Kirsten Gillibrand: Democrats’ New Great White Hope
Elizabeth Warren is old news. Kamala Harris is more stupid than Hank Johnson, the man who believes Guam can tip over.
So the Democrats need somebody new. Enter Hillary Clinton 2.0.
The Left finally has a plan. Their strategy means “out with the old, in with the new”. And the new version of Hillary Clinton is another blonde New York Leftist.
Donald Trump tweeted this of Gillibrand:
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 12, 2017
“Lightweight Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, a total flunky for Chuck Schumer and someone who would come to my office ‘begging’ for campaign contributions not so long ago (and would do anything for them), is now in the ring fighting against Trump. Very disloyal to Bill & Crooked-USED!”
Looks like Kirsten Gillibrand has been handed the torch from Hillary Clinton on women’s rights!
You cannot silence me or the millions of women who have gotten off the sidelines to speak out about the unfitness and shame you have brought to the Oval Office. https://t.co/UbQZqubXZv

Elizabeth Warren seems to realized her fate. Perhaps Pocahontas realizes that she has risen as far as she ever will.
Are you really trying to bully, intimidate and slut-shame @SenGillibrand? Do you know who you're picking a fight with? Good luck with that, @realDonaldTrump. Nevertheless, #shepersisted. https://t.co/mYJtBZfxiu

Kevin Jackson also threw in his insight on the “nasty woman” debate:

“Get you new but slimier, “Hillary Clinton v2.0” Still nasty, but without the baggage of a rapist husband! Back on the shelf post election 2020! #TeamKJ
Other’s chimed in as well:
I'm so old I can remember when you pretended to be pro-gun and pro-life. Then a 180-degree flip when it was in your political interest. https://t.co/x0UTNyRECw

Democrats new puppet?
Gillibrand has been anointed the new belle of the ball by Democrats.
The Democrats continue to scramble for a message to present to the American public. Remember the “better deal” slogan? Not very convincing. And their choices for candidates in 2020 didn’t look promising either.
So whats left?
We recently said that the Democrats would use their many sex scandals and try to spin them in their favor.
“With sexual harassment’s plaguing Leftists, they have no choice but to deflect, then point the finger of blame elsewhere.
And when Democrats’ back are against the wall, they will assign a scapegoat.
The resignation of Franken signaled the Democrats’ strategy. They see his resignation as well as that of Conyers as airing the proverbial dirty laundry.
The Democrats wrongly believe Gillibrand can help rebrand the party. That’s why they selected Gillibrand to call for the resignation of Senator Al Franken.
“Enough is enough,” Gillibrand said at a press conference.
“While Senator Franken is entitled to have the Ethics Committee conclude its review, I believe it would be better for our country if he sent a clear message that any kind of mistreatment of women in our society isn’t acceptable by stepping aside to let someone else serve,”
She even threw Bill and Hillary Clinton under the bus saying Clinton should of resigned over the Monica Lewinsky scandal.
The timing of Gilibrand addressing sexual harassment scandals is interesting.
Because Gillibrand never seemed bothered by sex scandals involving her Democrat friends, particularly the Clintons. Moreover, Gilibrand took money from the Clintons to fund her campaigns.
Some Democratic friends didn’t agree with her choice. Others said the move could actually hurt her in a primary, where loyalists to Clinton and Franken will have long memories.
“All this reeks of is political opportunism and that’s what defines Kirsten Gillibrand’s career,” one Democratic strategist said.
“Why wasn’t she talking about Bill Clinton when he was helping her during her various races for the House and Senate? And would she be talking about Bill Clinton today if Hillary Clinton was president? I think we all know the answer.”
When it came to Franken, Gillibrand was “twisting in the wind until the goose was cooked and then saw an opportunity,” the strategist added.
Hillary Clinton’s longtime communications adviser, Philippe Reines, took to Twitter to blast her as well:
“Ken Starr spent $70 million on a consensual blowjob. Senate voted to keep [President Clinton]. But not enough for you @SenGillibrand?” Reines tweeted. “Over 20 yrs you took the Clintons’ endorsements, money and seat. Hypocrite. Interesting strategy for 2020 primaries, best of luck.”
Whatever the case may be, Democrats obviously are scrambling for someone to represent them.
And choosing a flip-flopper like Kristin Gillibrand proves Democrats haven’t learned from the error of their ways.
