Things just got real in America. And now the legitimate investigation begins in the Kavanaugh confirmation.
All of America knows that Democrats cooked up the false allegations against Judge Brett Kavanaugh. People asked why they didn’t go after Gorsuch, and it’s a simple answer: he wasn’t the tipping vote in the SCOTUS.
If Gorsuch and Kavanaugh were reversed, we’d be discussing the Gorsuch witch hunt. Thankfully however, the hunt ended and we found the witches: Senator Dianne Feinstein, the Democratic Party, the media, the #MeToo hypocrites, and almost all Leftists.
Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley knows a conspiracy when he smells one. And the scent of conspiracy permeates DC, particularly among Democrats.
Grassley sent a letter to Dr. Ford’s legal team late Thursday night asking for all of their communications with specific Democratic senators, the alleged witnesses to her getting assaulted, as well as the other alleged victims. Grassley specifically asked for all direct or indirect communications between Ford or her legal team and:
“(1) U.S. Senators or their staffs, particularly the offices of Senators Feinstein and Hirono, other than your communications with me and my staff in preparation for the September 27 hearing; (2) the alleged witnesses identified by Dr. Ford (Leland Keyser, Mark Judge, and Patrick “P.J.” Smyth); and (3) Debbie Ramirez, Julie Swetnick, or their representatives.”
The chairman did not specify what spurred this request, but does he need to. No connect-the-dots were required, given the massive number of dots.
The problem for the Democrats came when the court of public opinion began asking the simplest of questions. More on this in a bit…
There is another possibility, as we discussed just yesterday.
It appears that Leland Keyser, Ford’s lifelong friend, was pressured to revise her initial statement. She reportedly accused another one of Ford’s friends, retired FBI agent Monica McLean, of applying the pressure.
McLean reportedly told Keyser that the Republicans would use her sworn statement to discredit Dr. Ford.
In Keyser’s sworn statement, she said that she had no recollection of any alleged incident, and had never met Brett Kavanaugh. Keyser also later clarified that she believed Ford, but could not corroborate her story.
Although McLean’s name only recently surfaced in this melodrama turned nightmare for the Democrats, she now finds herself under the microscope. But she won’t be alone.
Earlier this week, Brian Merrick, an ex-boyfriend of Dr. Ford’s, came forward with a load of new information about Ford. We wrote at the time:
But it gets worse for Ford, as the former boyfriend has evidence that directly refutes all the nonsense around flying and claustrophobia.
He further claimed that Ford never voiced any fear of flying (even while aboard a propeller plane) and seemingly had no problem living in a “very small,” 500 sq. ft. apartment with one door — apparently contradicting her claims that she could not testify promptly in D.C. because she felt uncomfortable traveling on planes, as well as her suggestion that her memories of Kavanuagh’s alleged assault prompted her to feel unsafe living in a closed space or one without a second front door.
Ford “never expressed a fear of closed quarters, tight spaces, or places with only one exit,” the former boyfriend wrote.
Sadly, Democrats knew Ford to be a liar. Despite that knowledge, they used her in their seek and destroy mission against Kavanaugh.
“Dr. Ford explained in detail what to expect, how polygraphs worked and helped McLean become familiar and less nervous about the exam. Dr. Ford was able to help because of her background in psychology,” his statement read in part.
Merrick’s statement directly conflicts with Ford’s testimony in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee last week. She said she had not ever coached or prepped anyone prior to the administering of a polygraph examination.
Democrats failed to see the setup by the Republicans.
But clearly the Republicans knew more than they let on. In retrospect, it looks as though Republicans cleverly gave Ford enough rope to hang herself and the Democrats.
Another thing that could make things worse for Democrats involves collusion by Ford’s team with the other fake “victims”, namely Ramirez and Swetnick.
In an interview on one of the fake news media outlets, Swetnick’s creepy porn attorney, Michael Avenatti alluded to the notion that some of the plaintiffs may know each other or be in communication.
Grassley went DefCon1, asking for Ford’s much ballyhooed therapy notes, as well as polygraph materials, and communications with The Washington Post.
When the dust settles on this, Democrats may look like a Bikini Atoll circa 1946.
