I find the new definition of “woman” interesting. And I’m anxious to see how Leftists resolve it.
As a trans Ms Universe contestant, Angela Ponce put it recently, vaginas don’t make the woman.
“Having a vagina does not make me a woman,” Ponce said. “I am a woman and already was before my birth. Because my identity is here [points at her head], not down there. This determines my being a woman.”
By that definition all men can be women. Particularly if you consider the new declaration that menstrual cycles are no longer only for women.
School children will be taught that “all genders” can have periods in new sex education lessons, in a victory for transgender rights campaigners.
The advice to teachers was approved by Brighton & Hove City Council as they try to tackle stigma around menstruation.
The new advice follows a council report which said: “Trans boys and men and non-binary people may have periods”, adding that “menstruation must be inclusive of all genders”.
Bins used for menstruation products will be provided in all toilets for children, according to the report.
It also calls for transgender students and pupils to be provided with additional support from a school nurse if needed.
The report recommends that “language and learning about periods is inclusive of all genders, cultures, faiths and sexual orientations. For example; ‘girls and women and others who have periods'”.
“Others”? What others have periods?
Admittedly, I didn’t pay attention all the time in biology class, but I do remember learning that menstruation transformed a girl into a woman. For boys, they told us our balls would drop and we would get bass in our voices.
To this day, I’ve never heard of a boy going through puberty and menstruation. And while we are on the subject, correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t believe any male-to-female “trans” has ever had a period.
Yet the article continues,
Brighton & Hove City Council said in a statement: “By encouraging effective education on menstruation and puberty, we hope to reduce stigma and ensure no child or young person feels shame in asking for period products inside or outside of school if they need them.
“We believe that it’s important for all genders to be able to learn and talk about menstruation together… Our approach recognises the fact that some people who have periods are trans or non-binary.”
The same council also recently released a “Trans Inclusion Schools Toolkit” to help teachers treat gender identity sensitively.
I’m all about sensitivity to anybody with a malady. The belief that one is not the right gender must be vexing to say the least. But that’s a mental disorder, and there is a name for it. Gender dysphoria.
I might have dreams of grandeur, but that’s not the world’s fault. If I think I’m rich and I spend like I am, only to realize I’m broke. That’s not society’s problem. Eventually I get cut off, as in credit lines.
But when it comes to this gender abnormality, society makes concessions?
Back to the new definition of women:
Tory MP David Davies told The Telegraph that the guidelines are “insanity.”
“Learning about periods is already a difficult subject for children that age, so to throw in the idea girls who believe they are boys also have periods will leave them completely confused,” said Davies.
Sources noted that the cities of Brighton and Hove have been pushing an extreme transgender agenda for a while. That toolkit mentioned earlier was telling. But then back in 2016, the Brighton & Hove City Council angered parents by sending them a letter telling them to ‘please support your child to choose the gender they most identify with.
As Lifesite News noted, this letter went to the parents of children as young as 4.
Leftism gone mad. All for the sake of the LGBTQ Gestapo who want children sexualized as young as possible. And then they want them exposed to as much deviancy as possible, so there is no definition of normal.
While I have no issue with LGBTQ in any way, I do know what normal is. We are too afraid to say it, because of the ramifications. So I will say it for many. It is normal for boys to like girls and girls to like boys. Anything else is abnormal. It does occur, and people shouldn’t be ostracized for their abnormal behavior.
And here’s another truth for Leftists. Boys don’t have periods, and to be a woman you must have a vagina.
One quick note. Why do male-to-female transgender always seem to want breasts? And very nice breasts at that. I’ll check back for responses.
