Leftists pretend to care about people, publicly. However privately, Leftists are the most vile creatures on the planet.
Leftists sanctimoniously protect publicly the very people they privately despise. And occasionally their vileness surfaces. Such was the case with Mika Brzezinski, a co-host of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe”.
During a segment on their show earlier this week, she made what she later deemed acrass and offensive” language to describe Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
Brzezinski commented on the alleged culpability of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia in the killing of Jamal Khashoggi. The Washington Post journalist was murdered in the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul. Brzezinski took umbrage at Pompeo’s recent appearance on Fox News, claiming the Secretary of State avoided questions about Prince Mohammed.
Leftists care about Khashoggi’s death merely because it could create a wedge between President Trump and Saudi Arabia. Thus, they speak often about the CIA conclusion the prince had ordered the killing. Leftists claim that the president downplays the young royal’s involvement.
“Are the pathetic deflections that we just heard, when [Pompeo] appeared on ‘Fox & Friends,’ is that a patriot speaking, or a wannabe dictator’s butt boy?” Brzezinski asked. “Dead serious, I’m asking. Are these the words of a patriot?”
There it was. “Butt boy”.
Brzezinski knew the meaning behind this phrase. Thus, the apology:
“Please allow me to say this face-to-face,” she said live at the top of the 6 a.m. ET show. “The term is crass and offensive and I apologize to everybody, especially the LGBTQ community and to my colleagues.”
She added: “I just wanted to say on camera, looking people straight in the eye: I am really, really sorry.”

Brzezinski said what she thinks, and her “crass and offensive” comment about gays is not her first. Nor is she alone on the Left in their crass and offensive behaviors.
I only wish we could capture more of their moments of crass and offensive discussions that never see the light of day. I assure you, there are far too many to count.
But don’t expect anything significant to happen to Brzezinski, as the Left don’t fire their people over such things.
Now the analysis of “butt boy”.
So what is a butt-boy?
Is this a euphemism for “f-g”? Certainly. As the tweet from writer/photographer G.E. Anderson suggests, there were many things she could have said.
“Toadie or lackey or stool pidgeon or ass kisser, or traitor…”
Well at least today most of those expressions would be ok. I suggest to Anderson that “stool pidgeon” could upset PETA. Also, perhaps Anderson isn’t as up-to-date on acceptable lexicon, as he thinks he is.

Such is the slippery slope of Leftism. Lexicon changes all the time. This made me wonder, “Would ‘butt-girl’ have been acceptable?”
The level of sensitivity sits at DefCon 5 these days. But only for certain groups, as selective outrage reigns supreme.
In truth, Brzezinski says offensive things all the time. But because her offenses are geared towards Trump and other Conservatives, no apology necessary.
