What the hell has happened to Democrats? These morons treat America as if we have no laws, nor a president.
President Trump imposed a law to dissuade invading marauders from crashing America’s border willy-nilly, and Democrats applaud when a judge essentially shoots the president the finger.
As CNN happily reported,
In an order laced with language accusing President Donald Trump of attempting to rewrite immigration laws, a federal judge based in San Francisco temporarily blocked the government late Monday night from denying asylum to those crossing over the southern border between ports of entry.
Judge Jon S. Tigar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California said that a policy announced November 9 barring asylum for immigrants who enter outside a legal check point ‘”irreconcilably conflicts” with immigration law and the “expressed intent of Congress.”
“Whatever the scope of the President’s authority, he may not rewrite the immigration laws to impose a condition that Congress has expressly forbidden,” Tigar wrote, adding that asylum seekers would be put at “increased risk of violence and other harms at the border” if the administration’s rule is allowed to go into effect.
Can you believe this sh*t? An elected president has once again been rendered useless, by an unelected bureaucrat.
And the logic of this “judge” infuriates me. Because in effect, he completely disregards America’s legal immigration system.

The temporary restraining order is effective nationwide and will remain in effect until December 19, when the judge has scheduled another hearing, or further order of the court.
The order is the latest setback for the administration that has sought to crack down on what it says are flaws in the immigration system, and it is a victory for the American Civil Liberties Union, the Southern Poverty Law Center and other groups who argued it is illegal to block someone based on how they entered the country.
Consider how that guy escaped North Korea in Dec of last year. CNN describes his condition:
The 24-year-old had been shot around five times by his fellow North Korean soldiers as he made his daring escape across the line that divides North and South Korea.
Riddled with bullets, he was dragged to safety by South Korean soldiers and hovered close to death during the 25-minute airlift to hospital.
This young soldier drove his military vehicle as far as he possibly could. Then he abandoned it, after it stopped running, and set out on foot.
As the article pointed out, he had to be dragged to safety.
When they finally got the man to a hospital, he was full of worms, and a rat’s hair from death.
So suffering from near-death malnutrition and shot 5 times, this man escaped and was picked up by South Korean soldiers.
Does any Leftist believe any, repeat ANY of the marauding invaders from Central America have stories even close to this?
There is NO reason for these people not to enter our country through the legal system. And this pathetic attempt to thwart existing U.S. law should be met with the strongest force available.
I suspect the Trump administration will act with more finality. President Trump cannot continue to allow low-level judges to act more presidential than he. So I won’t be surprised if he makes illegal immigration a matter of “national security”, which then removes all this nonsense from the equation.
