Democrats Warned To Lie About Their Unpopular Open Borders Policies

The New York Times published a known fact about the DNC’s strategy: lie, cheat, and steal.

Democrats have made it clear that they want illegals to infest the United States. Further they want illegals to have voting rights, the most precious of all rights of a citizen.

Some Democrats unabashedly run on a platform that would abolish the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency, which would end all immigration enforcement across the United States. However others running for re-election in the 2018 midterms  camouflage their real views.

This, according to a four-page memorandum from John Podesta’s Center for American Progress think tank obtained by the NYT.

The strategists warn in the memo that most Americans agree with Trump on the immigration.

The authors advised Democrats to spend “as little time as possible” addressing sanctuary cities, the party’s open border policies and the illegal immigration, policies that annually allow over 1.5 million immigrants to the country.

The New York Times reported:

“Sanctuary attacks pack a punch,” says a four-page memorandum, prepared by the liberal Center for American Progress and the centrist think tank Third Way, that has been shared at about a dozen briefings for Democrats in recent weeks. The New York Times obtained a copy of the memo, whose findings are based on interviews and surveys conducted over the summer. [Emphasis added]

Democrats, the strategists who prepared the memo advised, could neutralize the attacks if they responded head-on. But they should spend “as little time as possible” talking about immigration itself, and instead pivot to more fruitful issues for Democrats like health care and taxation. [Emphasis added]

“It is very difficult to win on immigration with vulnerable voters in the states Trump carried in 2016,” the strategy memo said, arguing that “even the most draconian of Republican policies,” such as family separation and threats to deport the Dreamers — undocumented immigrants who were brought to the United States as children — failed to sway most of them. [Emphasis added]

Hilarious to consider that Democrats think they can change or hide years of their illegal immigrant talking points. And three weeks before a midterm election.

Moreover, party optimists predict a “blue wave”. Trust me, they know that wave will never hit shore.

Minds are already made up on who to vote for on both sides and the Democrats have fewer votes.

While Republican could run on the issue of uninfluential tax reform, Trump’s immigration reduction plan has sweeping support. Not only do Republican voters dig it, but swing voters and black Americans go as well.

Nearly 2-out-3 voters supported reducing illegal immigration levels to the U.S, according to an April Harvard/Harris Poll.  In another poll in May, we learned that fifty-two percent of swing voters opposed allowing big businesses to import more foreign workers to compete against their fellow citizens for coveted blue-collar and white-collar jobs.

A similar CBS/YouGov poll in June found that 55 percent of swing voters in battleground districts believed the border wall is a “good idea that can probably be completed” or a “good idea that should be tried, even if it can’t be completed,” as Trump wants.

Black voters, who overwhelmingly vote Democrat, overwhelmingly favor deportation over the failed “Catch and Release”. This policy allows illegal immigrants roam free after being detained. Leftists hope they show up to a future court date. They rarely do.

Even if Democrats employ the think tank’s strategy, it could ultimately backfire. Democrats may find that their base believes as President Trump does. Thus, they want closed borders and offer no sanctuary to law-breaking illegals.

It’s typical of Democrats to hide their real agenda and then shove it down our throats – anyone remember ObamaCare?
