Mueller Assistant Openly Brags About ‘Legal Resistance’ To Trump
New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman lives up to the Leftist narrative. He publicly expresses disdain for President Trump.
Is this admission from a State Attorney General shocking? Not at all. In fact, discovering Mueller staffers’ contempt of Trump represents the norm.
Schneiderman is not only the Attorney General for the state of New York, but he also happens to be assisting director Mueller in the Russian/Trump investigation. This represents a probe into the biggest witch-hunt in the history of America.
Presently, the probe uncovers nothing about Russia/Trump collusion, but plenty about anti-Trump sentiment within the FBI.
2017 was a year of legal resistance. With the tireless efforts of the talented attorneys on my staff, my office has now taken over 100 legal & administrative actions to protect the people of NY from attacks by the Trump administration. https://t.co/WM4K1nhbfG

On 26 December, Schneiderman posted in Medium over 100 legal challenges to Trump administration policies during his first year in office. No harm, no foul, as bureaucrats aren’t required to be in lock-step with the administration. However, things get a bit dicier, when you consider some of the tactics Schneiderman pulled as part of Mueller’s investigative team.
As Politico documented this summer, Schneiderman tracked and shared financial records of former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort with Mueller. Further, the attorney general’s office also looked into some of Trump’s business transactions and could potentially share those records with Mueller’s team.
Yet, Schneiderman told the Times he’s “watching [the investigation] from the outside, like everybody else.”
What’s this clown bragging about?
The notion that Leftists like Schneiderman fight against President Trump in support of the failed policies of Obama is ridiculous.
Perhaps New York City’s issues can be summed up by it’s subway system?
New York’s subway is in crisis. After years of growing ridership, use of the system took a dip in 2016, with further declines this year. Last month saw a train sit in the tunnel in sweltering heat for 45 minutes and a derailment with dozens of injuries. The media describes the situation as hell (Slate), a meltdown (Curbed), or a crisis (NBC). Ryan Cooper in the Week and many irate subway riders on Twitter squarely blame Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who controls the state agency responsible for the subway, the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA).
The MTA itself says the problems are about overcrowding. But this is an excuse. First, Chicago has had as large a growth in L ridership as New York has on the subway, without the recent breakdowns. An inside source at the MTA explains that by policy, each train delay must be logged with an official cause and that when no cause is formally identified, they often write down “crowding” as a default catchall rather than a real explanation.
Substitute revenue for ridership, and you get an inkling of just one issue plaguing NYC.
How do these urban cesspools survive? Fines and fees!
The city collected a record $1.9 billion in fees and fines during the 2015 fiscal year, driven by an increase in motor vehicle violations connected to Mayor Bill de Blasio’s Vision Zero initiative and a jump in fines for things such as littering and noise pollution, according to a report from Comptroller Scott Stringer.
That’s an increase of 5.5 percent over the $1.8 billion collected the year before and 13 percent increase from 2012 when the city collected $1.7 billion.
The city collected $957 million in fines in fiscal year 2015, an increase of 7.5 percent from the previous year and a 12 percent increase since 2012. Another $974 million was collected in fees, a 2 percent increase. Fines grew three times faster than fees from fiscal year 2014 to 2015.
But NYC has upticks.
Crime is up, as is terrorism. And like NYC wants to kill its people, the same is true of its economy.
Anybody think companies want to move to NYC given the political climate. And as Schneiderman brags, he fights against the president. But let’s see how long he fights.
Because the veil of invincibility has been removed from the crooked Leftist. Thus, the biggest scandal in American history will unfold in 2018. And we will watch smug Leftists try to spin their behaviors during the Era of Obamanation.
