeBron’s salary represents slave wages, then where can the rest of America sign up to be a slave?
5. Math
CNN did an article reviewing a new book, “Weapons of Math Destruction,” by Cathy O’Neil detailing all the ways that math is essentially being used for evil against minorities.
The author blames targeted advertising, insurance, education and policing, and how algorithms are targeting the poor. She further claims that math reinforces racism and amplifies inequality.
“Poor people are more likely to have bad credit and live in high-crime neighborhoods, surrounded by other poor people,” she writes. “Once … WMDs digest that data, it showers them with subprime loans or for-profit schools. It sends more police to arrest them and when they’re convicted it sentences them to longer terms.”
But O’Neil wasn’t the only one. Check out this wackademic:
6. Hard work
Who knew that hard work is racist.
We wrote of this professor a while back:
Professor Angela Putman of Pennsylvania State University gleaned from an academic paper that the notion of “If I work hard I can be successful” is an ideology of “whiteness.”
Certain excepts from her paper include:
“Angela Putman conducted a study to critique and examine “ideologies within college students’ discourse that are foundational to whiteness.” Her resulting conclusion published on Thursday was that “meritocracy”, or the belief that people should rise based on the fruits of their own labor, is a “white ideology.” In her mind, this “white ideology” is unfortunately widely accepted in academia.
Putman believes that it is somehow a bad thing to teach students personal responsibility. Emphasizing a collectivist mindset, Putman puts forth the idea that Americans are falsely “socialized to believe that we got to where we are… because of our own individual efforts.”
“Until students learn the hidden dangers of believing in the value of hard-work and a positive attitude, “whiteness ideologies may be reproduced through a general acceptance and unchallenging of norms, as well as through everyday discourse from a wide variety of racial positionalities.”
Essentially, these fools propose that black people can’t work based on a meritocracy?
7. Not recognizing racism is racist!
This may very well be my favorite. In addition to these ridiculous claims, over at the Journal of Applied Philosophy, we’re told that condemning racism is — wait for it — racist!
Perhaps we can look at the miserable world of leftism and learn a valuable lesson. Maybe it’s the ones who obsess over race and pointing out our differences are the ones who are truly the racist’.
