PROOF: Investigators Uncover EVIDENCE of FBI Mishandling of Clinton Server Probe

Finally, America starts getting the truth.

As The Hill reports what we’ve known for some time. The FBI intentionally overlooked key evidence with Hillary Clinton’s bathroom basement server.

Republicans on key congressional committees say they have uncovered new irregularities and contradictions inside the FBI’s probe of Hillary Clinton’s email server.

For the first time, investigators say they have secured written evidence that the FBI believed there was evidence that some laws were broken when the former secretary of State and her top aides transmitted classified information through her insecure private email server, lawmakers and investigators told The Hill.

That evidence includes passages in FBI documents stating the “sheer volume” of classified information that flowed through Clinton’s insecure emails was proof of criminality as well as an admission of false statements by one key witness in the case, the investigators said.

The name of the witness is redacted from the FBI documents but lawmakers said he was an employee of a computer firm that helped maintain her personal server after she left office as America’s top diplomat and who belatedly admitted he had permanently erased an archive of her messages in 2015 after they had been subpoenaed by Congress.

This smoking gun in ON FIRE!

But it gets far worse, as the article suggests.

The investigators also confirmed that the FBI began drafting a statement exonerating Clinton of any crimes while evidence responsive to subpoenas was still outstanding and before agents had interviewed more than a dozen key witnesses.

Those witnesses included Clinton and the computer firm employee who permanently erased her email archives just days after the emails were subpoenaed by Congress, the investigators said.

So this investigation was not an investigation at all. The FBI merely pretended to investigate Clinton and her surrogates. Because we know now that they intended to exonerate the whole crew in advance.

Trending: Is this Christine Blasey DRUNK at a Party?

Remember when former crooked FBI Director James Comey testified that they had given immunity to almost all the people under investigation, yet they had received nothing from them? Many Americans asked how you grant immunity, when these people had promised no revealing testimony. For all we know, these people were the culprits. Comey had no good answer.

And now we know with certainty that Comey lied, and his organization was crooked, at least at the top.

The Hill article continues,

Lawmakers on the House Judiciary Committee who attended a Dec. 21 closed-door briefing by FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe say the bureau official confirmed that the investigation and charging decisions were controlled by a small group in Washington headquarters rather the normal process of allowing field offices to investigate possible criminality in their localities. The Clinton email server in question was based in New York.

In normal FBI cases, field offices where crimes are believed to have been committed investigate the evidence and then recommend to bureau hierarchy whether to pursue charges with prosecutors. In this case, the bureau hierarchy controlled both the investigation and the charging decision from Washington, a scenario known in FBI parlance as a “special,” the lawmakers said.

The FBI declined comment on McCabe’s closed-door testimony and the evidence being shared with Congress.

As I predicted last year, many FBI heads will roll. And then many political heads will follow.

Here what I wrote not long ago:

Many Americans believe Hillary Clinton, James Comey, and other crooked Democrats are untouchable. And had things stayed status quo, indeed they were.

But things are different now. And not only will the Clintons and most of the former Obama FBI go down, but so will many others. Included in that list is Barack Obama.

The Left protected Obama for his entire presidency. Further, nothing would have changed with Hillary Clinton’s election. Despite their best efforts under President Trump, the criminals now look for hiding places.

As early as March 2017, Real Clear Politics floated the notion of Obama being in big trouble:

President Trump recently tweeted claiming that former President Obama wiretapped him during his campaign. One can only imagine how nuts the media would have gone if the roles had been reversed: President Trump wiretapping either Obama or the Clintons, though his DOJ could have authority to do just that given the expansive leaks of intelligence information by Obama and Clinton supporters the last few months. Heck, he could wiretap the media at this point, legally and legitimately, as the sources of these unlawful leaks, for which Obama himself set precedent. Do liberals understand what Pandora’s Box Obama opened up by Obama using the powers of the NSA, CIA and FBI to spy on his political opponents? Even Nixon never did that.

All the fake news media proclaimed that Trump wasn’t “wiretapped”. But they never disputed he may have been surveilled.

Next, the media asked for Trump to prove his allegations of wiretapping or surveillance. Because FISA court documents are among the most secretive, Trump had no way of proving this. Until now.

America witnesses the biggest political scandal in history. And Democrats brought this on themselves.

So watch as the focus shifts from the investigation of Russian collusion to all the bogus dealings of the Obama administration. As only a few days into the New Year, we begin to get the truth.
