Judge Allows Farting on Employees

Before you get disgusted at the notion of your boss farting on you, understand that as Americans we are far worse off.

Let me explain.

In Australia, a judge has essentially ruled that an employer can fart on his employees.

A judge in Australia has thrown out a case by a man who sued his former boss for $1.8 million in damages for constantly farting, which he claimed, equalled to workplace bullying. The man, in his lawsuit, claimed his supervisor regularly “lifted his bum and farted” on him, News.com.au reported. Gross, we know.

David Hinsgt alleged he suffered from depression, anxiety and even physical injuries because of his supervisor’s constant farting in the one year he worked at Victoria-based Construction Engineering.

During the trial, that went on for a surprisingly long 18 days, several witnesses were asked to give their statements including the man’s former boss himself.

“Look, I don’t recall doing it, but I may have done it once or twice, maybe,” Greg Short, the plaintiff’s former boss told the court.

“I just can’t remember doing it. But if he alleges I did it.”

So the boss essentially admits doing it. Based on the report, Short must go around farting regularly to simply roll over when asked about the civil society crime.

At least he’s honest.

The article continues,

The court was also informed that Mr Hinsgt once tried to spray deodorant on his ex-boss and call him “Mr Stinky”.

Mr Hinsgt in his lawsuit alleged the office flatulence was part of a bigger conspiracy by his former boss to terminate his job. Mr Hinsgt also alleged his boss asked him if he was gay and excluded him from being invited to the cafe with other staff members.

The judge ruled that the case held no merit and that even if farting occurred in the workplace, “it would not necessarily amount to bullying”. Mr Hinsgt, who fought the case himself, was declared an “unreliable” witness.

As I indicated earlier, there are many people who read this story and think how disgusting this behavior is. But we are far worse off in America.

In Australia, the bosses get away with farting on employees. But in America, the employees get away with sh*tting on their bosses.

Look at our government. It’s loaded with people who work for us, and what do they do all day long. They crap all over us.

Look at the Obama administration, and its tax policy alone. How long has this government been extorting money from its employers?

Check out the 100 taxes we now pay that we never had to pay before. They boggle the mind.

Accounts Receivable Tax
Building Permit Tax
CDL license Tax
Cigarette Tax
Corporate Income Tax

Dog License Tax
Excise Taxes
Federal Income Tax
Federal Unemployment Tax (FUTA)
Fishing License Tax

Food License Tax
Fuel Permit Tax
Gasoline Tax (currently 44.75 cents per gallon)
Gross Receipts Tax
Hunting License Tax

Inheritance Tax
Inventory Tax
IRS Interest Charges IRS Penalties (tax on top of tax)
Liquor Tax
Luxury Taxes

But more importantly, look at what our employees get away with.

From scandal-ridden Barack Obama down to members of his FBI, that administration reeks with criminals. Yet nobody has been jailed.

What a double-standard we are willing to accept. Yes, tantamount to getting sh*t on.

So when you consider that Australia allows employers to fart on you, don’t think “Ewww!” so quickly!
