When was the last time you saw a Republican leader push back on Democrat adversity?
It’s definitely been a while.
But just under two years of a Trump presidency, Republicans seem to have regained their footing. Perhaps they’ve even grown backbones?
Take for instance the viral video of Senator Bill Cassidy.
A mother confronted Cassidy on Capitol Hill Tuesday and demanded he “apologize” to her kids for “ruining their futures,” presumably because of his “yes” vote on Brett Kavanaugh.
Cassidy essentially said, “screw you!” to the mother and addressed the kids instead.
Protester demands that GOP Senator @BillCassidy "apologize to my children for ruining their futures.”

“Guess what? Your parents are using you as tools. In the future if somebody makes an allegation against you & there’s no proof for it, you’ll be OK.”
The Senator’s comments were 100 percent correct.
Why weren’t these kids in school? They certainly had better things to do than be used as props for their mother’s insane comments.
Cassidy’s stance on Kavanaugh insures the future of children male and female.
First, males won’t be guilty until proven innocent. And second, women will still get to be heard in real cases of sexual abuse.
But Cassidy isn’t the only Republican who muscled up the courage to stand up to the Democrat mob. Unbelievably, Lindsay Graham stands in the spotlight as a hero, even if only temporarily.
Graham’s comments during the Democrats’ Kavanaugh circus placed him in the history books for sure.
While Graham questioned Kavanaugh on the accusations made against his he quickly turned to Democrats to call them out on their disgusting “sham.”
Graham said Kavanaugh has nothing to apologize for and turned his anger on the Democratic members of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
“If you wanted an FBI investigation, you could have come to us,” he said, looking at his fellow senators. “What you want is you want to destroy this guy’s life, hold this seat open and hope you win in 2020….Boy you guys sure do want power and I hope you never get it!”
Next, watch the video of Graham laughing off a deranged feminist chasing him to his car:
And what of Sen. Orrin Hatch?
He really riled up protesters on Capitol Hill while he waved off the activists following him to the elevator.
And when one woman asked why he wasn’t “brave enough to talk to us and exchange with us”, Hatch responded:
“When you grow up, I’ll be ready,”

Lastly, Mike Pence proved he had some backbone as well during the Kavanaugh confirmation process.
Vice President Mike Pence refused to exit the Capitol building through a side entrance. Instead he preferred to face the horde of protesters who shouted, “Shame! Shame! Shame!”
Pence turned to his security detail, stopped and pivoted reportedly saying:
“Let’s do this!

I love the new “woke” GOP party.
Yet another example of how Trump has changed the face of politics forever.
Consider how Trump not only has changed the game by being one of the first politicians to deliver on his promises. Trump speaks his mind, stabbing political correctness in the eye.
Finally, other Republicans seem to be learning his tactic.
