We get a bit more insight as to what Hannity alluded in his show on Friday.
Hannity said day of reckoning for the Clintons is today. Given the news of this raid, I’d say the Clintons indeed find themselves in deep doo doo.
As The Daily Caller reported,
FBI agents raided the home of a recognized Department of Justice whistleblower who privately delivered documents pertaining to the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One to a government watchdog, according to the whistleblower’s attorney.
The Justice Department’s inspector general was informed that the documents show that federal officials failed to investigate potential criminal activity regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, the Russian company that purchased Uranium One, a document reviewed by The Daily Caller News Foundation alleges.
The delivered documents also show that then-FBI Director Robert Mueller failed to investigate allegations of criminal misconduct pertaining to Rosatom and to other Russian government entities attached to Uranium One, the document reviewed by TheDCNF alleges. Mueller is now the special counsel investigating whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia during the 2016 election.
In other words we now learn what we know to be true about Mueller. As I wrote recently, Mueller is the Democrats’ top fixer.
But the conspiracy is far worse, and will ultimately end up on the desk of Obama.
The article continues,
“The bureau raided my client to seize what he legally gave Congress about the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One,” the whistleblower’s lawyer, Michael Socarras, told TheDCNF, noting that he considered the FBI’s raid to be an “outrageous disregard” of whistleblower protections.
Sixteen agents arrived at the home of Dennis Nathan Cain, a former FBI contractor, on the morning of Nov. 19 and raided his Union Bridge, Maryland, home, Socarras told TheDCNF.
The raid was permitted by a court order signed on Nov. 15 by federal magistrate Stephanie A. Gallagher in the U.S. District Court for Baltimore and obtained by TheDCNF.
A special agent from the FBI’s Baltimore division, who led the raid, charged that Cain possessed stolen federal property and demanded entry to his private residence, Socarras told TheDCNF.
“On Nov. 19, the FBI conducted court authorized law enforcement activity in the Union Bridge, Maryland area,” bureau spokesman Dave Fitz told TheDCNF. “At this time, we have no further comment.”
Admittedly, I’m curious as to why the FBI raided the home of a man who was cooperating with Congress.
Regardless, this is not good news for the Clintons and the rest of the Obama administration henchmen who tried to steal the election.
Though the funeral of George H. W. Bush will provide a bit of a distraction, the public won’t be hoodwinked. We anxiously await a big week.
As The Hill discussed in November,
The GOP chairman plans to subpoena the pair to discuss their decisionmaking during the 2016 presidential race, a committee aide confirmed. Republicans on the panel are seeking to have Comey appear for a deposition on Nov. 29 and for Lynch to testify Dec. 5.
Under Judiciary Committee rules, the chairman must consult the ranking member, in this case Nadler, at least two business days before issuing any subpoena — suggesting that the move could be imminent.
Nadler blasted the plan as a last-minute ploy by Republicans to go after two former officials before they exit the majority, while noting that Comey and Lynch have indicated they are willing to answer questions Goodlatte has for them.
“It is unfortunate that the outgoing Majority is resorting to these tactics,” Nadler said in a statement Friday.
Yes, unfortunate for Democrats. Because James Comey and Loretta Lynch both covered for the Clintons. And with the new trove of evidence, heads may begin to roll before the new year. At the very least, DC Democrat elites are postponing their Christmas celebrations this year.
Part of their concern involves John Huber. He’s the man Sessions appointed to investigate The Clinton Foundation. And Huber testifies under oath this week.
As Fox News reports,
Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., who is chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee on Government Operations, told The Hill he wants to hear testimony on Dec. 5 from the prosecutor appointed to investigate the controversial foundation, which has been dogged by allegations of “pay to play” when Hillary Clinton was secretary of state. The foundation has repeatedly denied the allegations.
Meadows said it was time to “circle back” with U.S. Attorney John Huber, who was appointed to investigate the foundation.
Again, this can’t be good for the Clintons. But it will likely be far more damaging to Robert Mueller and team, particularly because Mueller is directly tied to Uranium One. Thus, his conflict of interest could be difficult to explain away.
As the saying goes, the cover-up is generally far worse than the crime. And while Democrats continue to flex, President Trump lies in wait. I’m betting Trump’s New Year will be his best yet.
